Had a wonderful stay. Perfectly located near city center and some of the best restaurants in town, also not too far from beautiful La Cinta. Bonus: no mosquitoes in the house due to properly sealed windows and doors. Highly recommended!

Marco is a great host, very helpful and available. They were super accommodating to have a proper setup for our three small children 4 and younger with the beds, even provided baby food. I would say the apartment is very child friendly, the garden gives plenty of room to play. The location is perfect, just next to the town center with plenty of restaurants and within walking distance to La Cinta beach. The only thing not great is that the apartment is sub-zero, so there is little light. In any case, you will mostly just be outside under the patio in the garden with the barbecue and outdoor sink, there is even a hot shower outdoors.

Propriété très bien située mais à mieux aménager

La surface de la propriété est amplement suffisante pour 6 personnes. Les photos sur le site sont bien représentatives. Pas de climatisation mais appartement assez frais. Le jardin avec la terrasse est très agréable. Il faudrait juste des chaises en bon état. La douche extérieure est un plus pour l'été. La cuisine contient beaucoup de placards mais la plupart vides. Il manque des bols et des linges de cuisine sans tâche. La cuisinière et le réfrigérateur fonctionnent correctement. Par contre, les ustensiles sont vieux. Au salon, peu de place pour s'asseoir à 6 personnes. Vieux canapé et fauteuils en osier. La chambre familiale est bien aménagée. Dans les autres chambres, lits de camp. Certains draps étaient tâchés ou troués. Ajouter des petites lampes à la place des ampoules apparentes donnerait plus de charme... La douche pourrait être rénovée (peu de pression, il faut de la patience aux dames pour se laver les cheveux) et la machine à laver le linge changée (prise électrique avec fils apparents et rouille à l'extérieur). Les vélos proposés par l'annonce n'étaient pas là (ce qui serait pratique pour se rendre à la plage ou au village). A pied compter 15 minutes pour aller à la plage la Cinta (jolie plage lorsque l'on se place à son milieu). Le propriétaire, Marco était à l'écoute de nos besoins.

Optimale Lage

Von der Wohnung aus ist der Strand wie auch das Dorfzentrum in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, und der überdachte Vorplatz lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation mit Marco dem Vermieter ist sehr angenehm, und man spürt, dass ihm das Wohlbefinden der Gäste ein echtes Anliegen ist.

Amazing stay!

Amazing place, close to the beach and the town. We enjoyed very much the outdoor seating in the garden and the veranda. Marco is extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely love to come back!

Great location

Good sized apartment, great location about 8 mins walk from la cinta and 5 mins walk to central square. Apartment very clean and had everything we needed. Great holiday, thank you Marco.

Absolutely recommend!

Nice appartment ideally located between La Cinta beach and centre of San Teodoro. No car required as anything is close enough to go by foot or eventually use the local (reasonable priced) beach bus. Marco is the ideal house-keeper, always available online if you need him with perfect English! His parents (who did the check-in & check-out) are such kind people, really regret that we could not speak Italian with them. They even drove us to the bus station and wanted to take us for breakfast! The appartment itself is located in the basement with large windows, but if you need a lot of daylight for eg. reading books, it is better to do that in the garden. However the flat stays nice cool throughout the all day. Even a hairdryer & iron is available in the bathroom. The kitchen is large & very good equipped with everything you need. The new large fridge is a true gem when you want to prepare food on your own. The only downside was the lacking internet connection despite it was mentioned in the description. In the season I recommend to take electric Raid for inside the house & mosquito coils for the terrace, works perfect! Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance! This house is also ideal for families with children, ours enjoyed the garden & the big choice of (Italian) kids TV channels :-) Just be carefull with smaller kids on the stairs!

very clean and ideally situated

We arrived on a very hot day to be greeted by Marco with a couple of cold beers in the fridge. The property is centrally located 5 minutes to beach and 5 minutes to shops and restaurants. We travelled as a family of 5 and really enjoyed our stay. it has a great shaded area with BBQ and out door shower. we would recommend this property

Siamo stati accolti in modo splendido dal proprietario . Bibite ed acqua in frigorifero ! La casa è molto spaziosa è fresca. Ben arredata con tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere un’ottima vacanza .Noi eravamo in 6 e siamo stati molto comodi . Tanto spazio all’aperto dove i nostri bambini hanno potuto giocare liberamente In posizione strategica sia per la vicina spiaggia de La Cinta e a tutti i servizi . San Teodoro -splendida vacanza

Location consigliatissima sia per chi vuole gustare la trasparenza del mare della Cinta, sia per vivere la vita serale di San Teodoro. La casa è molto spaziosa, completa nei comfort, moderna nella mobilia. Splendido il portico a fine giardino dove poter fare cene con amici e grigliate grazie all'ottimo barbecue. Per cocludere grazie a Marco e soprattutto al suo papà per l'ospitalità, disponibilità e gentilezza. Lo consiglio a chi vuole trascorrere una bella vacanza nella splendida Sardegna. Alberto

Pulita, spaziosa e a pochi passi dal centro di San Teodoro, ci ritorneremo!

Casa ben strutturata, una delle poche ad avere tre camere da letto matrimoniali, con ampia cucina-salotto. Pulita e ben curata sia all'interno che all'esterno (vero punto di forza della casa data la veranda con barbecue e doccia all'aperto). Proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili. Un vero affare.

Villetta molto confortevole vicina sia al mare che al centro città

Siamo stati in questa villetta per tre settimane. Fotografie reali e aderenti alla realtà. Ottima comunicazione con il padrone di casa che si è sempre dimostrato premuroso e disponibile. La casa è spaziosa con una grande cucina con annesso soggiorno, tre ampie camere da letto e un bagno. All'esterno il patio e il giardino creano un ambiente nel quale è piacevole cenare dopo una giornata al mare. La casa è a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di San Teodoro e a 10 minuti circa dalla spiaggia La Cinta. In generale quindi un'ottima soluzione per una vacanza. Peccato che il gran caldo ci abbia fatto rimpiangere l'assenza dell'aria condizionata. Ci fosse stata anche quella avremmo dato 6 stelle su 5.

Vacanza perfetta!

Ho trascorso le mie vacanze in questa casa per due settimane nel mese di giugno. La casa è pulita e molto spaziosa, ingresso indipendente con posto auto privato, il pezzo forte è sicuramente la veranda completa di barbecue e doccia, sicuramente molto adatta per famiglie con bambini o gruppi di ragazzi. La casa è adatta sia per coloro che vogliono visitare tutta la zona in quanto si trova a pochi chilometri di distanza dalle spiagge più belle della zona ma adatta anche per coloro che non vogliono spostarsi in auto in quanto dista a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla spiaggia La Cinta dove è possibile effettuare escursioni in barca all'isola di Tavolara. Poco distante si trovano bar, tabacchi, ristoranti, supermercati, negozi, pub. Il proprietario Marco si è dimostrato molto disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza o domanda. Consiglierò sicuramente questa casa ad amici che vorranno visitare questa zona.

Just perfect!

Really nice accomodation, close to the city centre (~10 minutes), 15 minutes to the beach. The house is cosy, outside veranda is great for 6 people and you sit in the shadow. There is a huge bbq which is really nice and a great outdoor shower. The house itself is equipped with everything you need and the sleeping rooms are okay, enough space. Marco was totally helpful and made our stay perfect. Communication is perfect as well, he always responded quickly and helped out where he could. So overall we had a great time and I can recommend this place in every respect.

Great location

Conveniently close to the beach and town center. The house is spacious and it's exactly like in the photos. The owners are just adorable. I've spent 20 relaxing days in a place that I will for sure consider again.
