Il s'agit d'un appartement lumineux et panoramique avec des couleurs intérieures et des décorations typiques de la "Toscane 800", meublé en maniére très agréable et confortable.
Les chambres donnent sur un typique place avec un café et regardent vers l'église médiévale; le salon bénéficie d'une vue sur une colline verdoyante, au-delà des anciens remparts de la ville et donnant sur le jardin d'un restaurant.
L'appartement "Canonica" est le lieu idéal pour découvrir l'ambiance d'un village historique intacte, pleine de souvenirs et discrets.

"Appart. merveillleusement bien situé pour visiter la Toscane en bus ou en voiture. L''ascenseur nous permet de rejoindre le bus en moins de 10 min.et visiter cette belle région. Rien ne manque dans l''appart. Maura nous accueille très chaleureusement. Seul bémol: le resto-bar en bas. Mais le site compense très bien pour cet inconvénient. Merci pour tout Maura."

Amazing

We were here for almost a whole week and we really liked the flat, large, spacious, equipped with everything, well maintained, in addition in a wonderful, old style furnished. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut und schön! Kommunikation mit Maura war auch sehr gut! Wohnung war sehr gut, uns hat nix gefehlt! Unser Auto war im Parkhaus auch sehr gut untergestellt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder die Wohnung nehmen.

Perfect comfortable apartment

What a perfect, quiet apartment, Maura was so hospitable and the apartment was very clean, well appointed, with great views and all we needed to explore the local area and drive to Siena, San Gimignano, Montalcino and experience the hot springs at Bagno Vignoni and San Petriolo. Beautiful Apartment in a Charming Tuscan Village

I highly recommend staying at Maura’s place. Maura is an excellent host and her apartment is very clean and has everything you need. It is in a great location with wonderful views. The bedrooms overlook a small piazza and the living room looks out over the countryside. We were in Italy for three weeks and this was probably my favorite place that we stayed. It is very laid back and not overrun with tourists. We were able to easily drive to Sienna, Florence, and other Tuscan hill towns. Close to the apartment is the river Elsa where there is a shady trail that follows along the river that has the most beautiful turquoise blue water and waterfalls. We spent a much needed relaxing day swimming in the pools of the river. Maura was very helpful with telling us how to access all of the sites nearby. Included with the apartment is a parking spot in a locked and covered parking garage. The parking spot is about a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. One word of caution I would say is to avoid using Apple Maps to direct you to drive to the apartment. The app directed us to drive on pedestrian only streets. Overall, we had an excellent stay in this beautifully designed apartment, and I would definitely come back.

Tuscan Getaway

Absolutely perfect 7 day stay in beautiful Colle de Val D Elsa . Apartment is very well appointed with absolutely everything you would need to make your stay perfect. This stop was part of a 9 week holiday so we appreciated the ability to cook and the apartment has everything you would need. Comfortable lounges and beds . Maura the host was incredible with communication from check-in to ensuring we were warm enough when the weather turned unseasonably cool. Parking in secure garage but not next to apartment as you are located in old city. Easy to get to though and you can bring your car in for luggage drop off and to bring shopping etc. Beautiful scenery from the lounge room you will not be disappointed.

Elegance and charm in Tuscany

We stayed in Maura's apartment for two weeks and we could have stayed longer! The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything required for a comfortable visit. It is in an historic apartment building but fully upgraded and beautifully decorated in classic Tuscan style, and has glorious views. Maura sorted private parking for our car, a short walk downhill, easy enough for us and we are a couple of seniors! Having a car allowed us to travel to other hill towns in Tuscany with ease. Most of all, Maura is an excellent host. She provided very useful advice about the local area and its attractions. Our stay in this apartment in Colle di Val d'Elsa was outstanding and our experience was both welcoming and authentic. We highly recommend.

We really like the apartment. Very clean, comfortable with all amenities plus close to shopping. An easy walk to lower part of town or city center. Particularly like the host, Maura. She was very helpful and attentive to our needs. She gave us great recommendations to restaurants and where/ what to see. Maura also helped register us for a new stage 32 of the Via Francigena pilgrim walk through Colle. It was a very good surprise and excellent hike. Highly recommend. Thank you Maura

The Best of the Best - Perfection in Every Way

We, two senior aged ladies, stayed at Maura’s beautiful apartment for five weeks, the month of March and into April, 2023. Everything stated about the apartment in previous comments is accurate. The kitchen is a cooks dream - unlike any VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. While there, one of us became ill with a severe bronchial infection. Maura and her wonderful husband Gianni took us by car to the doctor and then onto the emergency room in Siena. They handled everything and then got us to the pharmacy to fill the medications. They are the very best of people. Over the weeks, Maura and Gianni became our friends. They took us on a day trip to beautiful cities in Tuscany that were off the beaten path. A perfect day. I cannot begin to list all of the niceties they did for us while we were there. Calle is a wonderful town without all the hustle and bustle of the touristy towns in Tuscany. The apartment was our home base and we took two and three day trips to the bigger cities. The bus system is very good and it’s easy to purchase tickets in the town square. A little bus -202- runs up to the apartment and drops you right at the front door. We will never forget this wonderful stay in this quaint apartment. WONDERFUL PLACE

Staying at Maura’s Apartment on Colle di Val d'Elsa is one of the best travel experiences we have ever had! Starting with the excellent communications with Maura where she answered all our questions, to arriving and she taking me to the BEAUTIFUL apartment, it could not have been smoother. Besides that she had everything you need including a binder really a book of what to do and see in the area. It included even markets and restaurants. Everything about the experience was first class. I never wanted to leave. Thank you for a truly wonderful getaway in Colle di Val d'Elsa!!

Tolle Ferien3wohnung in der Altstadt von Colle di Val d'Elsa

Eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung mitten im ältesten Teil von Colle! Das mehrere hundert Jahre alte Gebäude ist völlig saniert, die Wohnung in top-Zustand. Alles, was man braucht, ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Da der Internet-Auftritt das Bad nicht mit einem Bild zeigt: Auch das Bad ist perfekt, modern, hell gefliest, Dusche mit Glastrennwand (und nicht wie so oft mit einem Vorhang. Die Vermieterin ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. So sorgt sie z.B. dafür, dass man zum Be- und Entladen in die ZTL-Zone einfahren darf, wohin man sonst nicht fahren dürfte. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war völlig problemlos und sehr freundlich, falls man nicht italienisch spricht, geht es auch mit Englisch. Auch das Parkdeck ist sehr praktisch und fußläufig in 5 Minuten von der Wohnung aus zu erreichen. Also: Volle Empfehlung!

Un séjour parfait !

Situation : la ville haute de Colle di Val d'Elsa est magnifique. Très calme et près de très nombreux points d'intérêt. Appartement : grand et bien agencé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur pour passer un excellent séjour. Parking couvert disponible (à quelques centaines de mètres, mais on a une autorisation spéciale pour entrer dans le village pour décharger). Propriétaire : Maura est une femme charmante qui parle bien le français et qui sait se rendre disponible. Elle fait tout pour que le séjour se passe le mieux possible. En résumé, un pied-à-terre parfait pour visiter la Toscane. San Gimignano à 15 mn, Sienne à 30 mn et Florence à 45mn. Voiture obilgatoire.

Perfekter Urlaub in wirklich schöner Ferienwohnung in einer schönen Stadt in schöner Landschaft

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im geschmackvoll renovierten Teil von Colle di Val d'Elsa in einem alten Gebäude im ersten Stock. Dieser Teil der Stadt ist nur mit besonderer Erlaubnis mit dem Auto zu befahren. Am Anfang war ich etwas verunsichert, wie das dann mit der Anfahrt und dem Parkplatz ist, aber Maura, die Vermieterin, hat das alles perfekt organisiert. Sie besorgt die Einfahrterlaubnis und stellt einen Stellplatz in einer abgeschlossenen Gemeinschaftsgarage zur Verfügung. Die Kontaktaufnahme war schnell, herzlich und sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben erst zwei Tage vor der Anreise gebucht und trotzdem gab es keinerlei Komplikationen. Wir wurden von Maura sehr herzlich empfangen und mit den notwendigen Informationen versorgt. Maura hat auch mehrfach angeboten, uns zur Verfügung zu stehen, falls wir mal ihre Hilfe benötigen würden. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und in einem perfekt sauberen Zustand. Sie ist für zwei oder drei Personen ausreichend groß und komfortabel. Wir haben die ganze Woche über unser Auto nicht mehr gebraucht und konnten alle wichtigen Dinge zu Fuß oder mir dem Fahrrad erledigen. Besonders die vielen Bars und Restaurants waren alle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Mauras Ferienwohnung gerne weiterempfehlen. Wenn wir wieder mal in die Toskana reisen, ist das bestimmt unsere erste Adresse.

Ich schliesse mich voll den guten Bewertungen an. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen verschiedener Städte in der Umgebung. Man kann sich auch gut in der schönen Wohnung erholen nur leider ist laut, wenn das in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegene Restaurant in Betrieb ist.

Stunning and perfect in every way.

I have to admit I was sceptical with all the 5* reviews for this property. However, after a very welcoming check-in and a tour of the property, it was clear that all the glowing reports were well deserved. As previously mentioned, the property is incredibly well provisioned with absolutely everything you could possibly need. This includes the little homely touches you normally don’t find. The bigger equipment are all in good condition and work well. TV, cooker, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, electric fans, fridge and large freezer and a very comfortable bed. Everything is also found clean and tidy. The property is also very well ventilated with fully opening windows on both sides of the building. These allow a lovely breeze to continually flow through the flat. The location is perfect. Colle de Val d’esla is a lovely, picturesque town with an excellent and regular bus service to Florence, and Siena. There is a lovely restaurant just downstairs from the property but no noise filters in at night. Many reviews also mentioned Maura and the excellent service she provides. Along with her daughter, Giulia, they both made our 2 week stay perfect with help when we needed it, recommendations for things to do and a friendly person to talk to. In summary, this is an incredible property to stay in and if your dates are available, I would strongly recommend making a booking as soon as possible. You won’t regret it!!.

Très bel appartement et situation idéale.

Appartement charmant, avec ses hauts plafonds, et très bien équipé...C'est vraiment un endroit magique au sein de cette cité médiévale à découvrir. Parking privatif à disposition... point très positif. Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours. Sa situation est idéale pour découvrir la toscane, Sienne, Florence, Pise... Läget är mycket fint, mitt i den äldsta historiska delen av staden med byggnader som i sina äldsta delar är från 1200-talet. I samma hus som lägenheten finns en restaurang som också driver ett café. Hela denna del av staden är mycket lugn och stillsam. Lägenheten har verkligen allt man kan behöva under en vistelse och är väldigt mysig och vacker. Utsikten kunde inte vara bättre. Vi rekommenderar denna lägenhet varmt.

Accueil et conditions de séjour irréprochables Tout est mis à disposition pour le bien être des occupants. Le lieu est en parfaite harmonie avec cette petite cité historique qu'est Colle di Val d'Elsa. On y trouve un parfait équilibre entre culture et nature. Notre hôtesse, Maura s'est montrée d'une grande délicatesse.
