Notre maison de plain-pied de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains est l'escapade parfaite de Moab! Il est idéalement situé à moins de dix minutes en voiture (5 miles) du centre-ville de Moab. Son emplacement central offre un accès sans pareil à toutes les commodités de la région.

Cette maison neuve entièrement moderne dispose d'un bain à remous privé, de superbes espaces de vie extérieurs, d'un accès à une piscine communautaire et d'une vue imprenable sur Moab Rim! L'aménagement et l'ameublement de notre maison conviennent à de nombreuses familles, notamment une cuisine bien équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, un plan d'étage à aire ouverte et une terrasse extérieure avec foyer au gaz, grill à gaz et bain à remous. Il y a aussi une piscine communautaire (ouverte d'avril à novembre) et un bain à remous.

La résidence offre un accès à un garage pour deux voitures pour un parking et un local à vélos. En plus de l'accès au garage, il y a beaucoup de places de stationnement dans la rue pour les remorques, etc.

Beautiful home in a great location close to Moab and outdoor adventures. The house is stocked with everything you need and more. The private backyard was great. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We would stay again for sure.

We enjoyed a very nice, comfortable stay. The house was located just outside Moab, far enough away to enjoy the beautiful red rock scenery and dazzling night sky but close enough to quickly grab dinner and visit town in just a few minutes. It was the perfect spot to stay as a family with great proximity to Arches and Canyonlands, and the home’s pet friendliness was appreciated! Our host was very easy to work with and responded quickly when I requested to extend our stay by one day.

Nice place

The only complaint I would have is the shower condiments, had to use very little shampoo to make it last, every other place I have stayed has a big jug with a pump handle but now I’m just nitpicking. The hot tub was the best part of the stay

Nice place for families

We stayed here with our children and everyone was comfortable. It’s was very clean and a great pet friendly unit with a fenced back yard. The hot tub at the end of the day was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Our family just stayed for a short stay but it was great. Very clean and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Our kids enjoyed the community pool.

Great place!

Great accomodations. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy drive to Canyonlands Island in the Sky District, Arches and dead horse state park. Good breweries in Moab. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Moab

Great house to stay in. Neighborhood was quiet and house was clean and in good condition. Beautiful view from the back patio. Kids loved the ping pong table in the garage! Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was so fun and cozy! We stayed (with our small dog) for 3 days in September and were very pleased with the location close to town, beautiful views all around, and how well stocked everything was. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook meals, hot tub and ping pong table were great to have, and VRC provided an easy booking experience as well. We will definitely stay here again with our family!
