The property is as described. We had 7 adults and had plenty of bed space for everyone to have their own room. The house is a little dated and the furniture & beds aren’t very comfortable. Overall it was okay!

Great location and plenty of room for large family but needs a lot of repairs. Spindles missing on upstairs loft and staircase. LOTS of stairs! Owner was responsive. After roof leaked and kept guest up most of night (3 night stay) he refunded one night. Lots of potential, but owner needs to do better upkeep.

Great place to relax by the lake!

This is a very roomy house right on Lake Taneycomo. We fished off the bank and enjoyed the firepit with the cool evening breeze off the lake. The flight of stairs up to the second level deck was kind of long, so this may be a challenge for older or guests with a disability. All in all, we were pleased and would definitely return.

Family Vacation

We loved the house. It does need a lot of repairs. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room. I would recommend to anyone to stay at this house. Beautiful views of the lake. The down side was goose poop in the backyard. Make sure you bring extra toilet paper

Refrigerator / freezer had to be deep cleaned before use. The overall cleanliness was poor. Had to cleaned before use. There were several areas needing repair in the drywall and the stair ballistors had moved swing rungs. Water leaks were evident and possibly active. Beautiful setting but needs some serious repair attention.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room for 9 of us. House is older but has be updated. Needs a few more improvements but nothing that affected our stay. There are a lot of stairs to get into the main living area. Also you have to go outside to get to the garage.

It was a good stay. There are some things that need attention, curtains need changing in den, mattress needs replacing on all beds but king sized beds, could use a few more towels for large groups. Home was extremely clean and well stocked. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe there.

Spacious and plenty of room for everyone! Very clean! It is alot of stairs to walk up and down but it was a beautiful view to enjoy from upstairs patio! It overlooks the river where you can watch people fish, ducks, and even close enough to walk and put your feet in! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and very friendly. The drive to get to Silver Dollar City was tops 15 minutes from the time you pull out of the driveway
and scenic! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great family gathering place

We chose this property for its proximity to dad/grandpa's place, and to his prior place that was just down the road on Foggy River Road. His passing brought family from 5 states together for his funeral. This house was very well kept and clean, stocked well with amenities, and the living room/dining room / kitchen became a gathering place for all to play cards, games, and share memories of dad/grandpa's 93 years on the earth. We couldn't have asked for a better location and home to be together. Thanks so much for allowing us to share your beautiful home.

Spacious and clean

This home is very spacious and clean. My family of eight people (grandma, adult kids, spouses, and a baby) and their dogs needed a lot of space to get ready for and lounge around in between Branson shows. Everyone said their bed was very comfortable. The home needs a little maintenance work and has a billion stairs to climb, but other than that, it was perfect for us. I would love to visit in the summer months and enjoy some lake time and the outdoor space.

Family vacation house

This was a perfect vacation house for my family. Grandma adults, and grandkids. The house is a little warn from use but the inside was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There are a lot of steps to get in and out of the house but that was no problem for us. The fog on the river in the morning is beautiful and we had a kayak which was fun. The river was a little too cold for swimming however. The house is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood but very close to shopping and all Branson activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness and Safety Issues

I believe this is my first non five star review of a property. Beautiful house from the outside and great location. Unfortunately it rained multiple days during our stay and water leaked from the ceiling and there was obvious water damage throughout the house. Some safety concerns included missing balusters on the second floor which was not a good situation for our four and five year old's safety. The bunk beds were unsafe upon arrival. I do not feel the home was cleaned for a long period of time prior to our stay. The mattresses were very hit and miss, but the floors were drastically unlevel. There was a soft spot or hole covered by vinyl flooring on the covered patio. The elevator didn't work which was not a big problem because we can carry bags upstairs, but when I went to hit the call button on the first floor there must have been a short because I was shocked. This was dictated, so please disregard any grammatical errors.

Perfect View

The property has tons of room and great views. You're right on the water. Onky downside is that you have lots of steps to get into the house no matter what. Is only a problem when you're bringing your stuff in or out. Otherwise everything else was great!

Beautiful House & Great Location

Convenient location with main attractions less than 15 minutes away. Great local restaurants, and short drive to Branson Landings. Well equipped property on the water (it’s a river even though it is called a lake). Nice trout fishing, but if you are looking for other species, it’s a short drive to Table Rock Lake. Catch Rainbow and Brown Trout off the bank, walk up to the house, clean, grill, and eat them (it was so good). The water is clear, but don’t expect to swim here, the current can be strong (depending on the Hydro-electric Dam schedule), and the water was 50-55 degrees (in Mid-June) even in the 90 degree heat.

Great view. Comfortable and clean property. However, lower floor vacant, elevator not workiing so taking stuff up and down over steep stairs was problematic. Only entrance to locked property was thru the master suite, up a bunch of stairs. Building in need of updating. Floor from living to master suite sags. Nice amount of condiments and spices. Good supply of cups, plates, etc. Nice area with nice walking available, especially with the dogs.
