Cette premiÚre unité calme chambre étage 3 a un lit double dans chaque chambre et un canapé-lit chambre à coucher prévoyant jusqu'à 8 personnes. L'unité comprend un salon confortable et un manger dans la cuisine. Une table de pique-nique et barbecue au gaz sont disponibles pour votre usage dans la cour et une douche extérieure pour laver le sable loin est fourni. Situé à l'extrémité tranquille de la promenade, elle est inférieure à un demi-bloc de la plage. Regarder les feux d'artifice sur la plage de la cour avant. Mais il est encore à distance de marche de certains des meilleurs restaurants de la ville.

Great shore house. Great location. Safe and family friendly area. Neighbors were wonderful. If you're looking for fancy. Go somewhere else. But if you want to be comfortable and enjoy yourself this is it.

Great location

We had a rainy weekend but due to the location there was so much to do. Girls trip turned out well and we all got to do something relaxing and visit with friends who were also down. Bonus that there is an ice cream place and bagel shop on either side and mini golf across the street.

Great location close to the boardwalk, convention center, and the beach. There were a few inconveniences (no wash cloths, wasn't cleaned thoroughly, loud AC unit, a mildew smell lingers after some renovations in one room) but we were given the number for the property caretaker who went out of her way to help us: brought wash clothes, and cleaned the AC, and replaced the coffee maker that was missing a basket. Friendly neighbors too.

Awesome beach house!

The area of this place is beautiful and safe, you have the beach a block away from you, the view is beautiful and you can walk to your favorite restaurants from here.

Great location, roomie unit

We loved the location on the quieter part of the wildwoods. Easy to get to the boardwalk and lots of local restaurants within walking distance. The place had plenty of room for the six of us with a nice common area. I plan on booking this spot again.

Great stay. Location is superb.

It has everything you need. Plenty of space, mostly there to enjoy the beach and boardwalk, it was a block away can't beat that. Next door breakfast place was good. Neighbors were nice. Id return for another stay.

Perfect location

Absolutely perfect location, close to everything. Right next door to multiple ice cream shops, breakfast place and a mini golf course. A block away from the wildwood sign and the beach. My kids and their friend absolutely loved it. Perfect family getaway. The owner, Bill, was very responsive and kind. Will be booking again for years to come!!!

Everyone had a great time

The house is within site of the Wildwood sign and convention center very short walk to the boardwalk. Very neat well maintained had everything we needed. Off street parking a big plus. We had no problems at all with anything and had a great time. Isnt that what vacations are about?

We were attending Barefoot Country Music Festival and this house was perfect. It was a 1 minute walk to boardwalk, 5 min walk to venue. W parked the car for the long weekend and didn't need it once. Everything we needed was within walking distance

Excellent location.

This was a nice place to stay. Had a full kitchen with large refrigerator, full size stove and oven, coffee maker. 3 bedrooms with TVs. Nice size living room with a couch and futon. Cute front porch. Grill and picnic table in back yard. Ice cream shop and coffee shop next door. Only steps away from boardwalk. We really enjoyed it. 1 bathroom with bathtub. Nice for a family.

Location - Location - Location !!!!!

I grew up & live in S. Jersey . Know & love the beach . Location is key to this place . I’ve stayed at many old beach houses . It is what it is . Again 
.. Location -Location . Board walk is a block away . House is old & beat up. Toilet flushed , shower worked . Location , Location ! Yea , we talked about renting it next year for the same event we attended this year . Why you ask would we rent again when it’s not 5 stars

It served its' purpose

Location was perfect. The place really needs some TLC. Doesnt look like it's been touched in a long time. Wifi didn't work. There were towels but no washcloths. The place absolutely served its purpose though, close to jeep show, Beds were semi comfortable. The house could really be fixed up. My OCD wanted to start painting. Easy check-in. Owner even modified our stay when I had a work emergency. I would stay again simply for the location.

Great location; Needs deep clean

The location of the house was great and the owner was nice. The issue we had with the house was cleanliness. There was dust hanging off ceiling fans, the shower curtain was slimy/moldy, the futon and bedsheets had stains, etc. We ended up buying cleaning supplies and told the owner we needed new sheets.

Fabulous Vacation

Our Family stayed at this location through Jul 4th week. It was a fabulous location and place to stay! When we first arrived there the house was clean with fresh towels and sheets. Each room had their own TV and AC. I have had two small toddlers at the house so being so close to the boardwalk, was just perfect walking distance! The house was really just about across the street from the boardwalk. ( so close that you can here the tram car say " watch the tram car please" ) This has been by far the the best rental by far in all the houses that we have stayed in. You would not be disappointed when you rent this house The owners were there to greet us and in case we needed anything before our week began. Any questions that we had, they were answered immediately . Thank God, because I locked myself out of the house and he was right there. One of my favorite things of the house was the front porch and that there was ice cream shops on one side of the house and one across from the street. So you can't go hungry! Our family was there during 4th of July- We didn't have to go anywhere to see the fireworks. We stayed right on the front porch to watch the display. Just GREAT because we didn't have to deal with the crowd! And then for an added special, every Friday night, Wild Wood has fire works throughout the summer. Special bonus for sure! Thanks Bill for sharing your home and making our vacation a great one!! We look forward to next year already!~ Cheryl

I was attracted to this property because of the ease of access to the beach and its ability to create an atmosphere that would be attractive for families.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The location at the south end of the boardwalk provides for a quieter family friendly environment, but still provides access to the attractions at the Convention Center, along the boardwalk, and in town. There is no need to drive anywhere once you are here.
