Nich�� au cœur du village de montagne de Steamboat Springs, vous êtes à 2 minutes à pied de la télécabine. Situé dans l'un des meilleurs endroits - The Lodge, ce condo de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain a tout pour plaire. Il a été joliment rénové et sera un lieu de détente idéal après une longue journée sur les pistes de ski ou de randonnée en ville.

Préparez votre dîner dans une cuisine de qualité supérieure avec comptoir en granit et plan d'étage ouvert pour que tout le monde puisse participer à la conversation. Le coin salon peut accueillir tout le monde autour de la télévision à écran plat pour une soirée cinéma ou simplement pour regarder le match. Les deux chambres sont privées et spacieuses. L'unité dispose d'un grand balcon avec une table et des chaises de patio, tout simplement parfait pour un verre de vin la nuit ou une tasse de café frais le matin. Le complexe dispose d'une piscine extérieure, de bains à remous extérieurs et intérieurs, d'un sauna et d'un espace barbecue. Le salon est assez grand pour accueillir 6 personnes autour du foyer à gaz. C'est l'endroit à être en toute saison, compte tenu de l'emplacement et des commodités. The Lodge est le plus haut taux de satisfaction client et est un complexe très souhaitable.

We always love staying at the lodge. It’s centrally located and good size units. Retreatia provided very clear information and made the renting process easy. Good unit. Would rent this again.

Steamboat weekend getaway

We love Steamboat and the VRBO location was convenient, the Beds were comfortable, but the window blinds were quite old and difficult to maneuver. The VRBO fees were more than the cost of the unit. I'm not sure I will book again with VRBO.

Very comfortable Condominium! Access to the gondola via short shuttle bus ride.

We were pleased with the Condominium. Very comfortable! Only negative was that the unit above us was occupied by frat bros partying through the night.... Not really a rap on this condo as much as unfortunate circumstances for us.

Perfect vacation

We spend Labor Day weekend in the unit and loved the unit. It was located right by the shops and restaurants on the mountain, we walked everywhere. The condo had a real nice feel, very clean, the beds were very comfortable, I have a bad back and usually do not sleep well on vacations, but this time was a nice surprise. We cooked every night in the unit and enjoyed the nice deck. We will be back next summer again. Thanks

Great place, great location!

My family and I just returned from a 4-night stay here. First, the location was great - very easy walk to the gondola or Christie lift - less than 10 minutes, even when carrying gear, and the complex also has a shuttle that will take you there on request. It was also quiet and peaceful - never a problem with noise during our stay. The apartment was clean, well-furnished and the kitchen had everythig we needed to make our own meals. We enjoyed how the kitchen is open to the family room so we could all be together when we got back from skiing. The setup was perfect for our family of four,with separate bathrooms for each bedroom, and the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the apartment. All in all, couldn't have been better!

terrible condition of unit

The unit needs immediate renovation. Stained carpeting throughout. Mold in showers. Worn furniture in living room, with a cocktail table that looked like something had chewed on it' The table on the balcony had not been cleaned in a very long time. The view outside of our unit was a tennis court needing immediate repair. These issues were known at the front desk when checking out. Retreatia and the actual owner have been advised of these issues. Have you???? Seeing that you receive money for renting this unit, you should know what you are selling! Very disappointed with all the "responsible" parties.. And yes, I will not be contacting any of you again

First Ski Trip Out West

Check In problem: on Sunday 1/31/23 the front desk failed to tell us for approximately two hours that they didn’t manage the unit and therefore didn’t know if we could check in early. (Also when we requested more towels to use at hot tub they said they don’t manage the unit and would not provide towels. Craig was responsive when we spoke with him and got us towels by Monday morning.) As to the check in, I would have appreciated it if had been explicitly communicated to me that the front desk didn’t manage the unit by you so that I would have known to make our early check in ( or check in) inquiry directly. I had sent an email as per your instructions with our flight and arrival time so I assumed that there would have been some follow up from you to make the check in seamless. Physical condition: the shade in the master bedroom that leads to the terrace is off its track and can’t be lowered, the other shades are worn and not in best condition. The kitchen is well equipped with cutlery, glasses, plates, pots, pans, and Mr. Coffee. That was great. The beds were comfortable. The furniture was fine. The instructions for using the tv were useless and I just used the Roku remote. Location: the location is very convenient, approximately a 7 minute walk to the gondola. The shuttle to the mountain and town was outstanding. We had an enjoyable stay over all and I do appreciate your inquiry about our stay. Thank you.

Conference retreat

It was a very nice space for bringing the family with me while attending a work conference. Close to everything and quiet and beautiful location. Nice to travel in the off season due to no crowds.and chill environment Used the hot tubs.and not the pool. Mountain air was refreshing. Condo had all amenities.

Ok but there are better options

The condo is much more worn than what the pictures indicate. It also sits in a location where you are looking at a tennis court. I was pleased with the floor plan and the overall cleanliness of the unit. On our day of arrival I got a phone call requesting me to pay a fee for a damage waiver. This fee was not disclosed to me at the time of booking and the surprise phone call did not sit well with me especially as we were getting ready to leave for our trip. After expressing my frustration they did end up putting a hold on my credit card as an option to paying the fee. Overall the entire experience left me Nuetral, or 3 out 5 stars.
