The apartment in the villa is located between S. Teodoro and Porto S. Paolo, where you can rent inflatable boats to reach the nearby islands of Tavolara, Molara, and Molarotto.
The sea is 700 meters away, where there is a small beach and enchanting rocky outcrops. Nearby, and just a few minutes’ drive away, are the beaches of Cala Girgolu, Porto Taverna, Lu Impostu, Puntaldia, Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo, La Cinta, and others.
The villa consists of two recently built apartments with separate, opposite entrances, offering stunning sea views of the islands of Tavolara and Molara. It is set within a beautiful 1,500-square-meter garden and features spacious, well-equipped living verandas for lunches and dinners with a sea view.
The property features outdoor showers, a barbecue, and sun loungers. The furnishings are meticulously curated down to the smallest detail.
For families of more than 5 people, each apartment includes a basement with a third bedroom and a third bathroom. The basement apartment does not have air conditioning, but since it is located in the basement, the temperature is always pleasant.

-Bed linens and towels are not included in the price. Only if requested, €35 per person for each change of linens, to be paid at check-in.
-Air conditioning, only if used, €1.00 per kWh based on the specific meter reading, to be paid at check-out.
- Barbecue cleaning fee, only if used and not cleaned: €50, to be paid at check-out; otherwise, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit.
We also accept reservations for long-term stays.
- Tourist tax: 5 euros per person for the duration of the entire stay. Children under 12 are exempt.
