Enjoy Lake Life on Lake Hamilton and all the exciting activities Hot Springs has to offer!
This cute, clean and comfortable condo offers wonderful water views from the large balcony and accommodates up to 6 guests with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a sleeper sofa .
The spacious master bedroom has a private bathroom and direct access to the balcony.
The open kitchen and living area features a fireplace and wet bar with beverage fridge.
There is also a separate balcony for cooking on the electric grill.
A covered boat slip and a personal watercraft pad is available to our guests, along with the Farr Shores community boat ramp, swimming pool and tennis courts.

It was a very clean and comfortable place. The location was great. There were a few small maintenance (general upkeep) that needed to be attended to but overall great place to stay.

We absolutely loved this spot for our quick girls weekend. Incredibly easy to access the rental and everything was clean and tidy. Even though we didn’t use the kitchen, all every day items were readily available. The view of Lake Hamilton was perfection. It was only a 15 minute Uber ride to downtown Hot Springs. We are already planning another stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The space felt fresh, comfortable, and clearly cared for, which made it easy to relax right away.The view of Lake Hamilton was truly beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Whether inside or outside, the setting made the whole experience feel special.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay. The property was exactly as shown in pics. View from balcony was the perfect way to start and end our day. We stayed here while attending a dance competition in Hot Springs. The location was perfect with lake views but not a long drive into town.

This condo was very well decorated and very clean. The view from the balcony over the lake was fantastic. Very relaxing looking across the lake, even saw an Eagle. The directions from the owner were spot on and the entrance information was perfect.

The most beautiful morning and evening lake views. Price was great. Condo was not fancy but very nice which is exactly what we were looking for. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. I highly recommend this place!

We really loved this property it was perfect for us all. My mother loved the balcony looking out over the lake. My granddaughter loved the pool. It was very clean and nice. Close to downtown but also very peaceful. Highly recommend this condo. Me and my family will be back. The host is very sweet and quick to get back to you if you need anything.
