Wonderful stay at the farm house

The house is relatively large and old, equipped with all the necessary amenities. There's also a stone oven, which we used to bake delicious pizza. The owners were quick to respond to all our inquiries and address any problems we encountered. The location is acceptable, but those who plan to cook should consider purchasing groceries in advance. The cleanliness of the house could be improved, as we found personal belongings from previous guests left in one of the nightstands in a bedroom, and they were never removed. Overall, the farmhouse is fine, and we enjoyed our stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida proprietà per 10 giorni insieme ad amici e famigliari. Oltre al posto incantevole situato in un'aosi di pace, abbiamo soggiornato tutti comodamente poiché la casa è davvero spaziosa e ogni camera è dotata del suo bagno. Proprietari meravigliosi, accoglienti, gentili e disponibili per ogni esigenza. Esperienza fantastica per tutto!

Country Charm and The one Stay that brings a Smile to my Italian travels

We stayed there for 4 nights, June 30-July 4th 2017. We had a 3 days wedding in Fano, Pesaro, Gradara area. We liked the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom, we used 3 out of the 4 bedroom. There is a common living room space between the upstairs bedroom and downstairs as well. outdoors had an enjoyable breeze with a hamac to lay in. Although a car was necessary to get to our far away wedding events, (obviously). This farm House was the highlight of our 10 days trip in Italy, in good ways. I will mostly remember it more than any hotel we stayed in. The weather is fresher than in lower fano, the roosters sound in the morning, the chicken running free in their enclosed pasture, a couple horses and a mule, tended to by the owner. And Tapa, the family yorkshire cute as could be. The clothes line we used after a necessary wash was a photo moment not to miss. This was truly the best 4 nights we had. and sharing this house with our family coming from different locations was priceless. I have to add that Bea was a Great host and made sure to get us all we needed. She did some shopping for us and offered to prepare a lunch one day, a great carbonara dish with home made bruschettas, that she served us outdoors under the great umbrellas. Those moments make us feel like at home, and will be well remembered. I miss this place already, it is one summer stay I recommend to anyone wanting to get away from city and towns hotels. Marilyn B

Ottimo posto,davvero bello.

La casa è situata in una zona tranquilla in mezzo al verde,con una bella veduta. L'interno è accogliente,ampio e piacevole da viverci. La consiglio alle famiglie ma anche a gruppo di amici che amano stare insieme. Io e i miei amici ci siamo trovati davvero bene e siamo soddisfatti del tempo che abbiamo passato li. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e simpatica.

It was our second stay at the Casa Meridiana, six years ago we stayed at the Valeria"s house, which we loved, and this time we spent a week at Ariberto"s Both houses are immaculately clean, reflect the relaxed country lifestyle Aribertos wife Lella provided us with fresh homegrown vegetables every day, She also made a cake for us, We were given wine, etc ... The tranquility of the place was the number one attraction for us The garden was amazing, with beatiful vistas to the surrounding countrside... We visited Gubbio, Assisi, Gradara, but there is so much to see that I m sure we will return at some point

Splendido casale nei pressi di Urbino

Abbiamo soggiornato nel casale a Pasqua 2016. Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi dalla squisita accoglienza dei proprietari e dalla location suggestiva. Eravamo in tre famiglie con bambini e siamo rimasti estremamente soddifatti della sistemazione. Se possibile, ci torneremo senz'altro. Lo consiglio a tutti.

La Meridiana ein Kleinod in den Marken

Das war ein herrlicher Familienurlaub in diesem wunderschönen Bauernhaus, dessen eine Hälfte wir bewohnen durften. In der anderen Hälfte die reizenden und sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieter, die uns gleich nach der Ankunft mit einem Spinatkuchen und frischem Gemüse willkommen hießen. Das etwa 150 Jahre alte Haus wurde liebevoll restauriert und modern ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und einen Fernseher, auch das WiFi funktioniert hervorragend, was sehr wichtig für unsere Kinder war. Die Küche, in der wir fast täglich kochten, war sehr gut ausgestattet, und zweimal haben wir sogar den Pizzaofen im Außenbereich in Betrieb genommen. Eine tolle Anlage mit angeschlossenem Grill, den wir auch häufig benutzt haben. (Das Fleisch von der Metzgerei in Tavernelle war ausgezeichnet!) Und was uns positiv überraschte: das mit antiken Möbeln rustikal eingerichtete Haus war viel größer und geräumiger als wir von den Bildern der Beschreibung erwartet haben. Es war außerordentlich gepflegt und sauber und auch die Vermieter waren sehr besorgt um unser Wohlergehen und haben immer wieder gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Und immer wieder wurden wir mit frischem Obst und Gemüse versorgt. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft. Schon die Anfahrt über die Hügel der Marken, mit Aussicht auf das Bergdorf Serrungarina, vorbei an unserem Lieblingsrestaurant al Mandorlo (fußläufig), ist beglückend. Man möchte ewig so fahren und die Aussicht genießen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und hat einen schönen Garten, den man von der großen Terrasse vor dem Haus genießen kann. Besonders froh waren wir, dass trotz der sommerlichen Hitze immer eine frische Brise wehte und die hohen Bäume vor dem Haus für angenehmen Schatten sorgten. Und ein Highlight hier war die Hängematte, in der sich alle gerne einmal hängen ließen. Auf dem Gelände gibt es vier Pferde, zwei Hunde und unzählige freilaufende Hühner. Eine große Erleichterung für uns war, dass jedes Fenster mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet war. In der Gegend gibt es viel zu besichtigen. Nach Fossombrone und der wunderschönen, sehr steilen Stadt Urbino fährt man etwa 15, bzw. 20 Minuten. Aber auch die weiter entfernten Städte Ravenna, Assisi, u.a. sind für Tagesausflüge ein lohnendes Ziel. Überhaupt stehen die Marken landschaftlich und kulturell der Toskana in nichts nach. Vacanza perfetta!!!

Vier Männer machen sich auf den Weg gen Italien, um Ihrem Hobby zu frönen, dem Rennradfahren. Nach einigen Jahren auf Mallorca war ein neues Ziel gewählt. Was fanden wir vor? Eine wundervolle Landschaft, gerade jetzt im Frühjahr, wenn die Natur erblüht. Ein Haus, malerisch am Hügel gelegen mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Vier liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer (alle mit eigenem Bad), einer großen Küche (in der unser Hobbykoch sich verwirklichte) mit sechsflammigem Herd und Pizzaofen und einem traumhaften Garten. Neben einer großen Terrasse gab es noch eine tolle Ecke mit gemauertem Pizzaofen und riesigem Grill. Selten haben wir ein so toll gepflegtes Haus vorgefunden, kein Kratzer an der Wand, kein Fettfleck in der Küche, saubere Bettwäsche, alles perfekt gepflegt und mit ganz viel Hingabe gepflegt. Für Fahrradfahrer perfektes Geläuf, wenn man auch schon ein paar Höhenmeter in den Beinen hat, denn hier geht es nur rauf oder runter, Ebenen sucht man vergebens. Die Betreuung durch die Familie war erstklassig, ich bin sogar persönlich vom Bahnhof abgeholt worden, ein Kuchen stand frisch gebacken auf dem Tisch und frische Eier von den freilaufenden Hühnern auf dem Gelände gab es obendrein. Insgesamt: fünf ehrliche Sterne!

soluzione ottima per un gruppo di amici

Il casale ben ristrutturato e ben curato nei particolari, si presta per vacanze in gruppo. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e discreti con un alto livello del senso di ospitalità. Sicuramente ritorneremo anche in un periodo più caldo (maggio/giugno) in modo da poter sfruttare il giardino esterno e con 15km si arriva al mare. Ideale anche per chi ha animali, la mia labrador si è ambientata immediatamente.

Il nostro soggiorno...

Il nostro soggiorno presso la Casa Colonica dell'Agriturismo "La Meridiana" è stato davvero piacevolissimo. E' l'ideale anche per chi, come noi, ha con sé dei bambini per l'ampio spazio sia interno, sia esterno, a disposizione. E' garantita la quiete del posto per chi cerca ristoro da una vita frenetica, ma allo stesso tempo è raggiungibile comodamente la costa così come i centri di interesse culturali di maggior rilievo quali Pesaro e Urbino. L'ospitalità dei padroni è stata impeccabile!

HO SOGGIORNATO CON UN GRUPPO DI AMICI (6 ADULTI E 4 BAMBINI)NELLA STUPENDA CASA "LA MERIDIANA" A SERRUNGARINA DAL 10 AL 17 AGOSTO. LA CASA E' STUPENDA, PULITISSIMA E CURATA IN TUTTI I PARTICOLARI CON MOLTO GUSTO, FORNITA DI TUTTI I COMFORT POSSIBILI. LE CAMERE ED I RELATIVI BAGNI SONO VERAMENTE NOLTO BELLI, PER NON PARLARE DELL'AMPIO SOGGIORNO E DELLA CUCINA. LA SERA, AL RITORNO DAL MARE, PROPRIO LA CUCINA E' STATA IL REGNO DEGLI ADULTI IN QUANTO MOLTO BELLA E MOLTO CONFORTEVOLE, ERA UN PIACERE CUCINARE E POI CENARE ALL'APERTO NEL GIARDINO SOTTO IL CIELO STELLATO DI AGOSTO. ERA TALMENTE BELLO RESTARE NELLA TENUTA LA SERA CHE SOLO UNA VOLTA ABBIAMO CENATO FUORI. IL BILANCIO DI QUESTA VACANZA E' MOLTO POSITIVO, AMBIENTE INCANTEVOLE, CASA DELIZIOSA E PROPRIETARI GENTILISSIMI E SEMPRE DISPONIBILI PER QUALSIASI NECESSITA'. "Abbiamo affittato l''intero casale per trascorrervi il Capodanno: in 8, siamo stati comodissimi, ogni coppia con la propria stanza e il proprio bagno. Il casale, dalla struttura muraria con le pietre a vista e i soffitti in legno, è immerso nel verde. La descrizione dell''annuncio è del tutto conforme alla realtà, anzi la realtà supera la descrizione! La proprietaria, inoltre, è stata di una gentilezza e disponibilità rare a trovarsi: ci ha accolto con le verdure del vicino orto e biscotti tipici, ed è stata presente per ogni nostra necessità nonostante fosse un periodo festivo! Assolutamente consigliato!"
