Unit # 304 a Ă©tïżœïżœ complĂštement mis Ă  jour, y compris flambant neuf, inoxydable appareils de cuisine en acier et comprend un Ă©norme, grande vĂ©randa de 25 pieds avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an. I really loved the location, the condo was more spacious than expected, it is not super fancy or anything, but was perfect for a family vacation. The onsite host/manager is really friendly and helpful, and the beach across the street is really nice too.

Reviewer Comments: Overall stay was nice and relaxing, generous accommodations and supplies, the beach chairs, coolers, umbrella and reusable water bottles were a nice bonus for beach days. Just needed to adjust to the lack of actual ac in the unit and according to my friend, the couch smelled heavily of mold so she didn't open it up after the first night but she still suffered severe congestion every morning.

Large WIDE lanai to enjoy

Great location; directly across the street from the ocean @ Kamaole 3 Beach. Spacious 2 bed/2 bath with large living area and kitchen. They DO need a new TV as the sound is awful...but for paradise we survived!!

Generally good, but note...

This property has many good things going for it, however, there are some things you should be aware of. First, the good:* Condo was clean and as described* It was well stocked, (including beach items), we didn't need anything else* In some ways, the location was awesome in Kihei, the beach was beautiful and right across the street* Good view from the 3rd floor deck* Spacious for a 2 bedroom condo* Nice pool* Good internet* The manager was quick to communicate and helpfulBe aware of which affected our stay:* the exterior windows are shutter-like, they are useless at keeping sound out, this negatively affected our sleep as the road the condo is on is a main road and very noisy, also, other tenants seem oblivious to these windows.* no AC, not a big deal except for the middle of day when you can't cool down* parking is very limited and tight.

Amazing Balcony

This was a great location in Kihei. Walkable to the beach (right across the street), shops, restaurants, and activities. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the balcony views were beautiful!

So wonderful. This place is in the best part of Maui.. we went all over the island and found this is the best. The condos are so much cooler and more wonderful than you possibly imagine. Check in process was so easy. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Most magical memories ever.

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time at the Maui Park Shore. The unit was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The amenities that we liked the best were the pool and the large lanai. The location was convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Nice Condo

Nice stay, decent kitchen items, good size rooms and bathrooms. Never felt cramped with 4 adults. Could use some new ceiling fans as we had to setup extra floor fans in each room and the kitchen. Front lanai doors leaked during the storm but it was pretty bad. Location is nice and within walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Nice, close to the beach

Our stay here was very nice. We had close access to the beach, and it was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning, but it cooled down at night so it wasn’t a huge deal, just would have made our stay more comfortable.

Awesome Experience

We loved everything about this condo and plan to stay here next time we visit Maui, the property manager was super easy to deal with. When one of the beach chairs broke, they were able to get us a new chair within the hour!! We loved the location and the Maui Parkshore property! My only complaint was the floor, the cabinet handles, lanai floor and lanai table were dirty, but other than that it was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This complex was great for our family the manager there is amazing, everything very clean and the pool was a daily visit. The unit was pretty good too - lots of towels, dishes, kitchen and appliances/laundry were great. It IS loud with the open air, no AC, and just thin white blinds so it's not a sleeping in place, just have to go to bed early. Biggest complaint is that there is no light on the lanai and that's where the only table is so dinner and games are in the dark or by cell phone flashlight.The ensuite light was also burnt out when we were there and the patio door was difficult to open, but they came out to fix the door quickly. There were beach chairs, some snorkel and small boogie boards for small kids, some larger boards would be nice too. Thanks for the stay!

The overall condition of this property is good, not very good or excellent due to the worn-out condition of the mattress in the master bedroom, the couch in the living room was more comfortable than the bed. Other than this I would strongly recommend you this property. The condition of tbe general (pool, green and BBQ) areas are well maintained.
