A luxury villa, modern and spacious, fitted with air conditioning/heating and internet. The villa has its own private pool and landscaped gardens all set within a private estate. The villa is located in an enchanting part of the Island near Kolymbia. The panoramic scenes include pine tree covered mountains that can be viewed from the Villa. The peace and tranquillity really sets this location apart from others whilst still being central to the ‘Island of Sun’ and very close to the main road networks so you can easily explore this special Island. This truly makes perfect surroundings.

Remote Working: A desk, office chair and monitor are provided for anyone needing to combine work with their holiday.

Car Hire: Car rental is strongly recommended to get the best from your holiday. We are able to provide the contact details of a local car hire company that will arrange pick up and drop-off of hire cars at the airport.

Security: For your Security and general security at the property. Exterior cameras with motion detection making video and audio recordings are present at the following locations - 1) on the communal entrance gate to the villa compound, 2) the front door as a door bell, 3) on the garage exterior covering driveway fence line and 4) on the pine tree covering the villa compound entrance road fence line. There are no cameras inside the house. There are no cameras covering the pool area or main front garden area. Customers will be given a choice to have 2 of these these cameras fully covered and the door bell would be removed. This is agreed before your stay commences. The 1x camera for the shared Villa compound gate will remain active throughout a customer's stay.

Golf: A full 18 hole Golf course is nearby. It should be noted that this is not quite up to the standard found in the UK.

Relaxing vacation

We were looking for a peaceful getaway and that’s exactly what we got. Quiet area, short drive to shops and restaurants. Communication was excellent. Villa had everything needed. Lovely stay!!

Perfect place for a perfect vacation.

Luxury and spotless clean house with a private pool. Very nice communication with the owner Mike and Spiros, who takes care for the villa and always available in case of problems (which we did not have!). Great villa on a perfect spot

With much pleasure we stayed in this villa the last week of October. The villa is situated on a small compound of four villa's and it is very quiet. The garden is great with a private swimming pool. Beds to lie on. A few nice restaurants 5 minutes from the villa. And more restaurants in the surrounding villages. The villa is advertised as modern, which it is, although some parts might need some modernization, like the kitchen and shower. Communication with the owner Michael was outstanding.. He gave lots of useful information and at the villa we were welcomed by Spiros who was so very kind and helpful. Overall we had a great time at Rhodos in this great villa.

Just amazing

From the first communication,everything was very simple. Any questions or information Mike was always quick to help. The information from him was always very detailed.As for the property, check in was easy. Spiros was there to meet us at the agreed time. He showed us all around the villa and made sure we were happy with everything before he left. During our 3 week stay, Spiros would come a couple of times a week to clean the pool and any general maintenance. He would always pre arrange the times he would come and make sure we were happy with everything. We didnt have any problems during our 3 weeks,but im sure if we had then Spiros would of happily been available to help. He is such a friendly person. The villa has everything you need (apart from a dustpan and brush). It is very spacious for 6 of us. It is a lovely place and the outside space is great,with the pool,the lovely green grass and beautiful plants all around. Thank you Mike and Spiros for a lovely time.

Best Villa we ever stayed!!!!

This was the best vacation home we have stayed in so far. The house was equipped with everything you need. The garden and the pool were just great. We and the kids loved it. And especially Spiros, the on-site caretaker who looked after the house. He helped immediately with the smallest problem. There were tips, fresh eggs and fresh meat from his own farm. Top.

Very Nice!

Location is very good to explore Rhodes! Villa is well equiped and the children loved all the inflatables which made them enjoy the pool even more. A car is a must but the direction provided and lighting in the evening makes it very easy to find. We did have an issue but it was dealt with in no time. A little piece of paradise

What a wonderful place ... it was the best holiday we ever had. The house is just beautiful, everything you needed was there. We enjoyed so much the lovely garden with a lot of shady places and surely the super pool which was very clean. Spiros, who looks after the house, answered all our questions and gave us good tipps about the island. He also brought us fresh eggs from his own and surprised us with cake, thank you so much. For me, my husband and our son with down syndrom it was perfect, just what we needed to have a lovely holiday. Than you Katy and Michael, we surely come again ...

Good villa in a good location

Nice modern villa in a good location . Although in a compound with three other houses it still had good privacy. The nearest restaurant was excellent and only 800m away though with no pavement or lights, not an easy walk with children. The location was perfect for everywhere so long as you have a car, but the local town of Kolymbia has everything you need and only 10 minutes drive away. Good pool and beautiful grounds meant that there was no real need to go anywhere if you just want a relaxing day. Everything generally worked as it should and any problems were sorted quickly. Overall great value for money a lovely holiday and would be happy to return. Iain

Lovely villa and gardens

This is a good size villa with beautiful gardens with a lawn and palm trees. The villa has shutters and tiled floors which keep it cool in the day. The master bedroom has a high ceiling which makes it airy. The villa is a good size and there is plenty of room for a family or friends. The villa contains all you need for self catering. Communication both from the UK and in Greece was great with Kate and also with Spiros who lives close by. They are a dream team as can sort anything you need! Spiros brought us eggs from his farm and found us some BBQ coals when we couldn’t source any. Kate from the UK was kind and helpful and quick to reply at all times. The pool is lovely and with the lush gardens, you can easily spend a day chilling. Remarkably there are very few mozzies but many butterflies fluttering around. The garden is watered from the spring from the mountain opposite the house. There are quite a few hiking trials locally but best to come early or late season to enjoy them as it will be cooler. The villa is on a main road but there isn’t a lot of traffic noise - just a bit at morning commute time. The trees in the garden makes the villa private. The villa is gated at the front and also individually, so secure. You will need a car and we found autotours, who are local, to be excellent. There are 2 tavernas at the end of the road and both worth trying. You get generous free deserts - nice! The end taverna has veggie dishes. We didn’t walk as there are no pavements. The villa is a close drive to attractions such as seven springs and in the opposite direction, the local beach / the right hand side is good for snorkelling and we enjoyed parasailing at Mikes watersports. Lindos is 25 minutes away and in the other direction is beaches such as the pretty Nicholas beach. We also trundled to Butterfly valley which was inland with god views over to the West coast when you got the top. Lots of good restaurant this way and good value too. On an eve we use the DVD player and streamed Netflix if at home. The internet was OK but could be stronger. You can also got take away pizza delivered from Afonda for a lazy night. For an authentic experience, there is a lovely fish restaurant in this village. In all we had a relaxing holiday. Our family including sons of 20 and 15 enjoyed it. We wish we were there now!

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Großes Haus in zentraler Lage. Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Einrichtung schon etwas Ă€lter, hĂ€tte auch etwas sauberer sein können. Leider hatten wir Ameisen in der KĂŒche, kein Insektenspray vorhanden. Ebenso war kein Fön, kein Staubsauger da. Mussten auch Öl, PapiertĂŒcher etc. selber besorgen, war nichts da. Eine befahrene Straße vorm Haus zu hören. Sonst sehr zentral, Einkaufen, Strand, Essen. Endlich mal wenig MĂŒcken. Sehr gute Kommunikation auf Englisch mit Spiros vor Ort und mit Mike in England. Empfehlenswert. KĂŒche, war leider kein Insektenspray vorhanden sowie auch kein Fön

Schönes Haus in zentraler Lage

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Das Haus ist sehr schön, mit einem großen gut gepflegten Garten. Der Pool ist auch toll, sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist schon etwas Ă€lter aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Spiros war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Die Villa liegt an der Hauptstraße von Kolymbia in Richtung Seven Springs. Kolymbia selbst und der Strand sind fußlĂ€ufig nicht wirklich zu erreichen. Man muss ca 1km direkt auf der Hauptstraße laufen. Daher sollte man unbedingt ein Auto haben. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten an tollen StrĂ€nden (Tsambika, Afandou Beach), Restaurants in Kolymbia etc. Zum Flughafen sind es mit dem Auto ca 30 Minuten. Einziger Kritikpunkt: das Haus war nicht wirklich sauber geputzt als wir ankamen. Ansonsten alles top und insgesamt 5 Sterne.

Immer wieder !!

Das Haus war noch schöner wie beschrieben ... Blitzsauber und in wirklich sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Auch Pool und Garten waren wunderbar. Kontakt ĂŒber Vermieter und insbesondere Spiros - den guten Geist vor Ort - waren excellent !! Wir sehen uns wieder ... :-)

Wundervoll !!!

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub in einem wundervollem Haus. Die Villa bietet einem alles was man braucht. Ein toller gepflegter Garten, ein klasse Pool fĂŒr einen alleine und ein voll ausgestattetes Haus . Die Lage ist super, zwar etwas abseits ( man braucht unbedingt ein Auto ) aber dennoch zentral. Nach Lindos und nach Rhodos sind es nur gute 20 min. Nach Kalithea Springs und zur Anthony Quinn Bucht nur ca. 15 und zum Supermarkt nur 5 min. Der Blick vom Pool auf die Berge und Ziegen lĂ€dt definitiv zu verweilen ein. Der liebe "Hausmeister" Spiros hat uns immer mit frischen Eiern versorgt und hat dafĂŒr gesorgt das es uns an nichts fehlt. Vielen Dank auch an Mike und Katy fĂŒr die liebe Kommunikation. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Haus nur jedem empfehlen

Traumhaftes Uraubsdomizil

Dies war das schönste Haus, das wir jemals ĂŒber fewo-direkt gebucht haben: geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gepflegt, gelegen in einem herrlichen Garten mit einem stets sauberen Pool, der uns nach unseren langen Wanderungen AbkĂŒhlung verschaffte. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen, aber wir haben die PrivatsphĂ€re sehr genossen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich, doch ist die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in alle Richtungen und unsere Fahrzeiten betrugen selten lĂ€nger als 40 Minuten. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Katy war immer hilfsbereit und bemĂŒht, uns bei allem zu unterstĂŒtzen, besonders, als wir den Urlaub aus gesundheitlichen GrĂŒnden zu unserem großen Bedauern verfrĂŒht abbrechen mussten. Aber wir werden wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Sauber, ruhig, unkompliziert - ERHOLUNG

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder vor Ort. Die Villa ist in guter Verfassung und sauber. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und grosszĂŒgig angelegt.Von der Lage her ist es etwas abseits des Geschehens und daher als sehr ruhig zu bewerten. 4 Villas in diesem Areal. Sonst nur Ziegen und Landschaft. Ein Auto ist hier Pflicht.Kleiner Tip: dem Hausmeister mal etwas zu trinken Anbieten. Wir sind mit vielen GesprĂ€chen und netten Gesten belohnt worden. Alles in Allem kann man die Villa ruhigen Gewissens buchen.

A beautiful villa away from the tourist area but close enough to get all your shopping or visit the sites. Great location and very central for exploring island. Villa was gated and secure, a very nice quite villa away from tourist. Their are four villas on the complex, but you feel you are on your own. Very private and a lovely villa with everything you need, would highly recommend this villa .

Tolle Unterkunft

Just returned from an amazing holiday in Kolympia, Rhodes. We stayed at villa Calista on the seven springs road and couldn't have wished for better accommodation. The villa has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The British couple who maintains the villa Steve and Julia are excellent in everything they do and are always just a phone call away. A car is needed because of the villas location but there are lots of hire companies to choose from in Kolympia. The villa is situated in a group of four with private gates and drives, the grounds around the villa are beautiful and look stunning as evening draws in and the lights come on in the pool and garden. We couldn't have wished for a better holiday and I think we were all gutted when we had to leave. Would definitely stay at villa Calista again given the chance. Ian J Blakey.

Outstanding villa made the holiday more enjoyable

On arrival at the villa Mike the owner was there to greet us' our flight was an early one but that wasn't a problem as we were able to store our luggage thanks to Mike. The villa is a home from home couldn't wish for better air-con in every room fresh linen and cleaned by the management team half way through our stay. The villa is on the road to seven springs in a gated complex of four, the garden was quite big but it is well looked after by the management team who only live a mile away and you can contact them at time by phone. They are very helpful and will give you tips as to were to eat and places to go and see. We spent a lot of time in the pool while we were there even if we had been out for the day even late on a night it was brilliant The villa is roughly about 25 miles from Rhodes town and Lindos and about 30 mins from the airport. If you want to try some Greek food we went to a Taverna Tsambikos which is a couple of minutes drive from the villa the food is brilliant. I would definitely recommend this villa to our family and friends.

SUPER!!!!

Perfect location!!! The villa was wonderful!!!!...We were 6 adults and a little child (2 years old)... Everithing was ok..... 3 bed rooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms.... The best villa we rent!!!!!.... The most beautiful part was the garden and the pool!!!! When we arrived in Rodos the villa was perfectly clean and there was everything we need!!!! In the middle of the week the owner send us a person to clean the villa and the pool (great!!!!) In a few minutes by car you can find the wonderful Tzampica beach, tavernas and markets and you are exactly in the middle way from Rodos-city and Lindos (we suggest to rent a car). We raccomanded this Villa and a special thank's to Mr. Harding always present about all ours requests!!! ...RENT-IT!!!!!

Perfectly kept villa with beautiful gardens

A perfect spot in Rhodes in a peaceful location. Fantastic villa - with everything you need. Great outside space with a well looked after garden. The villa is looked after by a lovely couple who would go out of their way to help you with anything during your stay. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Highly recommended. We couldn't of asked for a better holiday in Rhodes.

Probably the best house I have ever stayed.

The house is beautiful; ,fully air-conditioned, has all the appliances needed like a coffee maker, microwave, kettle, iron and iron board, hair drier, safe
there is no lack of cutlery , plates, pots or pans, all the linen and towels are provided and of really good quality, no crap stuff. It even has a cot and a baby’s chair!!!! The garden is like nothing I had seen before on rental houses, so well preserved and full of flowers when I was there. It has a little frangipani tree that I loved
 You can see that the owner really cares about it. It is a really quiet place not far from Seven Springs. There is no noise apart from the odd car and nature. And look up
the sky is full of stars at night
 There is a couple taking care of it that keep it really clean, take care of the garden and swimming-pool and help you with anything you need. Really good and genuine people. I really recommend this house, as I felt really at home in it. I will probably go back next year. And what to say about Rhodes
It is a beautiful place.
