Sylvie is an amazing host, making sure we were comfortable and being available to show us her flat. We will gladly stay again, as her apartment is in THE perfect location with plenty of walkable activities, restaurants, stores, steps away from the door.

Nice Apt & Great Location

Spent a week with spouse and granddaughter at the apartment. Such a great location to get the metro or bus, many neighborhood restaurants, bakery, Monoprix, Aligre market. In spite of being on a busy street, the windows opened onto interior courtyards so was quiet. Very comfortable place.

Very nice property. Small subway station across the street. Supermarket at the corner. Very quiet in the apartment at night even though it is on a busy street. Sylvaine was very nice. Checked on us while we were in Paris.

Amazing Location

We had a wonderful stay in Paris. The location is ideal, you walk out and have your choice of a bus stop or Metro stop within a 1 minute walk. There are also numerous restaurants and a grocery store all right outside your doorstep. Sylviane was a wonderful host and met us to go over everything in the apartment even when our train was delayed by several hours. Everything was just as described in the listing. We would recommend this rental.

Convenient Location Wonderful Place

The description of the rental and its location it was fairly accurate. Everyone of us enjoyed our staying. The appartment is situated in a very convenient place. The metro line and the bus stop are just close to the house. A very nice market, supermarket, cafes and shops are within touch. All sights and places of interest are easy to get to.

Mom and daughter vacation

We LOVED our stay. Close enough to the main attractions but away little so not big city feel. Listing very accurate bus and metro lines easy walking distance. Lots of cafes to choose to eat at and don’t get us started about the Patisseries. Fantastic!! And hidden gem the little Pizza place next door with out of this world calzones and Margarita pizza !!!! Only downside was the crazy heat but can’t control Mother Nature!! Host provided quite a few fans and we brought a couple travel fans ourselves. Other than that would definitely rent this flat again !!! Thank you for a great stay !!!

Great place, highly recommend it!

Stayed for a week, 6 of us girls altogether. Plenty of room!  Great location, couldn't get closer to the metro. Had fresh bread and crossiants every morning, number of patiseries close by!  Everything we needed at the apartment, from every kitchen utensil down to guide books! Clean and well presented. Good wifi connection and free calls to Australia, very handy!  Would highly recommend this place!  Many Thanks to Slyviane!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this well equipped flat in a fantastic location. The apartment was quiet even though outside there were shops, restaurants, markets, cafes. It was easy walking distance to at least three different metro lines and a pleasant longer walk to Notre Dame. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the owner was easy and straight forward. There were plenty of travel guides available in the apartment and a folder of information for local places to eat etc. We are already planning a return visit. Many thanks Sylviane for a wonderful stay.

Great location! Plenty of room!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property! Judith was very attentive to any issues that arose. Location is convenient for all activities. Mono-Prix steps away, a bakery across the street, metro stop across the street, and around the corner. Open air market a few blocks away, and a park two blocks away. This was the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day with plenty of room for the four of us, parents and two adult children. We would definitely stay here again should we make it back to Paris! Thank you so much Sylviane and Judith! We highly recommend your pied a terre!

Very nice

very spacious apartment. The internet connection was very good and free. Wonderfull hosts. The public transport from the place to the center of paris is very convenient. Two bus routes that go directtly to le louvre and notre Dam. Metro directly outside. If you enjoy long walk it's only 7km to the Effel, on your way you will enjoy Paris in a very different way!! Such a wonderful place!!!!!

The owners apartment is absolutely wonderful. Its HUGE, with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The rooms are comfortable and cozy with plenty of closet/shelf space. Also, the bathroom is quite large for a European standards and it was so clean. I loved staying here--we stayed for a week-- and it was the best location. A few minute walk to Bastille where you can get the 1 or 5 train. The 8 train is directly downstairs! Monoprix grocery store is on the corner and a lovely boulangerie is across the street. The building is really safe and quiet. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. The owner and her daughter were so helpful throughout the entire process and they even leave a binder full of things to do, maps, etc. I hope that next time I come to Paris I can rent this apartment again. Truly wonderful.

Fantástico

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de nuestra estancia en Paris en el apartamento de Sylviane. La situación es perfecta, al lado de la Bastilla y con la linea de metro 8 en la puerta. Apenas tuvimos que coger el metro ya que puedes ir andando al centro desde el mismo: Les Halles, Vosgues, Pompiduo.. Hay linea directa desde Bastilla a la torre Eiffel (no se tarda más de 20 minutos). La calle donde se encuentra es muy comercial y hay un supermercado Monoprix grande que cierra tarde y donde puedes encontrar de todo, además de boulangeries buenísmas. El apartamento es amplísimo. Nosotros eramos 5 adultos y hemos estado muy cómodos. Las habitaciones más grandes de lo que se ven. Dispone de todo tipo de facilidades (lavadora, secadora, lavaplatos, plancha, secador pelo...incluso paraguas) y menage de lo más completo. Es tal y como aparece en las fotografías, incluso mejor ya que la cocina es de inducción. También destacar la limpieza del mismo, extraordinaria. Para los que visiten Paris en invierno, decirles que la calefacción funcionaba de maravilla y daba gusto llegar alli tras el frío de Paris. Sylviane es encantadora, nos atendió muy bien y allí nos dejó información y guias sobre Paris y la zona. Sin duda, si volvemos a Paris volveremos al mismo apartamento.

Ravis de notre séjour à Paris

Toutes les conditions sont réunis pour réussir un séjour parisien. L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé, en face de la station de métro Ledru Rollin. Pour les petites courses, tout est à proximité : une bonne boulangerie en face, le Monoprix à côté, un marché couvert ouvert proche. L'appartement est très calme (pas de bruits de la rue), confortable, spacieux et bien équipé. La propriétaire est sympathique et arrangeante. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable et sommes enchantés par cette location qui répond tout à fait à nos attentes.

Super appartement pour un séjour en famille

Situé en face du métro Ledru-Rollin, cet appartement offre les avantages de la proximité de la rue du Faubourg St-Antoine avec ses nombreux commerces, tout en étant calme et loin du bruit de la rue, étant donné qu'il est situé à l'arrière du bâtiment. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité du métro, de la boulangerie et du Monoprix. Très agréable, calme, propre, bien équipé, l'appartement correspond à la description et répondait tout à fait à nos attentes. La deuxième chambre est toutefois un peu exiguë pour trois jeunes adultes. Un lave-linge ET un sèche-linge de même qu’une salle de bain indépendante du WC sont des atouts pour une famille de cinq, en voyage pour quelques semaines. Malgré la canicule au début de notre séjour, nous avons bien dormi grâce aux ventilateurs mis à notre disposition. Nous avons eu droit à un excellent accueil à notre arrivée, quelques conseils pour bien profiter de notre séjour et mise à disposition de documentation pour nous guider dans nos choix. À la suggestion de la propriétaire, nous avons fait une charmante découverte, le marché d'Aligre, un marché très animé, bouillonnant d'activités. L’ambiance du dimanche matin, avec les marchands qui crient leurs prix et nous font goûter leurs produits, est dépaysante et amusante. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour à Paris! Nous conserverons l'adresse et la recommanderons à nos amis.
