Apartment/ flat - Sartène

I am startled and sad to read this appreciation. I don’t understand. I has to leave Tizzano for a family problem and I thought that everything went well. My husband who saw the man of the tenant couple thought he was satisfied too. I never mentioned delivery of products (that this couple did not ask for). It found sheets and towels and a set of beach towels was given more to them via Lilium Maris****managing the rent. The location (¼h away from Sartène) and the environment were described in English to the couple before their reservation. The couple was informed about the distances, times driving, ATM absence, before their arrival. In order to not deprive them of cash I trusted them and did not take the guarantee deposit . I do not understand and I’m sorry because I cordially received them in a clean, luminous and comfortable apartment. The apartment was prepared to welcome them with made bed in the bedroom, equipped bathroom with toilet paper, carpet, towels, waste bag ; the fridge was on, connected, the terrace was well equipped and there was a barbecue. They remained free to leave whenever they want. And they did without warning and leaving the key on the door and trash into the apartment! Trade and tourism are made by people and for people and should not be reduced to accounts and to money. It’s distressing in front of our wonderful nature to be involved in a sterile controversy about some salt and pepper and trash bags given empty and found full to be thrown. En saison, sont ouverts à Tizzano : 2 points chauds, 3 magasins d’alimentation, 7 restaurants. La ville de Sartène est à ¼ d’heure. L hôpital est à 10 minutes. Tizzano n’est pas un centre urbain ni un endroit de passage mais un très petit port, lieu de vie proche de la nature et de la mer avec des domaines viticoles à sa périphérie. De l’appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé il est très aisé d’accéder à la plage en 1 minute ainsi qu’aux chemins de randonnée. L’auteur de cette appréciation a eu la commodité d’être chaleureusement reçu avec sa famille aux alentours de minuit et de partir vers 14h.

L’appartement lumineux, confortable, propre et fonctionnel avec un plafond haut, une large baie vitrée et une vue panoramique sur la plage et la mer a un indéniable charme convenant à tous ceux qui recherchent un environnement naturel et authentique et des services de proximité simples et cordiaux. C’est avec des réserves que je recommande ce couple de locataires rechignant à payer la totalité du devis convenu avec, en ce qui concerne le monsieur (peut-être en raison d’un état de fatigue!), une communication souvent impolie.
