1A - récemment mis à jour 1 Bd 2 Ba w / Queen Murphy Bed Lanai a jardin et partie OV

L'unité 1A est située sur la magnifique plage de Keawakapu dans la magnifique Wailea. Cette mise à jour du bas du village, unité de rez-de-chaussée a deux vérandas; un hors du salon avec une vue partielle sur l'océan et un barbecue à gaz et un hors de la chambre qui est tropicale paysagée. Il est situé loin des routes afin que la nuit, vous puissiez entendre l'océan et non le trafic.

Profitez d'une courte promenade de 2 minutes de la grande piscine principale chauffée d'Ekahi, du pavillon et de la plage ou faites un plongeon dans la piscine calme adjacente !! Il y a 4 piscines sur la propriété! Il y a un accès facile à la promenade Wailea en bord de mer de 2 miles. Vous pouvez également marcher jusqu'à certains des plus beaux hôtels de Maui et profiter de leurs restaurants, activités océaniques et autres commodités, y compris: plongée en apnée, plongée, kayak et location de voiliers.

La chambre climatisée dispose d'un lit king-size avec des rideaux occultants. Le salon climatisé séparément dort deux sur le lit queen Murphy et a des rideaux occultants. Les deux salles de bains sont mises à jour avec des douches. Il y a Internet sans fil, TV à écran plat dans le salon et la chambre, un système stéréo avec radio, lecteur CD et station d'accueil pour iPod. This Ekahi property is outstanding in every regard. It's located within a beautiful and quiet complex, there is a quiet pool nearby, and the pool and facilities at the Pavilion (short walk away) are top-tier (and not crowded). The beach is beautiful and relaxing and and you can often watch sea turtles near the rocks.The condo itself is comfortable and nicely decorated, with high-end linens. Great kitchen and patio, and the 2 bathrooms are very convenient. The owners are wonderful, attentive, and communication is quick and easy. This was our fourth time staying and we can't wait to return.

Great Stay

We had a great time staying in 1A! The unit was well stocked and in a great location near one of the pools. The beach wagon, chairs and umbrella served us well and the Murphy bed was perfect for our daughter. We’ll definitely be back!

An Ekahi Gem

We had a fabulous stay at Dan and Tere’s condo. It is beautifully decorated, quiet, perfectly stocked with stuff to get you started (laundry and dish detergent essentials etc) and a close walk to two pools including the main pavilion and bbqs. We love Ekahi and will absolutely book this unit here again!

We had a very nice stay at this condo. Lots of space for our family of 3. Murphy bed was very comfortable for my very tall teen. Great to have beach chairs provided and everything we needed in condo too for cooking etc, Would definitely come back.

Great location

We had a nice time at this property. However the property needs a few improvements: the master toilet didn’t flush, the stovetop elements needed to be fixed, dining room chair was broken, sliding patio door was hard to open/close. The location was close to the pool and the biggest plus for this property!

We know you were disappointed that the pavilion renovation wasn't completed mid-December but is still ongoing. We provided some accommodation for the inconvenience but apparently couldn't overcome your disappointment. The new glass top stove will be installed 3/4/20. We lived & worked in the Washington, DC area until we both retired and moved to the Austin, TX area at the beginning of 2008. We have owned adjacent Unit 1B since the beginning of 1999 and have gotten to know quite a bit about Wailea, Maui and Hawaii. We hope to share our knowledge of this enchanted Hawaiian island with you to make your vacation exceptional.

We think Wailea is the best location on Maui and that Ekahi Village provides the best oceanfront facilities for the price. The ocean front pool and pavilion provides refrigerators, microwaves, stoves and ovens, an industrial ice maker, ice and chilled water dispenser and large charcoal grill. Ekahi is a friendly property and the sunset cocktail banter among guests is about best beaches, restaurants and golf.

Our Condo 1A is in the interior and in the lower half of Wailea Ekahi Village. Being away from major roads provides the nightly sounds of the ocean - not traffic. The lower half means less of a walk to & from the pavilion and beach. There is a kitchen door to the lanai and a short walk across the driveway to a Quiet pool that is ideal for reading while lounging in the sun or shade. The 1st floor makes it easier to bring in luggage. beach gear or shopping bags and provides a larger lanai area for relaxing.
