Ce studio propre et contemporain (500 m² plus 120 m² de véranda) dispose d'un système de climatisation à la pointe de la technologie (silencieux) pour vous garder au frais pendant les chaudes nuits hawaïennes. Votre véranda fait face à la marina et vous serez s��duit par les fabuleux couchers de soleil! La cour tropicale de l'Ilikai et le restaurant / bar Cinnamon se trouvent juste en dessous.

It was a big selling point to have a parking spot included, just make sure to pay attention to which spots are available, some are reserved for valet and private owners. Great location. The bed is VERY firm so know that in advance if that would bother you. It was fine for us. Excellent communication with the site manager! Buy a bag of ice and leave it in the freezer for drinks. Basic appliances. It's an older iconic building. Would stay again, for sure!

Nice place and easy to work with. Pool is nice and easy walk to the lagoon and the beach. Downtown Waikiki is a 10-15m walk. Stayed here with my wife and our 12yr old and we all agreed we would stay here again.

Lovely room, exactly as described. My toddler loved the spacious and open room with lots of sunlight and views of the ocean. The proximity to beach, included parking spot and amenities in the building make it a highly recommended spot if you are looking for a place to stay near Waikiki.

The self parking is the biggest plus of this unit and I would rent it again solely for this. We’ve stayed at a few units in the Ilikai that did not have parking, and the valet was a huge hassle. With this unit, you can get to and from your car freely. The garage is secure. It is easy to get up from the garage to the lobby. Positive: the view was great. We did some people watching from the lanai. It overlooks the Ilikai patio and marina. Every morning we took a breezy walk around the Hilton lagoon and down the boardwalk. The shower pressure is perfect and the water gets nice and hot. Host had extra linens/pillows/towels for our use. Communication with host was great. AC cooled the room sufficiently. The kitchen is handy for longer stays. The couch was comfortable, and is a pull-out (we did not use this). 15 minute walk to Ala Moana and many restaurants walking distance. Negative: unit needs some updating. Noisy appliances. Bed was not comfortable. Overall not bad for a vacation rental. I would rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love the size of the Studio. The fullKitchen is a plus while on the island. The location is a bit from the center of Waikiki but walkable and taxi was only 12.00 from marketplace to ilikai. The shower in the unit is strong and perfect after beach days. We loved the 3rd floor we sat and people watched off the lanai and got to watch hula show on fridays. We felt very safe and enjoyed The loungers at night on the property to enjoy the marina a nice breeze. Perfect for families and couples. Had all the essentials for cooking indoors and making lunch for beach days. Would stay again! Mahalo

Great location and customer service

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for 5 nights. We had several family and business functions around the island, so having free parking was essential. This is the second time we've used Captain Cook and Jean started things off great with his welcoming phone call and text. The hotel was full of amenities... good food, a small market, wading pool, full size pool, and close to other hotels for other walking distance food options. And of course being close to the beach and the wading lagoon for small children was perfect. We enjoyed waking sitting on the lanai in the morning and evening. One night it was rather loud outside as someone was having a party on a boat, but that was the exception not the rule. Would definitely stay here again.

One week stay

My husband and I had a great stay here last week. Our check-in was very smooth, apartment was clean, ac was on, very central location. We had live music each night from the sun deck and awesome sunsets. The parking spot was a big plus too. We have stayed at numerous VRBOs on the different islands so the one thing that we did not have that we have had in most others was a variety of spices, tea, etc. You will also want to bring your own toiletries, the single hotel bottles don’t last long. We will definitely come back because the location was excellent and the room is very comfortable. Thank you!!

Location is a winner

Great location with views. Parking was essential for us. Nice amenities. Overall clean and comfortable. I didn’t get an email for how to check in before I landed, so I had to call for that. The air conditioner and air vents could use a wipe - but again, the place was overall very clean.

Everything was good as expected, the Manager Jean was excellent, very helpful with few TV glitches, came personally and solved the glitches. Very pleasant and helpful, knowledgeable.

3 nights in Waikiki

Loved the property, 3rd floor view was great, and WOW, our own parking space....could not imagine not having one at this location!Everything was clean, compfy bed and pillows, shower and bathroom while showing some age, where spotless! We would stay again!

Great place for a family Vacation!

Loved the location close to the beach, shopping and restaurants! We were able to make some meals at the hotel to save some money while on vacation. The parking spot was great to keep our rental car for transfer to and from hotel as well as day trips outside of Waikiki!

Noisy issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place looked the same as the picture and it was easy to reach managers for inquiries. Overall it was good. However, it was unfortunate that there was some construction above the floor, drilling and hammering from 9AM and water was cut off from 10 to 3 pm for plumbing issues. Also, there was music sound from the restaurant on the main floor every night. If you are sensitive to noise I would recommend to find something else.
