Cette maison familiale rénovée, dont le confort et l'emplacement que vous cherchez! Situé sur une des plus belles rues d'Oxford dans le coeur de la ville, cette maison est un court 5 minutes à pied de la place historique. La maison dispose de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bains, planchers de bois et une cuisine mise à jour avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Les visiteurs pourront profiter de notre rue tranquille, bordée d'arbres, et un emplacement privilégié. En outre, il existe une télévision avec ESPN, Netflix et Internet Wi-Fi.

Great Graduation Spot

What a great home for lots of friends and family to gather for the Ole Miss graduation weekend. Location is ideal and home has EVERYTHING you need. And an extra bonus was the chicken coop in the back yard.

Always the best

This was our fourth year in a rom and we’ll be back next year. Our favorite spot in Oxford. Close to everything, enough space, great porch and exceptional hosts. I can’t speak highly enough about this charming spot. Two thumbs up, 5 out of 5!

We had a great stay at this home in Oxford. VERY clean and cozy!

This home was great for the 8 of us that met in Oxford for the Ole Miss/Bama weekend. Cozy and delightful. Nice to be able to walk to the square. And the Flying Tuk picked us up for the game/grove. Check it out next time when in Oxford. Charming and owner was easy to work with.

I can’t say enough about this spot. It’s an annual tradition for our family and E&P are awesome hosts. Great spaces, easy walk to the square and campus/Grove. All the things you need for a comfy stay. Highly recommend. Always!

Absolutely Perfect!

Emily’s home was perfect for our annual Ole Miss football game with my college roommates. The location is perfect for walking to the square or the grove. The backyard is a perfect hang out location. We built a fire and sat outside visiting for hours. The beds and linens are exceptional. Our party includes 8 adults and there was plenty of space and room for all of us. I cannot recommend this property enough! We can’t wait to stay here again!

LOVE this place!

Left a review last year, not a difference this year (in a good way), already booked for 2023. This house is charming, has a great layout, and is within an easy walk of the Square (10-12 minutes) and The Grove (15-20). Last year we had adults and college kids, this year it was seven dads who roam the S-E-C given our kids are enrolled all over. M is great and makes it easy as an owner. This is our “go to” for ANY Oxford trip. Now if we can just figure out who our coach is gonna be all will be well. Thanks, M and family, see you next fall (and most likely in spring 2023 for some Rebs bball). Appreciate you! Posted on Thanksgiving, 2022, the day when we fight for the Golden Egg and nobody knows where Kiffin will be in 48 hours. Regardless Hotty Toddy y’all!

Charm & Location = 10!

This home is adorable and the location is a 10! Less than 10 minutes from the square on foot, 20-25 to the Vaught, and perfectly laid out for 2-4-10 guests! The porch is a great place to spend an evening with a cocktail and cigar, the kitchen has everything you need, and the home is nicely decorated and comfortable. Emily was on top of things and answered our few questions quickly and efficiently. This will be our “go to” in Oxford from now on if they’ll have us back. Hopefully Auburn in 2022. Hotty Toddy!!

Spacious quiet cottage

This beautifully decorated cottage was the perfect place for our large family visiting our son at Ole Miss. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the square and university. The property manager responded promptly and was a pleasure to work with. We look forward to staying here in the near future.

Graduation weekend

Great place to stay. If you have a child attending Ole Miss you know how difficult it is to find a place to stay during football or graduation. Second you would like place near the Square. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house worked well. We had 3 adults and 4 kids - 3 college graduates and 1 college student. We were able to spread out and convene in the den for cocktails and dinner. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. The walk to the square is 10 min max and the way to Big Bad Breakfast 5 min. Great location, clean house and open floor plan. Actually has 3 bathrooms now too. A+ overall

Wonderful location and a great house!

Perfect location close to the Square. House was immaculate and had plenty of room. The owner was very accommodating and prompt with all responses. She left flowers and cookies for my daughter’s graduation from Ole Miss. Would highly recommend and will definitely rent again.

Quaint. Plenty of room. Excellent place to stay for a game or other event on campus.

Two good televisions. Beds and bathrooms clean and nice. Kitchen is very nice, but unless I missed it there is no microwave. All in all an A+.
