This property was perfect for a family with 4 adult couples. The views were spectacular and the layout of the deck was spacious and ideal for all needs - shade, pool, lounging, dining. We loved gathering around the outdoor round table with the lazy susan for meals. The kitchen was very well stocked and cooking indoors or on the outside grill made family meals easy to prepare. The bedrooms all had bathrooms with showers or baths but note that toilets are outside the bedrooms. Plenty of linens and towels. Bonus full bathroom near the pool and outdoor dining. The indoor living space was very spacious though we spent all our time outside because our weather was perfect. If you like to walk, the walk down the winding hill is a great workout :). The villa is technically in the village of Trayas so it takes about 15 minutes to drive to the center of Theoule-sur-Mer but the views make up for it. The house is not a typical house that is just for rentals - it is clear that a family has lived here a long time and the furnishing and decor reflect that. The grounds are entering the property provided tons of privacy and rooms for 3 cars. The house and grounds were clean but needs some updating which the hosts say is coming soon. We would definitely stay here again and the price made it very affordable compared to other locations.
