Bienvenue à Avon! Niché dans la vallée de Vail en retrait de Beaver Creek Mountain and Resort, la ville d'Avon a tout pour plaire. Un large choix de restaurants, boutiques, bars et activités de loisirs à l'extérieur et à l'intérieur, sont adaptés à la saison que vous visitez, et tous à distance de marche du condo.
Pendant la saison de ski, vous ĂȘtes Ă  moins de 10 minutes Ă  pied du confort de la copropriĂ©tĂ© Ă  la tĂ©lĂ©cabine de l'hĂŽtel Westin qui vous mĂšnera directement aux pistes.
Pendant l'été, le lac Nottingham, qui se trouve à moins d'un kilomÚtre, propose des activités nautiques et terrestres pour toute la famille.
Vail, qui se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture, se transforme d'un paysage hivernal enneigé au centre culturel de la vallée, offrant de nombreux concerts musicaux pour tous les goûts, ainsi que des pistes de ski et de VTT.
Récemment acheté, notre condo construit en 1999 a de nouveaux appareils et meubles ainsi que des équipements du 21Úme siÚcle tels que Google Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV, SmartTV dans chaque chambre, entrée sans clé et WiFi haut débit pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns.

Comfy, cozy, and convenient

We really enjoyed our stay here. After parking the first night, we didn’t use the car at all until we left for the airport. It’s perfectly located by the shuttle and you can easily get to the lifts. Plenty of restaurants are walking distance and a fairly priced grocery store if you’re trying to eat in. Would definitely recommend!

Cozy condo!

This condo was great - perfect layout for our family with two small children and easy access to ski Beaver Creek. We enjoyed being able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants without getting in the car. We would stay here again!

Very close to shuttle bus line, no rental car needed to enjoy Vail/Beaver Creek. Wonderful view from wall of windows/deck, in front of gas fireplace. .Unit has washer/dryer. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very accommodating

Just as described, this 2 bed and 2 bath condo is perfect! Our host was extremely responsive for every question we had. It was beyond spacious for our family of 4 and we wouldn’t hesitate coming back. Oh, and some really good restaurants right below!

Wonderful location for skiing!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay for skiing at Vail and Beaver Creek. The location was convenient to shopping for groceries and made for a very comfortable place to stay after long days on the slopes! VRBO failed to send some of the check in information however Janet was extremely responsive and helpful during the check-in process. We will definitely consider booking again for future trips to the area!

Welcome to our new mountain getaway.
Originally from the UK, our family (Janet, Tom and our son John) have lived in the Chicago area for the last 14 years. When we moved to the US, we discovered a love of skiing as a family activity. As our skiing confidence grew in the Midwest mountains, several years ago we decided it was time to try our ski legs on the awe inspiring mountains of the Colorado Rockies. We haven't looked back since. When it comes to our destination of choice for skiing, we just love the Vail Valley. Where Tom and John prefer the vast openness of Vail and the un-groomed Back Bowls, I prefer the smaller resort of Beaver Creek, particularly skiing down Little Brave at Arrowhead and waiting for my boys at the bottom of the slope whilst enjoying the sun, apres ski and music on the patio.

When looking for a mountain getaway in the Vail Valley, we wanted to be somewhere that had stunning views year round, but was also close to many amenities. Chapel Place in Avon gave us just that.
So, come in and make yourself at home. We hope we've thought of everything you could possibly need, wish for, and even things you didn't realize you needed to make this your perfect mountain getaway destination.
From the appliances in the kitchen, to the forward thinking way of watching your favorite shows via Amazon Fire TV on the bedroom LED TVs, we hope we've thought of everything you and your guests could possibly need. There's even a hair dryer in both bathrooms, as I know how frustrating it is when you're having to wait for someone else to finish using the only hair dryer provided!

Set at the back of the property, our condo looks out over the Back Bowls of Vail. Close to downtown Avon with a wide selection of shops, bars and child friendly restaurants, our mountain getaway is a short walk to them all.
The free skier shuttle service also stops less than a minute walk across the parking lot and the gondola to the mountain is less than a 10 minute walk!
