La villa est située dans le Alto Salento, près de la mer, dans le célèbre et exclusif village de Rosamarina, immergée dans une fantastique végétation de plantes méditerranéennes et tropicales, qui s’enroule autour de la magnifique piscine avec jacuzzi mis à la disposition des clients. Les plages et la côte sont d'une beauté unique, alternant de longues plages de sable et de grandes plages, avec des plages magnifiques et luxuriantes aux eaux claires et transparentes. Le village bénéficie de tout le confort possible, avec supermarché, boucherie, magasin de fruits et légumes, bars, restaurants de toutes sortes, pizzeria, pharmacie et garde médicale. De plus, l'accès au village est interdit aux non-résidents et est contrôlé par un service de sécurité efficace, afin de protéger la vie privée des clients et de leur détendre. Pour ceux qui veulent visiter les Pouilles, c'est la position la plus favorable à ce jour, étant situé dans le centre, le long de la côte, permettant de rejoindre facilement des villes telles que Bari 70 km, Brindisi 30 km, Lecce 70 km, Taranto 50 km en peu de temps. et des sites naturels et paysagers comme Ostuni 6 km, Alberobello 20 km, Cisternino 12 km, Grotte di Castellana 25 km, la réserve naturelle de Torre Guaceto 15 km, le parc naturel des dunes côtières 1 km, les fouilles d’Egnathia 7 km, le zoo Safari de Fasano (le plus grand d'Europe) 15 km, et plusieurs terrains de jeux, et AcquaPark.

Very relaxing

Matteo and his family were very welcoming and it was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful location. The apartment has everything we needed for our short stay and was very clean. The outside space was amazing and it was very difficult to get the kids to leave the pool. The apartment is very close a lovely little beach with beautifully warm sea. We had a fantastic relaxing time. Thank you Matteo, we will be back.

Rosa Marina mid September 24

The property is located on a gated community literally a stone’s throw from the beach that extends for miles in either direction. The outside of the property is delightful with a large pool and plenty of seating surrounded by mature and colourful planting. The owners Matteo and Maria are very welcoming. The apartment has a small but well equipped kitchenette and sitting room however the seating is not the most comfortable. It was described as a 2 bedroom apartment but in reality it is one with an on suite and a room divider for the bunkbeds in the same room. The location is great for accessing local towns and villages for days and nights out.

Séjour à Ostuni les pieds dans l'eau

Super séjour à Ostuni dans une belle propriété. La piscine est incroyable et la proximité avec la mer permet de s'y rendre à pied. Nos hôtes ont été très avenants et leurs conseils ont été précieux. Beaucoup de villes à visiter aux alentours. Nous nous sommes régalés aussi bien culinairement parlant que visuellement !

Fantastique

Super bien situé avec une grande piscine et à 2 minutes à pied de la plage. Le jardin est magnifique avec plein de possibilités pour se reposer. Matteo était très disponible et nous a donné tous les renseignements nécessaires pour le séjour (supermarché, pharmacie, restaurants….). Vraiment trop bien.

Vacanze settembre 2021

Appartamentino molto grazioso ed estremamente pulito e curato, provvisto di tutto il necessario e confort. Sito all’interno di un comprensorio strettamente vigilato e molto tranquillo, ma allo stesso tempo dotato di supermercato, farmacia, bar, ristoranti, gelateria e guardia medica. Consigliato per coppie e/o famiglie con bambini piccoli. Gode di una posizione strategica per effettuare escursioni e gite nei luoghi incantevoli che la Puglia regala. A pochissimi metri dal mare, ove si possono trovare sia spiagge di sabbia sottile e dorata, che scogli. Il giardino è ampio, gode di molta privacy e tranquillità con piscina e idromassaggio a completa disposizione. Matteo e Maria, i padroni di casa, sono persone eccezionali, molto accoglienti e dotati di una grande sensibilità. Molto disponibili in qualsiasi momento a soddisfare eventuali necessità o problemi. Una nota in più, i nostri cagnolini sono stati accolti senza alcuna difficoltà o riserva. Grazie Matteo e Maria, grazie mille di cuore per la splendida vacanza che ci avete dato l’opportunità di vivere. Un abbraccio grande grande Maria Rosa, Barbara, Witty e Mia.

Entspannter Urlaub mit eigenem Pool

Großer Garten, sehr ruhig,Matteo war immer ansprechbar und hat uns Ausflugstips gegeben. Strand in 2Minuten zu erreichen. Idealer Standort um die absolut sehenswerten Städte der Umgebung zu entdecken. Die Betten sind alle in einem Zimmer, das hatten wir anders verstanden, war aber o.k.

Fantastic hosts, great location

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the villa. The apartment was spotless and just the right size. The pool area is stunning and extremely well maintained. The location is also very quiet which aids a restful holiday. Matteo and his wife Maria were brilliant hosts, very welcoming and extremely friendly. We were greeted with Easter Eggs for the 2 children and a bottle of Prosecco for us, which I thought was a lovely touch to welcome us. They went above and beyond to help us during our stay, we had issues with our car hire upon arrival and once we got to the villa, Maria went as far as to loan us her car. The villa is in a lovely area with a beach right on the doorstep. We were also very near to some other lovely beaches and Ostuni is situated nearby for a lovely couple of day trips out. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be booking again in the next couple of years. My Italian is extremely rusty after not visiting the country for 9 years - in the smaller villages, you will need to know the basics but we got by in supermarkets and of course most of the restaurants we visited had English speakers so please don't let this aspect put you off.

Ideal place for a relaxing holiday

The small apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. The real selling point is the fabulous garden and pool area (which is where you'll probably be spending most of your time). A great sandy beach is literally a 2 minute stroll away and this is all within a quiet and exclusive gated community. Well positioned for local attractions being very close to Ostuni, Alberobello and the Grottos. Matteo and his wife are very welcoming and are happy to help in any way. Highly recommended for couples and families with young children.

Great place to spend your vacation

Perfect location (200 mtrs to the sea) in a gated community (so be prepared to contact Matteo, the landlord, beforehand, he picks you up at the gate and hands out to you an access card), very quiet, absolutely wonderful garden with pool and jacuzzi you are free to use anytime. The apartment is at the lower level of the villa, where Matteo and Maria live. They are great hosts, both hard working during the day, very friendly and helpful. Matteo speaks English and shows you around if you like, he knows the best restaurants, beaches, shopping sites etc. The apartment ist lovely and tidy, equipped with everything you need as a couple or small family. So, in one sentence: A great place to spend your vacation!
