Cabin on the Hill familial et convivial

Venez profiter de la sérénité et de la beauté de cette cabane en rondins authentique. "Cabin sur la colline" caractéristiques main journaux carrés taillées, des rampes de cÚdre sculpté à la main et grands porches avec beaucoup de caractÚre et d'authenticité niché dans les bois pour un séjour calme et paisible. Vous pouvez vous asseoir et vous détendre sur le porche arriÚre et admirer la beauté naturelle du ruisseau Reynolds, des oiseaux, des écureuils et autres animaux sauvages. regarder dehors froid de la grande baie vitrée petit-déjeuner. Cette cabane était auparavant classée en tant que Bed and Breakfast, mais ne fonctionne plus en tant que B & B.
Ci-dessous une description des trois chambres:
Chambre Battenburg: La chambre victorienne comprend un lit king-size décoré avec un décor en dentelle de Battenburg et un couvre-lit victorien. Il est situé sur l'étage principal et dispose d'une grande salle de bains avec baignoire sur pattes / douche.
Chambre Cerise: La Chambre Cerise dispose d'un lit queen size orné de meubles en merisier victorienne, deux marbre bain à remous personne, salle de bains avec douche et grand placard. Il est situé à l'étage dans la mezzanine.
Chambre Western: La chambre Western dispose d'un lit de repos double et d'un bureau. Il est décoré avec un décor occidental et planchers de bois. Il est situé à l'étage et est trÚs privé.

** Remarque: le fils du propriĂ©taire habite sur place dans une unitĂ© sĂ©parĂ©e mais peut ĂȘtre prĂ©sent pendant votre sĂ©jour. **

Beautiful, private, and comfortable!

Cabin was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We loved sitting on the screened-in back porch in the evenings. Pam was great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Cabin is beautifull

Beautiful cabin, kitchen is wonderful. Fireplace ran on its own since it was cold outside, there is a note to NOT adjust it or they will charge you $100.00. If you need handicap accessible the house is but the bathtub is not. Claw foot is pretty but not user friendly. The upstairs shower has no place to put shampoo or soap. And the access is a bit unsafe. Plenty of room for a family for sure. Games, cards and books for kids and adults. The porches are wonderful and the cat is so friendly. Love the creek at the bottom of the hill. Bed downstairs is very comfortable. Furnishings are beautiful. Would stay again.

Just beautiful!!!

It was very peaceful and beautiful. Every possible thing you could need in the kitchen and the fireplace was very soothing. A great place to relax and excellent reading in the bookcase. The best of both worlds.

Peaceful Getaway

We were looking for a peaceful get away, and this serene cabin filled the bill. Once we stowed our gear, we walked down the bank and waded in the creek, sat on the porches, and relaxed. The cabin was clean and well appointed. A great get away.

Simply Heaven!

This experience of complete bliss, is what we needed for the fast pace life we live, very beautiful, quiet and most of all serene. The beautiful creek running by was just what the Doctor ordered!, I cant say enough about our experience here, but to say thank you for restoring what sanity we had left.

Beautiful Cabin

We had a lovely, quiet getaway at the cabin. The area was beautiful and very close to larger cities and the marina, which made it easy to do the things we wanted to do. The cabin was just as described and Pamela and her family (who oversee the property) were great! The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware and utensils, making it very easy to prepare meals at "home" to enjoy on the enclosed deck. Overall, a great getaway!

A little Piece of Heaven

Cabin was very clean, easy to find and it felt like we were in our on little piece of heaven. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch swing with a breeze blowing through the tall hardwood trees. Owners were easy to deal with during the reservation process. It was a great experience. We will definitely return to the Yorks cabin again.

Mr. and Mrs. York are both from Russell County. After completing college and first job assignments they returned home to build their home in 1997. Opening 'Cabin on the Hill' B & B was a dream come true for the couple as the plans have been in the making since the house was built. Mrs. York has a background in Family and Consumer Sciences and has 30 years experience in hospitality management, cooking, baking, entertaining, marketing, gardening and farming. Mr. York has a business degree and enjoys building, hunting and fishing. The couple has one son, Jesse, who is 20.

Come and enjoy the serenity and beauty of this authentic log home built by the Yorks' in 1997. Cabin on the Hill” features hand hewn square logs, hand carved cedar railings and large porches with much character and authenticity nestled in the woods for a quiet and peaceful stay. Enjoy the natural beauty of Reynolds Creek, birds, squirrels and other wildlife from the large bay window breakfast area. Breakfast dining also available on the screened in back porch.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Enjoy swinging and rocking on the front porch or take a stroll down the hill to see the beauty of Reynolds Creek. The couple has many tales to tell about their home. The stair railings were custom made from cedar trees from the family farm while the large banister was made with a chainsaw from a cedar tree. The house is beautifully decorated with earth tone colors mixed with modern style and Victorian furniture and décor.
