What an absolutely fun, interesting, beautiful, comfortable home. If we are ever in Charlottesville again we will definitely stay in this recycled house. Thank you Debra for being the perfect host. So accessible, so accommodating of our special needs. We really enjoyed you meeting us and giving us the story on this house as well as so much information about Charlottesville. We had a great stay. The pictures don't do the property justice. The host was lovely, and was kind to leave kitchen basics for us - milk, creamer, butter, coffee.

This home is charming and in a wonderful location! I really loved all the decorative details. My husband and I stayed here with our two young kids and had plenty of space. Debra is thoughtful and has the essentials (coffee!) ground and ready. There are several restaurants and coffee shops in the downtown mall within a short walk but also a short drive to some many other eateries. All that to say the house is very unique and the location couldn’t be better!

Its hard to capture how cool this place is in the photos. It was the perfect place to hang between shows while we were in town for Billy Strings.

The Recycled House is a delight. We spent two weeks appreciating its clever and appealing design. The nook off the kitchen was a favorite with its view of the backyard. Proximity to downtown amenities cannot be touted enough especially combined with a parking space. Debra was excellent at communications and providing for every need. Stay here. You won't regret it.

Such a fun, beautiful, unique and well-designed home! Incredibly convenient location. Very clean space. Homemade chocolate chip cookies and the tour and explanation of the home on our arrival was a nice touch. We hope to return annually!

We were in town for the softball tournament and chose The Recycled House because it was within walking distance to the downtown mall. The drive to UVA was only 5-10 so it worked out nicely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the recycled house (such a unique and cool place). Debra is a fabulous host and we absolutely enjoyed her house tour. The property's location is very convenient to attractions and shopping. We highly recommend it.
