Vous aurez accès à un bordereau de bateau privé (gratuit avec location), une station de nettoyage du poisson, une zone de grillade, une rampe de mise à l'eau et l'endroit idéal pour pêcher! C'est également l'un des seuls complexes qui a de l'espace pour aboyer votre remorque à bateau sur la propriété! La pêche n'est pas pour vous? Ça va, le condo est spacieux et confortable. Il y a des piscines et des bains à remous, un espace barbecue, une plage privée avec du sable blanc sur la baie et une longue promenade avec gazebo pour profiter de la faune et des beaux paysages. La plage est juste en face de la rue et à seulement quelques pas de votre condo. Le Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge est à côté du complexe et il est à seulement cinq kilomètres de votre rampe de mise à l'eau jusqu'à l'ouverture du golfe du Mexique. Il y a un grand balcon parfait pour se détendre et profiter d'une tasse de café ou regarder l'un des couchers de soleil les plus impressionnants que vous aurez jamais vus.

Ce condo a un grand salon avec une section confortable et une vue magnifique sur la baie. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour vous permettre de préparer un bon repas. Il y a un accès gratuit à Internet sans fil. La chambre principale a un lit king size, une télévision à écran plat et une vue imprenable sur la baie. La chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen size, également avec une télévision. Ce condo offre une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité pour que vous puissiez l'utiliser. Amenez votre famille et profitez de votre séjour à Navy Cove avec toutes ses merveilleuses commodités!

Toute réservation effectuée avant le 1er octobre pour la saison d'hiver (janvier et février) nécessite un minimum de 60 jours (deux mois). Great stay

Beautiful, peaceful property. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, everything we needed for cooking was available and was clean. Wonderful view of the bay and the ocean.

My husband, me , my in-laws , and our two children enjoyed our stay, it was a great location and short trip to beach. We enjoyed our view of the lagoon every morning. Condo was very clean.

Condo was represented well from photos. Located near Fort Morgan so away from a lot of the spring break tourists and traffic (about 15 minutes to Gulf Shores). Beach was just a few minute walk. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Very nice condo in Ft. Morgan

This property completely matched the online listing. We found the unit to be clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats, fish and birds. My only wish is that the beach was closer and that there were more restaurants to choose from without having to go into Gulf Shores. This is a perfect destination for anyone traveling with a boat.

Check-in was simple however you have to physically go to the office which is 25 minutes away from the rental to pick up the key. There is a lock box near the front door of the rental that the key could easily be placed in to avoid this inconvenience. I would recommend using the lock box or updating to a keyless digital entry.

Navy cove condo

Property is great layout is great made a great short trip for my wife and i red snapper fishing only reason it wasn’t excellent was the cleanliness and not a shot at the owners or rental company I’m not a complainer the place was great. I believe whoever cleaned he place was in a hurry the beds and towels were clean but the showers were not wiped down lots of hair in the master bathroom 2nd bathroom had hair on the floor none of the floors in the unit appeared to have been swept or mopped and the carpets were not vacuumed. The furniture was great just needed vacuuming lots of crumbs on the furniture i little extra cleaning would go along way we just brushed it off and enjoyed a fantastic weekend of red snapper fishing !

A few dissapointments

Overall I would give a 5 star rating for location and boat slip amenities. The condo was clean and great view of the boat slip. Because the check in process was taxing and the condo was poorly stocked with necessities I rated with a 3 star. There were only 2 rolls of TP, 1 roll of paper towels. Only 2 trash bags, and there was only a sample size of dish washing soap. These are basic necessities and should have been better stocked. The checking process needs to be upgraded , I had to stop at a separate location 30 mins away to check in and because I was towing my boat it was difficult to find parking at the check in location. They should upgrade to a digital check in with keyless card or atleast a key lock box at the condo complex. Overall I give the condo a 4 star rating. I liked the location and the bonus of f having my boat right out my back door .

Nice on the inside

Navy Cove looked a little worn on the outside but I don’t think they have fully recovered from Sally. The biggest issue was that the elevators were not working so it was difficult for our friend who had knee issues. The inside of the condo was clean and beautiful.

Beautiful view and condo

Elevator was not working so that was not good. Residents said its been down for months! We were not told this. Also when we got there the condo smelled of mildew had to air it out. Condo was very nice and view was wonderful. Pools didn't get much sun. :(

We're sorry that the elevators were out during your stay. They are now up and running again. This complex sustained a lot of damage from hurricane sally and was completely remodeled. They did have a few kinks as they reopened, but everything is running great now!

Check in was okay, I’m disabled and needed an elevator. I called to make sure it was working and they said it was working. When we get there the elevator is not working so we were very unhappy !!!! We moved the next day cause they wouldn’t answer their phone that evening. Very unsatisfied.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. The elevator was working prior to your arrival, however due to tropical storm level weather in our area just before your arrival, the elevator was down for a short while, and we were not made aware of the issue by the association that manages this property. It should be noted that we only manage unit 2202 at this location so the elevator is out of our control. Our office closes at 5pm but we do have an after hours number for emergency issues, but a call was not received on that line. We hope moving you was enough to try to make it right and we hope you decide to book with us again in the future.

Perfect Inshore coastal Fishing Getaway

Secluded location on peninsula with Mobile Bay to north and Gulf of Mexico to south. Self contained with boat slip 8 - 10' access & launch. Perfect kayak fishing marina for speckled and white trout. Gulf beach walking distance to south.

Great Condo

Great beach stay

We loved this condo so much! The location was incredible and it had the best views of the marina. Easy boat access and great communication with the property manager. Plenty of space and everything you would need in the kitchen besides spices. We can’t wait to come back!
