Bel appartement de 3 chambres, à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la plage.

«Lowenek» est un bel appartement avec parking, qui a été entièrement rénové en 2016 à un niveau élevé. L'appartement dispose d'un espace de vie décloisonné et de 3 chambres, dont une en suite. La cuisine est bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et lave-linge.

À quelques pas de la plage, vous pouvez regarder par la fenêtre et regarder les vagues avant de vous diriger vers la plage Pavillon bleu qui est desservie par les sauveteurs RNLI pendant les périodes de pointe. Pour ceux qui veulent apprendre à surfer lors de leur visite, il y a une école de surf dans le village.

Porthtowan dispose d'une gamme d'équipements tels que deux pubs, un café, un fish & chips, une épicerie, un parc pour enfants et un accès facile aux promenades côtières.

The place is modern and open plan. Emma was very accommodating and provided a cot and high chair and made it childproof by removing cleaning products to a different cupboard. Any issues that we reported are being dealt with so I would recomend a stay here. There are 2 parking spots and a lovely view of the sea and our favourite beach

Really fantastic holiday rental for small/young families - we had so much fun there! It's a short walk to the beach, the bar, ice-cream parlour, pub and the apartment has everything you need! Very helpful, communicative and friendly hosts who left a nice gift for my birthday. Weather was total rubbish but this place really made up for it! Thank you Emma & family for a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay

We had a brilliant time here. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The beach was a few minutes walk away and perfect for young children. Emma was so helpful and kindly posted me my kindle which I had left underneath a pillow.

Perfect base for anyone attending this race as so close to eco park, plenty of shared space in the flat and decent sized rooms. Host very accommodating and helpful.

What a wonderful apartment. Perfect stay, key collection to the hosts contact flawless. The little village is a breath of fresh air. Can’t think of any faults, would happily stay here again. Everything you could need for the beach was on site right down to paddle boards! Made for a very laid back week away. Oh the sunsets are something else! A very slight hillDown to the beach easy parking at the apartment and some fantastic cliff walks.

Fabulous family apartment

This apartment is in a perfect location for a family holiday. Easy walk to the beach. Everything you may need for your stay is provided and welcome hamper on arrival a lovely surprise. Right by the beach

Location very good...beach in two minutes. Could have been cleaner and TV a bit high for comfort. Had to use a chair for bedside table. Everything we needed was there, including wet suits and buckets and spades. Sunsets were superb from the dinner table!

We had a brilliant stay. My son lives opposite. We didn’t know we would be that close to him so it was perfect. There was everything we needed in the apartment..lovely walk to the beach and pub. We will definitely be back x

Summer stay in Porthtowan

Fantastically located lovely apartment with plenty of space for parents and three teens. Fully equipped with everything we needed and the welcome pack was a really thoughtful addition. Communication with Emma was brilliant and we would highly recommend the apartment -especially for its location to the beach!! We’ve been coming to Porthtowan since the children were small and it’s a testimony to the fact that at 19,18 and 15 they’ve ask to come back year 7 years in a row. Officially our happy place!!!

Good

Good... accommodation met everyone's needs and requirements. The living area and rooms are all of a good standard. The location and ease of access is good with the village having all you need 2 pubs/bars coffee/cafe ice cream and tourist beach wares shop....there is a Tesco about 15 minutes away for bigger shops. The Beach is magnificent at low tide huge stretches of sand and surf. The blue bar is worth a visit to watch the sun go down with a chilled beverage..full of locals and visitors all chilling in a relaxed atmosphere....oh and the WiFi was quick enough for a 14 year old and his Xbox while the 12 year old was calling friends online....so we got peace and quiet on the master bedrooms little veranda....again with a chilled beverage or 3. A visit to St. Agnes was nice ...if you are lucky the local seals might say hello.

Is a lovely place to stay , only a five minutes walk to the beach . Clean and spacious, everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. 2 good size parking spaces and a nice little decked area . Step into the ensuite and a step into the bath/ shower .Beds are very comfortable .

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung, die super Lage in Porthtowan, tolle, ausreichend vorhandene und superbequeme Betten dazu eine kleine Terrasse, um den abendlichen Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Dazu viele Ausflugstipps und diverse Strandspielsachen für Groß und Klein zur freien Nutzung. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Amazing location and property

The Property is located in the perfect spot to visit both north and South Cornwall and also has many local attractions (walks, beaches, surfing). The property itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is vey well equipped and spacious. Communicating with Emma is very easy, she replies within the hour. The kids were very excited with the hamper which they really enjoyed. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent accommodation with nearby beach and coastal walks

The apartment was very well laid out and maintained, with all facilities well explained. As a family group we found it invaluable being able to easily split our time between being on the beach/in the sea, going on coastal walks and having meals & drinks in local bars/restaurants - all within a few minutes walk of the apartment. It was also very handy being within easy driving distance of many of Cornwall's top tourist sites. We strongly recommend the apartment as a holiday destination.

Amazing!

The property is just up the hill from the beach. It's a perfect location for a beach holiday, giving everything you need for a great stay. We were very comfortable. Emma is just fantastic - seriously so. Our child damaged one of her chairs and she was just so understanding about it. She provided such a nice welcome package of food as well, we were totally blown away. She also let us watch one of the movies she had downloaded from Disney Plus. Really, really wonderful, which makes your stay that much better! Re wetsuits - Emma has a hose so you can rinse them outside - a must if you're surfers/body boarders like us and come up from the beach covered in sand and salt water. I can't rate this place more highly.

We fell in love with Porthtowan after coming here on holiday, with our two children, for the last few years. We bought this apartment as it's the perfect location to be able to walk to the beach and Blue Bar and make even more family memories. We hope our guests enjoy staying here as much as we do!
