The place was well stocked and very clean. There were no issues at all in the 4 days that we stayed there. The host was very responsive and very accommodating.

This place is even nicer and bigger than in the pictures. The creek running in the backyard was an unexpected surprise. Even with 12 of us, we never felt cramped and there was plenty of room to spread out. We would totally stay here again.
Great space for group of 5 friends, for ski trip. Enough bedrooms, bed configurations, and bathrooms for privacy and quiet. Great common space for meals together and spreading out after skiing. Garage and ample parking is a plus. Hot tub a short walk away was appealing, glassed in but not entirely enclosed. Convenient location for parking at Eagle, shopping at Vons.
Truly the best part of this house is the creek behind the house. So beautiful! It's a nice house, beds were comfortable, it was clean. The check out process is not great, it's earlier than any place I've ever stayed, home or hotel included. Also, be sure to read the rental agreement entirely, check out is very extensive so be prepared to leave yourselves hours to get out.
Our group of 11 enjoyed our stay at Steve & Kelly's. The layout was a good fit for our group. The kitchen is very well stocked and it is a good location for Mammoth mountain. The short walk (10 minutes) to the shuttle stop was a better option than fighting parking over at the resort. Only a few dings to mention in the upstairs gets rather warm while the downstairs stays cool. We were able to counter this with a few fans, but as a suggestion the house could use a ceiling fan in the vaulted ceiling of the main room. The oven did have a minor issue during our stay, but we were still able to use it and Kelly communicated to let us know about it while doing her best to get it repaired. A word of caution the garage will not fit a Ram 2500 (too long) and our group had 3 of them so we had to get creative with our driveway arrangement. I would certainly stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Itâs a gorgeous home with all the amenities you need. Itâs private and very peaceful. It was perfect for our family of 8. We will be back.
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It's spacious enough for a large family with plenty of room to entertain. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and kitchen is stocked very well. I would definitely stay here again!
We just had a fantastic time in Mammoth Lakes. The house was perfect for our family (6 adults and 5 kids). Whenever we had questions the communication also was great. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to anywhere we needed to go: local restaurants, groceries, mountain lakes (for trails and swim) and an entrance to Yosemite. We highly recommend this house

We came up for my brothers birthday weekend, with my family of 13 we all fit perfectly fine. The house is clean and very organized! We had a small incident with one of the toilets and thankfully the owner had a plumber come up the very next day to fix it. After that we had an amazing weekend. Would definitely stay here again!
Great stay!!! Our group ( 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids) loved the house. We enjoyed our tripâ plenty of space, house was clean and well stocked. We will be back.
Our group of 10 really enjoyed our second stay at the property. Check-in and check-out was easy. The property is in great condition and everything worked as expected. We love being able to cook our own breakfast and we love having a grill available for dinner. We look forward to staying here again.
The overall impression of the home was amazing . My family and I truly enjoyed the home in its entirety. It was very welcoming and felt homey . From the bedrooms , to the kitchen to the living quarters , everything was welcoming. They offered so much within the home .
My family has been vacationing in the Mammoth areas for over 30 years. Every year I would dream about owning a place in Mammoth someday. Well in November of 2013, after semi-retiring, we finally purchased our place. Since then we have purchased another place in Snowcreek 4 (unit 624 Golden Creek) because we say the value in this location. We have completely remodeled both units. We live in the townhome part-time May through October. Our kids have grown up and we currently have 4 grand children. Steve is an owner of a General Contracting business in Southern California (semi retired). We live in Los Alamitos CA. We enjoy going to Church on Sundays and feel grateful that they have one of our Churches in town. We love fly fishing and spend a lot our time up there fly fishing the creeks, rivers and lakes. We love the restaurant options and enjoy taking walks nearby.
We purchased in Snowcreek 4 (November of 2013) because of a couple reasons. 1) The units were spread out with lots of landscaped space between and in back of the units (not like the newer developments where they build all the units side by side without much space in between). 2) It has a spacious two car garage. 3) They have many ponds and creeks running through the property with local access to trout fishing and which also made it a very beautiful space. 4) Snowcreek landscaping crews keep the area beautiful all year around (we do not have to worry about the outside). 5) It backs up to one of the most beautiful meadows with ponds and creeks that you will ever see. Just a beautiful place. 6) We feel that the Sierra Nevada Mountain range offers some of the most spectacular scenery in the world and Mammoth Lakes is right in the heart of it all. 7) It's a big unit and sleeps a lot of people which is very cost effective when you have a large group.
We have a spacious 2 car garage and a driveway that can park 2 more. Snowcreek 4 has a new hot tub. It is in a separate building not far from our unit. One of the nice things that separates our place from others is the size and set up with many beds. It can sleep 12 people. This is a very spacious place. It can comfortably sleep 2-3 families which helps keep the cost down if you split the payment into 2-3 families (much cheaper than a hotel). The town of Mammoth Lakes has a free trolley that stops very close to our unit (a 3 minute walk). It operates every 20 minutes from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 pm and every 30 minutes from 10:00 pm to 2 am. It is a very quite area with lots of space and walking trails for walking and bike riding. It is close to the ski slopes and offers free transportation to the Mammoth Ski area. In our opinion Snowcreek 4 is the nicest town home-condo complex in Mammoth.
