It was the perfect size for 2 people on their anniversary trip. Nice little kitchen. A little more closet space would have been nice. It was easy to navigate to, the directions they sent for entry were spot on. The company was easily accessible and very nice.

This is a cozy little cabin. Perfect for a couple, small family or maybe a small group of 5-6 who know each other well.Everything worked. The appliances all worked. The heat was warm. The electronics were all hooked up and operated as expected. The hot tub was super! The pool table is perfectly level.The cabin was really clean. Both bathrooms are roomy. The view off the deck was outstanding.Note: The coffee maker is a traditional drip design, so bring your own k-cup or espresso machine, if needed. The cabin is on a bit of a crowded street, but my wife and I were never bothered by the traffic sounds and the deck is private.Also - try Papa Leone’s pizza, just up the road. Highly recommended after a long day’s drive!

Good but not Great

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furniture is old and dated. The large inside hot tube is a nice feature but the hot water heater will only fill to just above the jets. The cabin needs a larger water heater or a tankless on demand model. We asked for additional garbage bags and were told that they do not supply them. The kitchen utensils are old and cheap. Lastly, the desk paint is old and peeling. The cabin complex was good. Great view. The cabin needs some work.

Dream Come True

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you looked forever, you could never find a location better than this one... The view is unbelievable. Gorrgeous mountain ranges as far as you can see, with smoke rising between them and changing the landscape constantly. We enjoyed both decks for hours, just sipping coffee and spending time together talking in this magnificent place. The cabin was clean and spacious. Hubby got up every morning and went to the upper level where he did his Bible reading and enjoyed leaving his books out on the little table there, making his own quiet place each morning while I remained downstairs. We used the hot tub several times and that too was so relaxin. We have been married 52 years but this cabin felt like a honeymoon destination. I called the office staff a couple times to ask a question, and they were always available, helpful and friendly. Our cabin was located on a curve so we did have more traffic up and down the mountain, and that was the only negative. The zip line van runs constantly past our place and probably needs the muffler fixed as it is so noisy. Still this was not enough to ever cause us not to come back because you will never find a more open, spacious, beautiful view than this one.

Reviewer Comments: This unit is amazing (Smoky Sunrise 53), the moment we walked into the unit we knew this is it, the place was clean and had what we needed. The views were amazing and we were blessed with perfect weather. We did a quick romantic getaway and it was perfect, there is a king bed 2 full baths, 1 with a jacuzzi tub, 2 big decks and the upper with a hot tub which got plenty of use, morning coffee watching the Sunrise and late night wine sipping watching the stars, meals were always eaten on the decks. There is a game room with a pool table and Foosball and TV and huge windows with amazing views. We will definitely be back.

We all enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and foosball table too. It takes a bit more time to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but didn't mind the scenic drive. Our young kids loved the loft beds.

Beautiful Cabin and view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our cabin was ready for us upon arrival. We were notified prior to arrival that the pull out sofa bed had been damaged and they wouldn’t be able to fix it for our stay, they did provide an air mattress in exchange. The cabin is beautiful and spacious! It has everything you need for an easy vacation. The view is spectacular; we loved being able to wake up to mountains every day and watch the sun rise/set from the hot tub. The cabin was clean but my only complaint is that the windows were very smudged up and needed a better cleaning. All in all, it was fabulous and we would return in the future! The staff is mindful in making sure you are ok.

A paradise in the mountains!

The cabin we stayed in was exactly as pictured online - both in location, the view, and the layout. We enjoyed every moment of it and could not have been happier with our experience. These cabins are so beautiful, they speak for themselves! We also loved the self check in process and communication with the staff via text. It was very easy and convenient. The only issue we had was that although the cabin was cleaned, it seemed like it was done too quickly or poorly done as there was someone's hair on our comforter on the bed upon arrival and the balconies had spider webs all over them. There was also garbage on the floor upstairs. But other than that, everything was excellent!

The bed was worn out, the couches downstairs need replaced as they too are worn out. The toilets need to be higher so that people who are handicapped are not struggling.
