Had the best time at this property. Have stayed in Hot Springs many times but this by far was the best condo & location. Highly recommend

Epic vacation

Our stay was really great! It looks just like it does in the pictures. The pool was amazing as we swam and still got the view of the lake and it was never over crowded! Our whole family enjoyed and would definitely stay there anytime we go to hot springs! Also the property manager was absolutely amazing!!!

Upon arrival - I was greeted by one of our host, Carmon. (We arrived a tad bit earlier than I had planned, so she was just finishing up the condo) and she was nothing but super nice and showed us around! The view in all the rooms were top notch!! We ran into a slight problem with the AC, but I got in touch with Carmon and she had someone out to fix it soon after. We really enjoyed our time there and everyone around the condo was super nice! We will definitely be back.

The room and view were beautiful . So many upgraded amenities and the 3 king beds slept awesome. The pillows and sheets and towels were 5 star quality . The owner was quick and easy to communicate with.

Modern Twist Penthouse

Ultra modern decoration and decor! We enjoyed everything about this stay…relaxing and fun filled thanksgiving holiday. Family really had a good time shooting pool and lake watching from the huge windows. Bill was an outstanding host and made checking in and out easy as a piece of pie. Would love to come back in summer for some real lake worthy activities. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Property

The online pictures really do this property no justice. It was Absolutely Gorgeous and the views were amazing. My daughter really enjoyed her Sweet 16 birthday celebration. Mr. Bill was both professional and extremely kind. He made sure we knew exactly where to go and was available to answer any questions.

Exceeded my expectations

Rarely does a property live up to the description, yet this unit exceeded all expectations. The experience started with a grand electronic gated entrance, reserved covered parking at the entry door, then to a breathtaking view of the river was we entered the spacious unit. The unit was very well equipped with lots of room for our family of four to spread out throughout the bedrooms. The pool table was a hit, not to mention the huge TVs in each space. We had a great time and definitely recommend staying at this property.

You have to experience this property to appreciate it. No photo, video tour or review will ever communicate accurately how stunningly scenic this penthouse is. Sunrise or sunset... we were constantly wowed by the beauty. It is well cared for, spotless and thoughtfully stocked... these people do it right.

Wonderful condo and location that I would recommend to anyone visiting the area. We did have issues with the tv which we found barely watchable (no local chanels and extremely slow to change stations) and discovered there was NO hot tub which was a top priority for our selection. Even though a hot tub is listed in the description. All in all, a wonderful place. What I've seen in other rentals that I found helpful is a more indepth list of instructions for use of things in the condo, such as the many remote controls and unique washer/dryer. Also a list of recommended local restaurants and things to do. Thanks for sharing.

Memorial Weekend ‘24

This property was magnificent! The host Johnny- Carmen- Bill all out there best foot forward. Remarkably the tenants of the condominium were so friendly, courteous and helpful. Everyone knows everyone…. I enjoyed the stay. My boys enjoyed the stay! We had no problems or concerns. 5 Stars and Bill great job on the staging of the property as the pictures were spot on. The boat slip was even spider web free…. If you have a boat. I’ll be back.

Great Condo

My wife and I, along with two other couples, stayed in this condo for 3 nights in March, 2024. This condo is on the top floor of a 14 story building. The views are amazing. Every room had a view of Lake Hamilton. We enjoyed the bar area which was completely equipped with all the tools you need to prepare your favorite cocktail . The kitchen was also nicely furnished. The unit is conveniently located, close to everything, yet far away enough out of the way to feel secluded. We went out to eat a time or two, and went to Oaklawn for two days. This condo was so nice, we plan to return each year. A special thanks to Bill for being so responsive to our questions.

Amazing view

The owner/host has done an incredible job. The penthouse itself is very modern and updated. The building itself though is a very old building. The elevators have a bad smell and the carpet in the hallways of the building has not been updated. I was very concerned about what I had just spent until I actually walked into the unit. Don’t judge a book by the cover. The bed was very comfortable. The owner addressed an issue with the sliding bathroom doors not working. He did let us know ahead of time. The second bathroom had the same kind of doors but they didn’t latch closed all the way. I did let the cleaner know that. They are working on getting that fixed. It would be nice to have TVs in all 3 bedrooms, not just the master bedroom.

Best stay ever...

The photos are extremely accurate. This place is gorgeous... and the top floor view is a must-see. The kitchen, living and bedrooms, bathroom, and pool room were not only gorgeous but well-maintained and clean. Bill, the owner, is kind and communicative - answering all questions we had. The modern update gives this place an amazing feel. The beds are super soft, and the lighting is so cool. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking. It's probably the best VRBO I've had so far. My only recommendation is to bring mixing bowls and pots/pans if you're planning to cook while there.

Stunning views and absolutely beautiful condo

The Penthouse was amazing in every way! Don’t let the outside fool you when you pull up. The inside was spectacular! All updated with beautiful views in every room! The kitchen had everything we needed, comfortable beds, plenty of paper products, super clean, fun playing pool, and Bill (owner) was extremely attentive and helpful! I would definitely stay there again!

Must Stay

If you're staying in Hot Springs, this is without a doubt the best place to stay! The views from this place were absolutely amazing! The beds were comfortable and everyone has their own bathroom. Kitchen was clean and easy to use. The bar and pool table were also nice additions to the place. You're in the top floor so you have the best space! Bill was also very helpful and made the process of checking in and out easy!
