Condo was in great shape extremely clean and layout was great. The main issue is the elevators get extremely congested and could take 10-15 minutes to get an elevator. Pools are great for children. Also nice there’s an adult only pool area.

Condo was nice! Elevators were a huge pain. Need to update the televisions in the condo, and some plastic cups would be good for little kids. We had fun though!

Check in time is at the same time people are coming up from the pool/beach. It took an hour to finally get an elevator because it was so busy. Many people were not happy about this. Crowds waiting with their luggage carts just trying to get to their rooms. There are only two parking tickets given to three/four bedroom condos. So any other vehicle has to park 15 minutes away at a rate of 25 a day.

Thank you for sharing this detailed feedback. We are sorry for the long elevator wait and the frustration during check-in, as well as the inconvenience with parking for larger groups. Your comments help us better understand how peak times and parking limits affect guests. We will review elevator traffic patterns and parking options with building management to see where improvements can be made. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know.

I recently stayed at Oasis at Orange Beach and had a fantastic experience. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, making it easy to unwind. Waking up to coastal views each morning left me feeling refreshed—and even inspired me to launch my new podcast, Rooted for Growth. Highly recommended!
