VOUS AVEZ UNE PLUS GRANDE FÊTE? - Nous avons d'autres unités à quelques minutes à pied qui peuvent également accueillir 10 personnes, consultez VRBO # 852139 et # 875621, qui est juste à côté!

Installez-vous confortablement dans notre maison spacieuse loin de chez vous, ce n'est pas votre unité de location quotidienne. Décoré dans un motif du sud-ouest, c'est une escapade parfaite dans le désert. Nous avons fourni tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances dans ce paradis appelé Moab.

Avec un lit king-size, un lit queen-size, deux ensembles de lits superposés jumeaux et un canapé-lit gigogne avec un tout nouveau matelas Tempur-pedic, 10 personnes sont facilement et confortablement hébergées. Le 11ème lit est un «coussin» de chaise pliable, idéal pour les jeunes enfants, nécessite votre propre sac de couchage / oreiller. Nous avons également un parc pour bébés avec des draps fournis. Une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur sont fournies, alors n'hésitez pas à emporter la lumière! Il y a beaucoup de rangement dans chaque chambre. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour «dîner», y compris de nouveaux plats, verres, argenterie et plus encore. Il y a un barbecue à gaz sur le patio arrière pour votre usage, ainsi qu'une table à manger de patio. La télévision par satellite et un lecteur DVD sont également fournis avec une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Un garage attenant surdimensionné pour 2 voitures vous offre un endroit pour stationner et travailler sur vos «jouets» entre les trajets. Également dans le garage, une table de hockey sur air et une table de baby-foot! À quelques pas se trouve la piscine communautaire et le bain à remous!

Nous aimons les animaux mais les animaux ne sont PAS autorisés et il s'agit d'une unité NON-FUMEUR. Assurez-vous de faire défiler vers le bas pour afficher des images plus grandes.

The house was very clean and had plenty of room to relax for our family. Our host was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed but this house has it all. Big beds, follow away beds and a pullout couch if you need them, lots of cozy blankets, a backyard for the dogs, a fire pit for evening hangouts, and so much more. We will definitely try to stay here again.

We had such a great time. Loved that it was a bit out of town; made for a quiet and relaxing stay. Place was really clean and stocked perfectly. Only critique is that the master bath had long black hair everywhere. Beyond that it was perfect. Would absolutely stay again.

Great property, the house was well-laid out and everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen had a nice assortment of pots, pans, utensils and spices. The house is located a few minutes drive outside of town, which wasn't a big deal for us. We'd stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and even more than we expected! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, and utensils. Our younger kids loved the board games while the older kids loved being outside playings bags or sitting around the fire pit. We also enjoyed the pool and playground which was just a short walk from the house. Michelle was a great host - she was happy to answer any questions that we had and was so easy to communicate with. We will definitely book this house again if we are ever back in Moab :)

We had a great stay. Close to town and convenient locations to visit all the parks. It would be nice if when we arrived and throughout the day the thermostat didn’t reset to such a high temp that then took hours to cool off.

We are a family of 5 from Park City, Utah. Our kids all grew up dirt biking so Moab was a natural place for us to go for long weekends until we ended up buying this unit. We love having a home we can share with people who also enjoy the beautiful landscape of Moab!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We discovered Moab in 2003, and in 2007 decided we decided to buy a place. We bought the unit before it was built and had several custom features put into it as it was being built, making it an even more comfortable and unique space. It is at the far end of the street away from the highway and has plenty of street parking for trailers for your toys!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

No need to draw straws for the king bed because we have three of them! Each bedroom has a smart TV, storage and 2 of the bedrooms lead to a private back patio. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a new walk in shower. You will not be fighting over bathrooms with 2 1/2 bathrooms!

You will love coming back to our home after a long day of adventuring whether it's to relax on the huge back patio with the fire pit, or gather around the cozy gas fireplace in the living area. You can have many cooks in our large, well stocked kitchen cooking a great meal! Then have your whole group gather around the large dining table to talk about the day's adventures! Or you can sit out at the outdoor dining table and enjoy the beautiful views of Moab Rim and even some party lights! Bring your favorite BBQ chef to cook out on the grill!

You can pack lightly because there is a full size laundry room, equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets, along with plenty of pool towels for everyone!

Take the kiddos to cool off at the pool with the provided pool noodles. If you want to get out of the sun, go inside the clubhouse and relax and watch some TV!
