Venez vacances à notre unité dernier étage confortable et joliment meublées! La propriété est située dans la belle ville de Vail est situé le long du pittoresque Gore Creek. classe ski mondial sur Vail Mountain est à seulement quelques minutes via la ville gratuit de navette Vail qui passe toutes les 15 minutes pendant le premier saison de ski.

Le condo est meublé avec goût et joliment meublées avec tout le confort d'une maison moderne. Ce ne est pas votre moyenne pondérée location de ski pas à jour condo. Nous offrons à nos clients un édredon de plumes de couette, des appareils modernes, télévision par câble, lecteur blue-ray, et même gratuit Wifi haut débit. Ce est une maison de montagne pour notre famille ainsi, donc nous garder l'unité et son mobilier en forme.

La cuisine a été joliment rénovée avec comptoirs en granit et des appareils modernes. Nous avons bien approvisionné la cuisine avec tous les outils nécessaires pour compléter un repas gastronomique. Nous avons une mijoteuse, grille-pain, mixeur à main, goutte à goutte cafetière, et une cafetière Keurig. Nous avons aussi un barbecue au propane sur le pont.

Installer à côté d'un bon feu alors qu'il était assis dans notre belle grand canapé confortable. Profitez câble Premium HD TV avec HBO, flux Netflix, ou utiliser le lecteur Blue-Ray sur un nouveau 50 pouces Samsung LED TV avec son surround.

Trois chambres fermées, plus un loft ouvert à l'escalier vers le bas comprennent la zone de couchage pour 9 avec un maximum de 10 personnes (6 lits au total - voir la description de la chambre pour plus de détails). Bien que l'unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes, nous trouvons notre propriété est beaucoup plus confortable avec des groupes de moins de huit.

Le maître de l'étage principal contient un lit king-size avec des tables secondaires complète de la commode de la taille et de nuit.

Le deuxième étage chambre principale contient un lit queen-size complète avec buffet.

La troisième chambre est au deuxième étage à côté du loft avec un lit queen.

Le loft est idéal pour les adolescents, les enfants ou célibataires et a un lit double et un lit superposé. Le lit superposé est un jumeau ci-dessus et une taille complète ci-dessous.

Les tarifs sont disponibles en demandant un devis sur le site. Livre pendant une semaine et les frais de nettoyage seront annulés (reflété dans le prix de la semaine). Réservez tôt pour la saison à venir pour obtenir les meilleurs tarifs et disponibilités. Pour les personnes souffrant de graves allergies aux animaux règlements HOA ne permettent pas aux invités d'apporter les animaux, mais notre chien ne reste occasionnel.

Condo is very close to the shuttle stop to Vail, hot tub and little convenience mart. The condo had plenty of kitchen appliances/basic essentials to cook meals, and plenty of towels for the hot tub! Comfy couch :) Would definitely stay here again.

Great place! My biggest complaint about rentals is not enough seating in living room. Couch was big and comfy with lots of blankets to snuggle under. Kitchen nicely stocked. Beds were nice along with updated bathrooms. So close to hot tub and minimart and liquor store right there. Loved having a grill on the patio. Will rent again hopefully again next year.

House was amazing for our party of 6, everyone had their own bed, house was steps from the bus to vail and hot tub and market right out the back steps. Can’t wait to come back for our next trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s VRBO! The accommodations were lovely and cozy, and it’s clear that Josh’s family has done an excellent job keeping the home welcoming and well-equipped for a vacation. They were fantastic communicators and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was very convenient, making it simple and quick to get to Lionshead in central Vail. We would highly recommend staying with Josh again!

Great stay

The condo was appointed very nicely, and we had everything we needed. Driving to public parking to ski at Vail is really not that expensive and it made staying at the condo perfect. We plan on staying there again next year.

Overall the place was great. My only gripe is that the 3rd bedroom next to the loft only has 3 walls, the 4th wall is a curtain and people in that room can hear everyone and vis versa

Great place to stay in Vail!

Comfortable, cozy and well furnished. Lots of room: upstairs loft perfect for kids. Kitchen is complete with everything you need. Josh is very accessible. He invited us to check in early and was flexible about departure time. Definitely would stay there again.

Perfect Vail Getaway!

If you see that this property isn’t booked yet, count your lucky stars and book asap! We stayed here during the winter with my extended family (6 of us total) and it was absolutely perfect! Enough space and beds for all of us - loved that they were nice full size beds! And the shuttle is a short 3 minute walk that takes you right into Vail for some shopping and skiing. Josh was quick to respond if I had any questions and there were plenty of amenities already in the property so we didn’t use a lot of what we brought. And if you happen to forget something, there a market right in the same complex which we found super helpful! Will definitely stay here again!

Great space for a family of 6

Great property for my family of 6. Very clean. Nice to have quality plates by Mikasa and Crate and Barrel. Kitchen is fully stacked with items to make and put away meals: garlic salt, the usual spices, sugar, foil, plastic wrap, parchment paper, etc. They provide plenty of clean towels, shampoo/conditioner and body soaps at each bathroom. We enjoyed our first time staying at Vail and made our yearly skiing trip another one to remember. Thank you!

Great condo in east Vail! Hot tub just down the stairs 🥳

Very well equipped, plenty of linens and towels, lots of kitchen equipment for cooking, well equipped with spices, condiments, staples and odds and ends (probably left behind by other renters). Tips: 1. As one other review said, check out the kitchen before you go shopping! 2. The upstairs loft sleeping area is completely open to the downstairs, as well as the enclosed bedroom in the loft ( it is closed with a curtain). Only 2 soundproof bedrooms, if that’s an issue for you.

Great condo for a Vail vacation

Everything about this condo is great. The owners are communicative, the living space is compact but has lots of places for people and things, there is everything (shampoo, sponges, paper towels, etc.), and the proximity to the mountain is great. The complex has a hot tub as well as a little store for firewood or whatever. This is one of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in. The dishes and linens and everything were in great condition and spotless. I took away a star because we intentionally wanted a traditional three-bedroom condo. This condo has two full bedrooms on the main level. The third bedroom is part of the loft and although it has a door, it has a huge open window overlooking the living space below. The window is covered by a curtain so that no light gets in, but it is obviously not sound proof so we were tiptoeing around at night and early in the morning. Thank you, Josh!

Best at Pitkin! Excellent home with all the amenities!

We travel to Vail every year, always staying in East Vail area. This was the best condo yet! Great location at Pitkin. Close designated parking spot! We had two cars, so the guest parking lot was wonderful! Close to hot tub-we walked there in crocs and towels. The bus stop isn't terribly far 2 minute walk- no one complained. This CONDO has everything you need to cook, clean, bathe, entertain, WiFi etc. I love it when you don't have to buy salt/pepper, and it feel like a home and not a sterile rental place. The master bed was super comfortable, with plenty of towels, and blankets. In-unit washer/dryer/dishwasher. Even the dumpster for trash in conveniently located. The loft for the kids was awesome, so adults could get some downtime downstairs. The nearby convenient store is nice when you forget key ingredients or run out of bread. They even had tupperware which was nice to use for leftovers. Clean, cozy, and convenient. Will stay here again.

We had a great stay overall! The unit is a bit older, the kitchen is small but it had everything we needed and worked perfectly for our trip. The location was really convenient and an easy drive to Vail. There is a convenience store just a short walk away, and we grabbed groceries at Walmart in town beforehand which made things easy and affordable. The hot tub was a highlight and a great way to relax, and the beds and pillows were comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Easy check-in and check-out. I would recommend this place to others.

good value for the money!

This property had everything we needed. 3 bedrooms and a loft area provided a lot of sleeping space. 2 full bathrooms was great. We were close to the bus to town which was nice. A nice market and liquor store close by for what you need. The jacuzzi was nice. The property provided all the little things like paper towels, dish soap, TP etc. All in a all a good value. Had a good time!

Perfect for Christmas

We spent Christmas here, and it was great. The condo has all the necessities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Fun to hangout with family in the great room. Josh was very quick to respond to all messages. Directions were easy for getting in. Nice little market a 3 minute walk away, even in a snowstorm. Easy access by bus to Vail Village for shopping, dining, and skiing. Make dinner reservations in the villages months ahead!

We are a Colorado family who enjoy the mountains every month of the year. Everyone knows Vail has great skiing in the winter, but we enjoy the other seasons equally as much. The hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, are all amazing.

Pitkin Creek is a great year around destination offering a convenient location on the bus route for winter skiing and great access to hiking, biking, swimming, and fishing in the summer. The complex grounds allow a nice space for children to safely play. The pool is a big hit in the summer as well. The bike path along gore creek makes for a beautiful 20 minute bike ride into Vail Village. We have skied all over the world and truly believe that Vail really is 'Like nothing on earth'
