Les restaurants Chart House et Red Lobster sont tous deux sur place. Ala Moana Center et Beach Park (avec des courts de tennis publics) et Waikiki Beach Walk avec ses nombreux magasins et restaurants sont Ă  proximitĂ©.

Perfection

L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©. Depuis le petit balcon, on a admirĂ© de magnifiques couchĂ©s du soleil, l'arc en ciel, les feux d'artifice du vendredi, les surfers, les poissons qui sautent dans l'eau, les bateaux, la plage, et un bout de la lagune... L'accĂšs au Ala Moana Park se fait Ă  pied, oĂč il y a 2 superbes plages et un magnifique centre commercial oĂč il y a de tout. Aussi L'appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ©, on a apprĂ©ciĂ© le frigo Ă  glaçons et les boĂźtes pour emporter le lunch Ă  la plage. Le stationnement Ă  la Marina est trĂšs accessible et coĂ»te 1$/h. Par contre, la rue en bas est assez bruyante la nuit, mais on dort bien quand mĂȘme surtout lorsqu'on pense qu'on est au coeur d'une des villes les plus visitĂ©e au monde. Je recommande Ă  100%

Guest took great care of us - when the original unit went down due to mechanical /AC issues and the windows were not operable because of construction, they allowed us access to great alternate condo in Waikiki - CAPT COOK did a great job, thank you!

Good location and walking distance to both Waikīkī and the Ala Moana Mall for local shopping and their incredible Food Court (with a ton of local restaurants that are way LESS expensive than Waikiki) if you’re on a budget. Room 388 Ilikai Marina is VERY spacious 1 bedroom with a full modern kitchen and living room with a lanai that overlooks the water/Marina with a front row to the Friday Fireworks.

Great View of the Marina

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean and comfortable. All the amenities of home. However the hallway leading to the apartment has an awful smell of mildew and nasty carpet combined with an old polyester couch that was left in an old shed.

Very clean and great views. Room had everything we needed. 3 day pass of parking was about 100 which is on the cheaper side of Waikiki parking and worth it. There was construction going on through the building but it didn’t really bother us much. Highly suggest booking!

Great Condo

The condo itself was very clean and all the amenities I expected. It was nice to overlook the harbor and the ocean beyond, and watch the sunset. The harbor is a busy place with people coming and going at all hours!

Great Location!!

Overall we were very happy with our stay! It had all the basic needs and I appreciated a lot that dishes were available for cooking. Most places that you stay at have limited dishes. Location was also great from everything in Waikiki. Highly recommend staying here over a hotel any day.

Great Marina Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the marina view and lower level of the condo. We could hear the street noise and hustle and bustle of the marina (which was a plus for us). The location was central to all amenities. We loved it and will return in the future!We wished that the property had a few basic amenities like Salt and pepper, cooking oil and coffee filters. It also needed some cleaning supplies since we were there for 9 days and no housekeeping was provided. We cooked often and the only cleaner provided was a kitchen sponge and Dawn dishwashing liquid. A bottle of windex would have been helpful since the dining table, coffee table and all end tables were glass. Also a swiffer for cleaning the tile floors would have been very useful.

Great location

The room is just like the pictures, everything you expected. Location is good, and is in walking distance to restaurants and shops.This room is right above a restaurant called Charter House Waikiki (food was amazing but the drinks are not strong).This restaurant was just opened and is still under construction. So with that being said we had 7am pounding and drilling, this was so loud that the floors were shaking. But other than that our stay was great!

Nice but noisy and poor response

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location, cleanliness and amenities were great. Construction on the restaurant right below was terribly noisy. We couldn’t be in the condo during the day because of it. Property manager was not responsive. We should have been advised of this ongoing construction or been given a partial refund. Would not stay there again until jackhammering is complete.

Home away from Home

This lovely little gem was a perfect place to stay in downtown Honolulu. It was exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed to cook and enjoy days at the beach. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great Condo and Location

The condo was located in a great area, LOVED the marina. It had stuff for the beach and was fully stocked with everything in the kitchen to cook with. Will be staying htere again.

Nice location and spacious

The unit was well-equipped, spacious, and close to the beach. The bed was super comfy. The view from the unit is just as advertised on the website--beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The unit was fairly clean when my friend and I arrived. We did notice that the washlet needed to be cleaned a bit better. I had to spray it with the cleaner that was available under the bathroom sink. My only "complaints" were that the windows and walls seemed paper thin. I could hear entire conversations outside, even with the window (which you can't open anyway) and the balcony door closed. There was also an issue with the AC not working consistently. I learned that the AC unit would shut off if the doors and window were opened. However, it didn't come on for quite some time after I ensured that both doors were closed. It magically started working consistently the night before I was scheduled to leave. I would still recommend this as a good place to stay.

Nephews Wedsing

The wedding was in Kaneohe, but finding places to stay and things to do was a strain. We were so thrilled to find this condo in exactly the spot we wanted to be, and with the perfect amenities. It was located close enough to downtown, without being in downtown. The fireworks Friday night was a huge hit. My in laws came over and we watched from the resturant down stairs. All in all a GREAT stay!!! Thank you so very much!!!
