Villa tout confort avec accès privé à la mer bleue de la Sicile, dans un cadre protégé. Wi-fi gratuit

Située à quelques mètres de la réserve naturelle du Zingaro et entourée d'une végétation luxuriante, cette villa surplombe la mer et fait partie d'une résidence très calme et élégante qui dispose de 2 entrées privées à la mer en contrebas, située à environ 200 mètres de la maison - Un accès mène à une grande plage de galets (voir photo), l'autre à une crique rocheuse, isolée du reste de la plage, idéale pour la pêche ou pour ceux qui aiment nager dans des eaux plus profondes, explorer avec un masque. À l'intérieur de la résidence, il y a un terrain destiné au football et au volley-ball et un joli coin pour les enfants.
Vous entrez dans la villa directement dans le salon / séjour, composé d'un coin salon avec TV et cheminée et d'un coin repas. Le salon mène par une porte escamotable à une grande cuisine indépendante, aux couleurs blanc et bleu, bien équipée avec des tons siciliens rustiques, où vous pouvez prendre le petit déjeuner.La maison est entièrement climatisée.

Marco and his mother Valeria, couldn’t have been nicer and more welcoming!There house rental in Scopella couldn’t have been in a better location!It was one of our favorite spots ever with the private beach, the hiking at the national park and the great surrounding area to do so many great visits!!Love it!!

Fabulous location

We had a great stay here. Valeria and Marco we’re very attentive. The location and accommodation is outstanding. A short walk to a beautiful beach and stunning view from the outside area. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower. We would definitely recommend.

Family of 4 (2 grown up kids) from 21-29 Sept 2025. Firstly Valeria and Marco are absolutely outstanding hosts- they were so helpful and kind. Gave us heaps of local information and always responded with any request. Secondly the house and surrounding area is a slice of paradise- quiet and private with a very short walk to the most beautiful beach. Everything was perfect, I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Local shops and market are a quick car ride away. We would love to return in the future The house was spotless, lovely private garden and the views are exactly what you see in the website

"The Scopello property wa...

"The Scopello property was fabulous and perfect for our group of four adult renters. We lacked for nothing in the property. Everything was in great shape, we loved the house, property and furnishings. We were very comfortable and the owner was so accommodating. We hope to return to this property again. It was such a different relaxing experience to be in a home that was comfortable, it had everything and more. We would recommend this property to our friends and family. When our relatives from Palermo visited us, they were truly amazed and delighted that we had found such a wonderful place to stay."

Perfectly positioned, well appointed little villa on the coast

We were a group of four friends, two couples. We were looking for a house very near the sea, with room enough for the four of us, with two bathrooms and somewhere to eat outside overlooking the sea. It was perfect. The house, although simple, has everything one could need, including a very spacious and fairly well equipped kitchen. The views from the house would be hard to beat. We had dreadful weather for most of the week (worst storms to hit Sicily since 1980 apparently) but still had a wonderful time. I would suggest that it was a good thing that between us we spoke just enough Italian to be able to adequately understand the host when giving us instructions for the house and on how to use the gate to the 'gated' community in which the house is set. The host does not speak any English. She is a kind, cheerful lady. The walk down to the beach and rocks takes just 5 minutes. The beach is clean and pretty, and when we were there (late October/early November) we had it all to ourselves and the sea was still warm. I would very much recommend this property. Many thanks to Valeria for allowing us to rent it from her for the week. We hope to be back one day.

Absolutely fabulous villa in a beautiful quiet place, a short walk away from the sea

The villa is perfectly located five minutes away by foot from the small bay with a nice pebble beach. The pebble beach itself was really amazing for snorkelling with large rocks on a sea floor where you can watch marine life in great detail. It was so beautiful and stunning that we had a really hard time pulling our youngest boy out of the water. The villa itself is very spacious and had plenty of space for our family of five (2 adults, 3 children). The villa has two bathrooms, a large living room and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking almost every day after visiting the local Scopello market and shops for fresh local food. The terrace overlooks the bay and offers unforgettable views over the lagoon and the coast line. It is ideal for nice and slow evening meals while the sun goes down. On another side of the estate there is a park called Zingaro national reserve with the entrance located just 15 minutes by foot from the villa. We went there three times in total and absolutely loved the small secluded beaches, the trekking path over the lower line of mountains and stunning views across the whole Scopello valley. Our host was a very nice lady who helped us greatly in the beginning when our satnav pointed to a different location nearby. She also helped us to settle once we arrived at the villa and was very supportive throughout our stay. This has been one of our best holidays in recent years and we very much hope to come back to this lovely place one day.

La descrizione dettagliata del contesto ambientale naturale , in cui la casa è posta, mi ha lusingata e commossa. Sono stata felice di ospitare Vadim e la sua splendida famiglia perché tutti hanno rispettato la mia casa come fosse la loro, con molta cura e attenzione , rispettando anche ogni regola condominiale . Con gioia ospiterei ancora questa famiglia, in futuro, sicura della loro simpatia, discrezione , gentilezza ed educazione. Ancora grazie !!!

A lovely quiet place with views of the bay and a beautiful beach at the bottom of the road.

The house was perfect for our family, which comprised three generations from a one-year-old upwards. It's comfortable, relaxing and unpretentious, with lots of space. The terrace is large and cool, with an outside table for meals. It's in a private complex which is quiet and well-maintained, and the houses are well separated so you have a good sense of privacy. A fairly steep road leads down to a lovely beach, which when we were there in October was almost empty. It's at the very end of the road that leads to the Zingaro Nature Reserve, and is therefore really well-located if you enjoy walking and quiet countryside - not so good if you wanted shops or bars right next door. The owner was helpful and gave us a warm welcome. We were very pleased to have found such a pleasant, relaxed and well-situated house for our holiday.

Casa comoda a due passi da una spiaggia fantastica

La casa della Signora Valeria è comodissima ed ha una vista meravigliosa! Siamo stati lì 10 giorni a luglio. Eravamo in 6: nonni, mamma, papá e figli. La villetta si trova all'interno di un comprensorio recintato con discesa privata in spiaggia. La caletta a cui si accede dal comprensorio è una delle più belle della zona. Soggiornare nella villa vuol dire quindi avere accesso privilegiato ad una spiaggia di ciottoli ed acqua cristallina. Al mare si arriva in 30 secondi in auto o 5 minuti scarsi a piedi. La villa ha uno bel giardino con una meravigliosa vista sulla spiaggia sottostante. Gradevolissimo per mangiare fuori a qualsiasi ora. Comodissima la doccia calda esterna. La cucina è ben attrezzata e funzionale. Anche la zona circostante è meravigliosa. Scopello è un villaggio incantato con pochissimi abitanti, quasi tutto isola pedonale, pieno di ristorantini dove si mangia molto bene senza spendere troppo. Una realtà estremamente rilassante, senza traffico né semafori, né folla. La gastronomia della zona é eccellente, dal pesce ai dolci per lo piu di mandorle, ricotta e pistacchi. I Faraglioni di Scopello e la Tonnara sono uno spettacolo. La Signora Valeria è organizzatissima e non lascia nessun dettaglio al caso. Suggerisco di seguire tutti i suoi consigli, tanto quelli che vi dará a voce, quanto quelli che lascia scritti in un "manualetto" della casa e della zona. Una scelta che consiglio a visitatori di tutte le età!!!

Haus mit traumhaften Ausblicken

Das Haus liegt ruhig über einer tollen Bucht, welche man zu Fuß in 3 min erreicht. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer, egal ob auf der Terrasse, vom Schlafzimmer oder vom Garten. Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber. Die Besitzerin ist eine sehr liebenswürdige Frau, stets freundlich und hilft sofort bei Problemen oder Fragen. Für uns und unsere Kinder ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Viele Grüße nach Sizilien!

Una finestra sul paradiso

Luogo incantevole, una settimana di vacanza in sei perfetta, proprietaria gentilissima e precisa, casa pulita e molto attrezzata posizione fantastica. Abbiamo apprezzato inoltre la tranquillità'. Scopello e' un piccolo borgo tutto da scoprire con ottimi ristorantini. Vacanza e casa raccomandabili.

très bonne location

région de la Sicile magnifique (montagneuse), location dans une résidence privée(pass pour entrer).maison très pratique,très propre avec vue splendide et terrase sur la mer (golf de Castellamare) à deux pas de la réserve naturelle de Zingaro.voisins très discrets. entrée privative (il faut une clé) sur une petite plage en bas de la maison (à 50 m en descente), avec beaucoup beaucoup de monde mais très agréable. nous y retournerons!
