Truly fantastic in every way clean attractive convenient ExCEPT that we had a couple with mobility restrictions who had considerable difficulty. handrails at entry doors and in tub/shower areas would make a big difference.

THe house was excellent accommodations from five senior guys getting together to go to a Twins game and sit aound the house and enjoy the accomodations. Access to the lake provided exercise and a beatiful view. Grocery stores and restaurants within 5 miles and downtown St Paul in 15-20 minutes. Well acoomodated bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen had lots of dinnerware and silverware. TV room the right size for gathering. Our host was avaialbe with a text and was open for comments.

This house was absolutely stunning much bigger than anticipated and the view of the lake is 10 stars hands-down! This home was well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, a barbecue outside and beautiful patio furniture and even a fire stove for late nights with gorgeous views of the lake. The host were wonderful, they even set up the dining room for high tea. The outdoor space the front yard was large and well maintained with beautiful flowers. The house were wonderful and available if anything was needed. Very easy to check in check out in a beautiful neighborhood. I’d recommend this for any families or gatherings, it definitely made our girls trip of sex. One of the better vacation days we’ve had. Your Freinds from Alaska

Nice home by Lake

The location was very close to downtown St.Paul. The walking path around the lake was very nice. The accommodations worked out well.

Clean and roomy

Great location and beautiful lake view. Big kitchen fully stocked with all the things we needed for a family get together. Also loved the large living room with warm fireplace. Everything was super clean.

Spacious and Clean!

My family and I loved staying at this house. Eight of us spent nine days over Christmas at this property, and it was a perfect setting for our family holiday. The home is spacious and clean, and there are trails around Lake Phalen right outside the front doorstep. We will stay here again!

Lovely home on Phalen Lake

Clean, spacious, pretty. Great location for our family which enjoys being outside. Big yard, nice patio, and great running trail. We enjoyed the zoos, parks, and children’s museum.

Daughter’s graduation

We had a wonderful stay. Everything for the property was as advertised. We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation with 9 adults including 2 sets of grandparents and everyone had everything they needed for a peaceful getaway between events!
