Nouvelle construction au 529 E. 9th St Ă  seulement 5 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la rue principale. Withering Heights est prĂȘt pour vous, vos amis, votre famille et vos animaux domestiques comme base de dĂ©part pour presque toutes les activitĂ©s de plein air que vous pouvez imaginer. La maison a une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, 1 et 1/2 salles de bain, deux chambres et un grenier. Il y a des lits pour 8 personnes.
La chambre principale a un lit king size au niveau principal. Le loft a un lit queen, un futon double et un lit simple. Aussi dans le loft est une grande chambre avec lit king et un balcon et une vue sur le lac Turquoise.
Le niveau de débrayage (100 $ / nuit supplémentaire) avait une chambre avec lit queen, salle de bain complÚte, salon et kitchenette.
Withering Height possÚde un garage surdimensionné pour deux voitures, une télévision à écran plat de 40 'et un cùble, le WiFi et des bûches à gaz pour une sensation de cabine confortable.

We stayed here as a family of four and it was an excellent Leadville base. The home was comfortable and practical for winter—fully equipped kitchen for meals, good Wi-Fi, and the gas fireplace made the evenings cozy. The oversized two-car garage was especially helpful for loading/unloading gear and keeping things out of the snow. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk/drive from Leadville’s Main Street and nearby attractions. Communication with the owners was great — Stephen & Ginger were very responsive and promptly answered our questions. We’d definitely book again.

House was good for what we needed for 2 nights in Leadville & the hosts are quick to communicate if you need them. Spacious home w/ great views of Elbert & Massive. Had some check-in challenges, & host was quick to resolve. Garage is a nice bonus.Keep in mind that this is a pet-friendly home, meaning the home reflects previous furry guests. Grill needed a good cleaning prior to use. There was construction ongoing directly in front of the home, but we might be the only unlucky guests that had to deal with that.

Stayed in Leadville for 5 days to just get away. Location was great and within 15-20 minutes of some of the most incredible trails I’ve ever hiked. A 3 min drive or 15 min walk to downtown was a huge plus. The house itself was cozy and truly felt like we were walking into a close friend’s house to stay for the week. Cozy, great views, well-equipped.

The house is a great place to stay when in Leadville. We really enjoyed the distance from downtown, it was an easy walk and remote enough to avoid the traffic.Layout of the house was great for our group, plenty of sleeping space and the deck was a great feature when the weather was nice.

We loved staying in this beautiful property. Everything about it was wonderful from the beautiful views on the deck to the comfort our family felt and staying here. There was plenty of room for us to enjoy the space and everything had great instructions and operated wonderfully the hosts were so great to communicate with and when we did have one small problem as a result of an excitable pet, they were awesome in helping to resolve it. There were great instructions on how to enjoy the home and the details and inclusions made it feel like we were staying with friends. The ease of check-in and checkout were great! Stand out details, included the deck with so many hummingbirds all day, the outstanding views, extra special touches of toys and family games plus the comfy bed and couches. The addition of the staples in toiletries and the pantry were so thoughtful and we did not have to worry if we packed the ketchup or extra bandaids. We loved how well cared for the Home was and everything worked and was top-notch. We would highly suggest this property for a vacation, and we so extremely disappointed when when ours came to an end. We will miss the ability to walk right into town or up into the hills for great hiking and the sunsets/sunrises from the deck were truly magical . The hosts have included everything for a perfect vacation and or only The only thing we would we might have missed was a bathtub so it a bit easier to wash up the kids! ( But the shower worked just fine!)

Comfortable, clean and convenient.Rented the home for four nights, and the lower level apartment for three to accommodate a few late arrivals.Entrance to the house and garage from 9th Street was at the level of the main floor which made access easy. Home was clean and well equipped. Only cooked breakfast in, but some of the nicest pots and pans we’ve experienced in a rental. Owners were very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Do not pass on this!

We were very happy with this home. It was a great location to downtown for dinner, shopping and grocery store. It was a great location to Ski Cooper about 15-20 minutes. The views were nice and enjoyed the sunlight. We appreciated being able to use the garage. So many extras in the home you don’t see at other rentals. The home was clean and sleeping was comfortable.

Great location for a ski weekend!

We had a pleasant stay as we travelled with 3 adults, 3 teens and a child for a long ski weekend. The deck was a bonus as we enjoyed spring skiing in Feb and utilized the deck back at the house. This is our 2nd time renting. WiFi was spotty and the house has definitely shown some wear (including bed linens and towels) but otherwise accommodated our group. Thank you!

Everything You Need

The cabin had everything from a well stocked kitchen to plenty of towels for showers. A clean cozy cabin with amazing light. We would stay here again.

Another great stay!

This is our second time staying at this lovely cabin. Everything we possibly needed was at our fingertips and the beds were all comfortable. Two of our kids took snowboarding lessons a quick 15 minutes away at Ski Cooper (best place ever for ski or snowboarding lessons!), while two other family members used their ski passes at Copper Mountain (about 30 minutes away). The cabin was warm and comfy to come back to each evening. We look forward to staying again!

Wedding Getaway

Everything was perfect for attending a wedding. Great location! Great sleeping options. An iron and ironing board could be helpful, but not sure if weddings are that big of an activity there, so maybe it was just us. We brought our own and it was totally fine. Thank you for everything!
