Between Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi near the sea, in the center of the town

I’ ve been very happy to know that you liked del place and the house. As I told you August it’s the month when “all” the italians have holydays (a lot of firms, shops, offices close) and “abandon” towns to go to the touristic places expecially on the beaches and its for this reason that you need to book restaurants in advantages. Our “hight season” is July and expecially august, during the other months normally you havent’t problems to book restaurants,: (you may probably have few difficulties just only on the week- ends or on holidays) Beside that I think that there was a misunderstanding , because everything mentionated and specified on the annouce has always been avaibled for the guests who lived at “ at casa viola”. On the annouce its written that to reach “ casa viola” and at its own garden, guests has to walk through another property of us (just few meters). In the garden that “belongs” to “ casa viola” there is a table to eat and the barbeque ( see photos), there is also a lavatory and it’s possible to have a quick external shower right to remove the sand. On the announce the parking place it isn’t mentionated because it wasn’t included. Of corse you can have some difficulties on parking in August because the house is in the center and very near the beaches, but from september to june normally there are no problems at all also to park even in front of the house. Over that misanderstanding , the family is great, the children are well mannered and are all raccomanded as guests
