Check-in was seamless—we received the door code by text and had no issues accessing the property. The views of the Smoky Mountains from both balconies were absolutely amazing. The cabin itself was bright, welcoming, and created a lovely romantic atmosphere.A few areas could use improvement. The internet did not work during our stay. We reported the issue and someone came out to repair it, but unfortunately it still wasn’t functioning, which was disappointing since reliable internet is important these days. The kitchen was well equipped, though some of the dishes were chipped and could use replacement. The TV offered many channels, but only a limited number were actually accessible, making it difficult to watch basic programming like the news. The mattress also felt somewhat overused.Be sure to carefully read the detailed email outlining what is and isn’t provided in the cabin so there are no surprises (for example, items like a dish sponge).Overall, we had a lovely time and truly enjoyed the experience and beautiful setting.

The views were Amazing and the cabin was very clean with plenty of entertainment with the hot tub and pool table which was a fantastic touch! The location was private and quiet which was exactly what we wanted! We would love to come back, but this time, we will stay at the cabin seclusively! It was also very easy to communicate with the staff at the resort for check in and out. We originally came for Gatlinburg which was too overcrowded for our liking but the cabin.... The perfect place for peace, romance and a chance to disconnect from the world. Highly recommend!!!!

Minutes away from Pigeon Forge and Old Mill Restuarant. The bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub worked great! I would highly recommend this cabin. Management company was very nice and promptly took care of our TV connecting to internet issue.

The hot tub was also wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic. Sitting on the decks watching a sunrise and sunset was so peaceful and enjoyable. What a relief from the loud distracting noises of the city. Up here you can enjoy the peace. Although we could hear the joyful cheers of the zip- liners. The comfort of home and the Mountain View makes for an awesome staycation! We just love it here!

Beautiful view unlike any other!

Not a fan that during day even with blinds closed and air set at 70 it would get pretty warm and unable to turn air down for night use. We are used to 75 day and 65 night. It was 70 all the time so we had to use fans at night, we made due. The kitchen was nice and well furnished. We cooked many times in the evenings as it was too hot during day. Our hot tub was nice in the evenings as well. We enjoyed the pool table. The jacuzzi was a nice surprise! The downstairs bedroom is quiet and hardly could hear anything from upstairs. The sofa bed upstairs was like a normal sofa bed. A little stiff from poles and needing a pad. There is a slight drop in the right corner on back which will need to be worked on soon I'm sure. All in all, a great vacation getaway and the best views you can get! Loved the cabin and fetting to watch the zipliners too! The pool was nice and quiet. Highly recommend to others!!

Open floor plan with high all wood ceilings and huge windows to accentuate the view. A very cozy feel. Overall we loved the cabin and would definitely come back but there were some negatives. Upon arrival, we noticed the coffee maker, toaster and drain board were disgustingly dirty and stained. We called the management and got the toaster and coffee maker replaced but not the drain board. The top of the fridge was dirty, the caulking around the shower doors was old and stained needing replacement and there were water/soda bottles and trash below the outside steps. I mention these items as they are easy fixes and should be part of a regular “cleanup” after a checkout and prior to the next check in.

First, this company provides first class service to their guest! When we arrived the air conditioner was not working correctly. We called and reported and someone was at our door in 15 minutes or less - very impressive in the world we live in now where service seems always to be lacking. The cabin itself could not have been nicer! Ours was a romantic getaway for our 39th anniversary! The views from the deck are so picturesque! The upstairs the perfect size for two and the master suite downstairs is wonderful with the pool table right outside the bedroom for fun when you first wake up or right before bedtime! Enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of wandering the Smokies! We loved everything about this rental company and this cabin and highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury getaway! PS The resort pool is just around the corner from this cabin so it's a perfect location!

Great little place above the clouds

Beautiful View, But Uncomfortable Mattress

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was clean and in good condition. It has a beautiful view. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable and appeared to be an old inner spring mattress. In my opinion, it needs a more modern and softer mattress. We had to buy a foam topper to put on it while we were there so we could sleep comfortably. I informed the management company near the end of our stay and they said they would inspect it. I do hope it is replaced with something better. I have rented through Elk Springs 3 times and I have found them to always be attentive to guest needs, so no complaints there.
