Cosy apartment

Excellent location for skiing at Madonna do Campiglio. The apartment was warm and cosy and Francesco was extremely helpful and sorted all our queries out very quickly.

Great and quiet.

A spacious apartment with all the cooking needs and equipment. Tidy 2 bathrooms. Nothing flash but nothing missing. Having a car was handy getting to the slopes not having to catch the bus. Plenty of parking space. And the host made good recommendations for places to eat. I would definitely stay again. Cheers

Pas terrible !

Nous avons choisi cet appartement pour sa situation et il faut dire qu'il est vraiment bien placé, nous avons pu démarrer nos randos au départ de la maison, de plus la vue est magnifique. Par contre, comme il est situé à 1500m d’altitude, il fait très frais le soir il n’y a pas de chauffage ! Nous sommes arrivés il faisait 17° à l’intérieur et nous n’avions pour nous réchauffer qu’un chauffage à bain d’huile qui fait sauter les disjoncteurs si un autre appareil fonctionne. Il y a des vêtements, chaussures, bibelots partout dans la maison … on a l’impression de squatter la maison de quelqu’un d’autre. De plus il y fait sale ! de la poussière partout, le bac du frigo est moisi. Autre problème, le descriptif n’est pas correct : l’annonce précise qu’il y a un barbecue, planche et fer à repasser, mais rien de tout ça ; la deuxième salle de bains est inutilisable tellement elle est petite (sous l’escalier). Et pour couronner le tout, le ménage « optionnel » est obligatoire ! et très exagéré de surcroit (centcinquante) !!!

I am so sorry, I never had such a bad review. So: heaters are there, they work and it’s logic that if you use other appliances the electricity will not be enough. I have the large size electrical contract, and keep in mind it’s not a hotel. You are in someone else’s house. Pictures are very clear: this is not a cold rental apartment but a home. You should look better. Barbecue was my mistake. It has been corrected. The cleaning is not optional: it’s a cost, clearly listed on the website, and to e use myself of the fact that the electricity switched off once, I gave you a discount and a bottle of wine. The perfect antidote to the stresses of everyday life

If only we could have stayed longer. A lovely, quirky and well-equipped base for enjoying the slopes. Spectacular view and warm welcome from our excellent host and team looking after the place. Could not have been more helpful.

Room with a View

We were a family group of 7 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The 7th person has to sleep on a fold-up bed, wherever is deemed most suitable - in this case, in the living room downstairs (upstairs are 3 double bedrooms and the main bathroom). However, in this case, whoever has to sleep downstairs does, at least, have virtually exclusive use of the small, secondary bathroom. We cooked for ourselves most evenings and in terms of pots and pans found everything we needed although a kettle would have been very useful. The living room, with working fireplace, is spacious and comfortable and there are plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained. By day, splendid views of the peaks of the Brenta Group. The ski-lifts are within just a few minutes’ drive but beware of parking at weekends - we found it impossible to park in the lift car-parks so from day 2 we switched to the ski-bus. The bus stop is just 200m up the hill from the flat and in minutes the bus drops you at Madonna di Campiglio or the main lifts (cost 10 Euro p/p per week - 3 buses in the morning and 2 back in the evening). The owner does not live on the spot but, through people living locally, makes sure your every need is taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Appartamento spazioso, luminoso e ben arredato; immerso in una cornice di montagne innevate, vicino ad ogni tipo di servizio ma allo stesso tempo riservato e confortevole. Appartamento confortevole e ben accessoriato

Abbiamo passato un piacevole soggiorno a Campiglio. L'appartamento, dotato di un bel prato con vista a piano terra, è spazioso e ben tenuto, il caminetto ha reso piacevoli anche le serate più fredde di questa estate "ballerina". Inutile dilungarsi sulle innumerevoli passeggiate e trekking che offre la località, ma voglio sottolineare la disponibilità e premura del proprietario a provvedere ad ogni richiesta.

Capodanno magico sotto la neve

È la seconda volta che scelgo questa casa per le mie vacanze e anche questa volta è stata un'esperienza più che positiva. Ambiente caldo e accogliente, fuori dai clamori del paese e con una strepitosa vista sul massiccio del Brenta. Il proprietario è una persona cortese e disponibile, pronta a darti consigli sul posto per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Lo consiglio!

Gezellig appartement, what you see is what you get

Prima apprtement, gezellig en schoon. Ruim genoeg voor 6 personen, 7 past wel, maar wordt wat krap. Ligging goed, ca. 5 minuten met de auto naar de grote skilift. Parkeren kost helaas wel €3,50 per auto per dag. Madonna di Campiglio is een erg gezellig dorp. Wij hebben het prima naar de zin gehad en komen vast nig wel een keer terug.

Abbiamo trascorso la settimana bianca in 6 adulti a Madonna di Campiglio l'appartamento molto confortevole e con una buona energia, ci siamo goduti il caminetto che ha dato quel tocco in più creando un atmosfera calda.Dal soggiorno si ammira una vista meravigliosa del Brenta . Bella la sistemazionedell'appartamento su due livelli, zona notte al piano sopra e zona giorno sotto con tutti i confort. Gli impianti di risalita distano a pochi minuti in auto. Appartamento caldo ed accogliente siamo stati molto soddisfatti ! :)

100 percent true description, comfortable for up to 7 people, amazing view

we greatly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful apartment. it is indeed cozy and the view is amazing with direct exit from the first floor living room onto a small lawn in front of a mountain ridge. dawns are spectacular there! the apartment is spacey enough for 5-6 people staying in its 3 bedrooms. every room is neat and clean with lots of closets and drawers to keep your things. we especially enjoyed the living room with comfy couches in front of a fireplace - which is real easy to use and adds great atmosphere to your apre-ski relaxation ;-) we used it every day, wood can be bought in any supermarket. kitchen may be a little smaller then we are used to but has all the necessary appliances. there's no kettle though but we got by with a pot ;-) most importantly the owner, Francesco, is very helpful and friendly and pleasant and ready to take care of any issue that might arise. we had all the necessary help from him both while arranging the stay and during our vacation. it was a pleasure to deal with him. the only possible downside might be that the apartment is a little bit away from the city. it is not a problem if you drive - it takes only 5-7 minutes to get to the city by car. all in all it was never a problem for us. can not say much about the city itself, it is pretty and lots of restaurants and cafes, everywhere we went food was amazing. skiing was comfortable for beginners may be a little easy if you're advanced skier. but then we did not have time to explore all the skiing area, may be only 1/3 of it :-) our conclusion - we'll recommend this place to anybody who wants to stay in a beautiful place in a neat and cozy apartment. and we ourselves will be happy to deal with the owner again for this or other properties he is renting. Alles wie beschrieben

Die Unterkunft stellt sich so dar wie beschrieben. Es ist sehr sauber und man hat alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Für 6 Personen sind die 3 Schlafzimmer und die Aufteilung optimal. Einzig die Küche ist etwas beengt. Mit sehr viel Schnee und schlechtem Wetter, konnten wir die Umgebung nicht beurteilen, aber es scheint landschaftlich sehr schön. Ins Zentrum von Madonna sind es ca. 5-8 Autominuten. Zu den Liften kommt man am besten mit Skibus oder dem Auto.

"The place was convenient...

"The place was convenient to stay with a very nice view from living room. As we were a company that wanted to prepare dinner at home we had all things that are needed to do that even the kitchen is quite small. For cozy evening it’s a fire place in living room that you also can use. The living room is in the first floor and sleeping rooms are in the second – so no problem to manage silence if somebody wants to take a rest and other wants to sit longer. No problem for car parking outside. We didn’t use ski bus but I’ve seen a bus stop in about 200-300 meters from apartments. Owner is very friendly and helpful, punctual and speaks very well English."
