Nous sommes heureux de retrouver notre studio sur VRBO aprĂšs une pause. Tranquille. Superbes vues. Relaxant. Un morceau paradisiaque du pays avec des vues que vous ne croirez pas jusqu'Ă  ce que vous arriviez sur la propriĂ©tĂ©. À 10 minutes du centre-ville de Charlottesville et de Trump Winery. Voisin de l'auberge Clifton. Vous voulez visiter Carter's Mountain pour voir le feuillage d'automne ou cueillir des pommes? Cela vous prendra 5 minutes, tout comme le Monticello de Thomas Jefferson. C'est Ă  quelques minutes de beaucoup de vos choses prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©es que Charlottesville a Ă  offrir, mais dans un cadre trĂšs privĂ© et paisible. Nous aimons l'appeler notre «joyau caché». Ce studio se trouve sur une parcelle de 5 acres qui Ă©tait autrefois incluse dans la ferme adjacente de 64 acres. Votre studio se trouve Ă  l'Ă©cart de la maison du propriĂ©taire pour une intimitĂ© totale, mais vous avez le confort de savoir que le propriĂ©taire est Ă  proximitĂ©. C'est un endroit idĂ©al pour profiter d'un coucher de soleil d'Ă©tĂ© depuis votre balcon privĂ©, ou simplement vous dĂ©tendre et respirer l'air frais de la campagne aprĂšs une longue journĂ©e de visites de caves locales. Ce studio loft se compose d'un lit queen qui a un joli surmatelas en mousse et Ă©quipĂ© d'un favori en bambou! Il y a un coin salon avec un grand Ă©cran t. v. Profitez d'une belle douche chaude dans la douche carrelĂ©e de plain-pied. Il y a aussi une cuisine complĂšte avec cafetiĂšre, cuisiniĂšre, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur / congĂ©lateur.

Spent two nights at this lovely property. Everything was wonderful and we had a perfect weekend. We look forward to coming back. I can’t tolerate chlorine pools for too long so the saltwater pool was heaven! We relaxed by the fire pit and visited winery and a restaurant that were just a few minutes away.

Lovely, quiet place to stay.

Near Monticello. There are great views! The unit is clean and comfortable. If you on the tall side, be careful of the sloped ceilings. The bed was comfortable. The shower was also nice.

A perfect weekend

Property is exactly as described and the loft was beautifully decorated. We stayed for a mother/daughter weekend and had the best time. Hanging out on the balcony watching the sun rise over the mountains while we sipped coffee and watched deer grazing was pure perfection. We are already planning our next visit.

magnificent

Cozy getaway for 2 with a scenic view. Spotless and very well designed. Comfortable bed and very nice large screen tv. The deck was perfect for a romantic drink under the stars. Our host did an exceptional job to make us feel welcomed. This was our 2nd stay with many more to come.

Fall Leaves and Quiet Stay

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway. The owners are super responsive and the house was well stocked and clean upon arrival. The home was close enough to town, but in the country. Perfect fall rest and recharge retreat. If in the area again, we will be back.

Away from Home? Don't Worry!

The Hidden Gem was excellent, very convenient to downtown Charlottesville and the surrounding attractions. Clean, quiet, perfect for a party of two. This place has all the amenities one would need when staying away from home without the "hotel" vibe. The Hidden Gem will definitely be at the top of my list to book again.

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful property inside and out. Very clean and well kept. Little details show the pride that the host takes in maintaining it. Great proximity to historic Charlottesville and all the grape gardens! 10/10.

Once a hidden gem
 now a found one

We couldn’t have pictured a more perfect stay! This property is perfect for a couple looking to get away in the quaintness and beauty of Virginia. The property overlooked a gorgeous farm and mountain view and was the perfect amount of space for us. A cute little kitchen downstairs. We only used it to refrigerate food, but there were appliances and amenities for cooking if you wanted to. Upstairs was a studio room with an adorable farm house feel. The view from the upstairs balcony was beautiful. Trish was easily accessible from our inquiries prior to booking to the second we left. They were very thoughtful when stocking the property- including water bottles in the refrigerator, fresh ground coffee that was locally sourced, a chalkboard in the kitchen, with suggestions and recommendations for things to do and places to go, little things for the bathroom that you might forget to bring and even little games to play. Many of the wineries and breweries were within a 20 minute drive. It was really a wonderful weekend trip!

This property was all we could ask for. It was close to the wineries and other historic places that we wanted to visit. Trisha was a great host. The apartment was amazing. Beautiful views, and so cozy.
