Ceci est le 3ème étage, appartement 2 chambres. L'appartement au 3ème étage a 2 lits queen, laveuse / sécheuse, salle à manger et salon. Il capte les brises de l'océan Sud-Ouest et bénéficie d'un excellent ensoleillement. Accepte maintenant les réservations pour l'été 2018.

Ceci est une maison de 4 familles magnifiquement entretenue. Ceci est l'unité du 3ème étage. Cette grande maison victorienne est idéalement située à 1 pâté de maisons de l'avenue Bellevue et à 0,5 mile d'Ocean Drive et de Bailey's Beach ainsi que de Reject's Beach, qui est une plage locale peu connue connue des habitants.

L'appartement est entièrement meublé, comprend un coin repas et également une laveuse et une sécheuse. Tous les services publics sont inclus ainsi que l'Internet haut débit.

Il y a un parking hors rue et une grande pelouse avec des meubles de jardin et un barbecue à gaz pour les barbecues d'été.

La propriété est magnifiquement située à 3 pâtés de maisons de Salve Regina College, à 1 pâté de maisons de la célèbre avenue Bellevue et de ses demeures historiques.

Fantastic Stay

Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay for 3 nights (12 and 10 year). The unit is set up well with 2 large bedrooms, a dining area, kitchen and living room. Very comfortable and well maintained unit and building. Steve, the owner, was wonderful, highly responsive and easy to work with. He provided place to store 4 bicycles, and provided beach chairs. The location is great with easy access to downtown Newport, mansions and Baileys’ beach. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in Newport!

50 steps to door... no landing at door, precarious as you open the door.. no national news on TV until i complained .. sliced an onion and the blade fell apart... older people beware no hand support in shower .. if you use 2 AC, circuit breaker kicks off... microwave does not rotate, i told owner and he did nothing to repair or replace...shower flow was inadequate but owner told me it was adequate... he had my $$ so I had no recourse.. i have lived 16 years in five 3rd world countries and the accomodations in each including 4 years in pakistan were much better... STAY AWAY

After years of receiving mostly 5 star reviews, I hosted Nicolas. On his 9th day, I received a list of complaints. Within 20 minutes, I adjusted his shower flow, fixed an electric burner, and checked on his other issues. I upgraded his cable TV package so he could watch his preferred shows. Seems like nothing would satisfy him. I pride myself in providing an outstanding experience for my guests. My super host status is a reflection of the experience of my past guests.

Great experience

We really enjoyed the location and property. Small details needed to be addressed (washing machine not working) but nothing major and would recommend. The owner went above and beyond and let us use his own personal charging station for our Tesla which was very kind.

Fabulous 4 day weekend. Hosts were excellent and welcoming. Could walk to the beach in the mornings in 12-15 minutes. Would stay again :)

Everything was perfection!

Every detailing need was covered. Steve the owner was present and available for any questions that arose. The 3rd floor was Perfect for our needs and would definitely book again! Wouldn’t have changed a thing!

Beautiful home in a great location!

We stayed at Steve's home, the top two units, for my sister's bachelorette weekend in Newport. The units were beautiful, and Steve was a welcoming and gracious host. We enjoyed the yard with a nice cookout on the grill, and walked both into town and to the cliff walk. I would love to stay there again if I'm ever back in Newport.

My home away from home!

Newport is one of my fav. places to visit during the summer months. Finding a house to rent that will accommodate a larger group is tough, especially in the summer months. Not only was Steve able to accommodate our group of 6 but the house was in beautiful condition. Everything was clean, state of the art kitchen appliances, and the beds were comfortable. The grounds that the house sits on is great for BBQ, hanging out to play croquet or just relaxing on one of the chairs in the sun. Communication with Steve was very easy, he was easily accessible if we needed him for anything at all. Pleasant guy. I would highly recommend staying at Steve's home, and we plan on coming back to stay during our upcoming trips to Newport!

Great wedding weekend in Newport!

A group of 10 of us came for a wedding and had a wonderful time! We booked both of the 2-bedroom apartments (for 8 people) and asked Steve, the owner, if there were any other units available on the property. He offered a beautiful little cottage out behind the house and we were all set for the 10 of us! All of the units were beautiful and comfortable. Steve was very helpful with anything we needed and had suggestions for things to do in the area. The location is quiet and out of the downtown area, with bunnies always hopping around the yard. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing Newport Getaway

8 of us recently rented out two of the Booth's apartments for Memorial Day 2015 and had an amazing time - I would give them 6 stars if I could! The pictures on the site do not do the house or the yard justice. Both apartments were nicely furnished and had everything we could have needed. Steven and his wife were warm and welcoming, they even helped us set up a cookout and provided yard games. The apartments are located just a short walk/drive from the Cliff Walk, Mansions and restaurants downtown. I would 100% recommend this property and plan on returning myself!

We so enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. We could not have been more pleased with the area and to be able to spend our visit in this historic home was just delightful. The owners were very easy to reach and very helpful. They have been part of this community for many years. Steve ( the owner) was happy to share all the inside scoops and directed us to great activities and delicious restaurants. This is the absolute best way to visit a new place! The house was so lovely and beautifully decorated. It was fun getting to know the area and coming back to this comfortable home after a full day was delightful. We got great rest in the comfortable beds and everything we needed was available. It is easy to see why this area is such a desirable destination...even off season! Being able to stay at such a special house was a huge plus! We look forward to coming back! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. Chris and John

Perfect place for a summer vacation!

I rented this home for a great weekend away with 2 couples. The home is in a perfect location: it is close to downtown, the beach, the ocean drive. It is steps away from the cliff walk and Bellevue ave. It was the perfect spot for us to come and go as we explored Newport. The rooms are very large and comfortable. We also loved that there was laundry in the unit for sandy beach clothes/towels.

Rolf and Tanja were ideal guests. They were up and out ever day enjoying Newport in July. They were easy to commnicate with, and left the unit in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to have them as guests again.

This is a beautifully cared for property. It has a spacious lawn for private gatherings. The apartments have high ceilings, and are tastefully decorated.

Location, location. We are walking distance to many Newport attractions. Historic Bellevue Avenue is 1 block away. Ocean Drive, Bailey's Beach, Reject's Beach and the Cliff Walk are down the street. Salve Regina University is 3 blocks away. A 15 minute walk brings you to Thames Street, and the Tennis Hall of Fame. First Beach, Second Beach, and Fort Adams are a short drive away. This is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Newport.
