Vues spectaculaires sur le lac, Martin Sud (ZC228)

Profitez de vos vacances avec la meilleure vue sur le lac Tahoe. Cette cabane en rondins de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains se trouve au sommet de Zephyr Heights et offre une vue sur la station de ski Heavenly et le lac. Détendez-vous dans le bain à remous après une journée à la plage ou après une journée de ski. Il y a un barbecue sur la terrasse avec des meubles de patio, l'endroit idéal pour barbecue avec la famille et regarder le coucher de soleil sur le lac. Le garage de deux voitures est disponible pour les locataires. Deux minutes de la plage de Zephyr Cove, à quatre minutes de la station de ski Heavenly Valley et à quatre minutes des casinos. Au niveau de la plate-forme est le salon de séjour avec cuisine, salon, salle à manger, une salle de bain complète partagée, BR1 reine et BR2 est une petite chambre avec un lit jumeau. A l'étage se trouve la chambre principale BR3 avec un roi et une salle de bain complète, BR4 avec une reine et un jumeau avec une salle de bain complète. La buanderie est également à ce niveau. Ces deux chambres ont une porte sur un balcon donnant sur le lac.

Occupation:
1. Règles du comté: Les mariages ne sont pas autorisés de n'importe quel genre ou taille, sur la propriété ou à la maison. Vous serez immédiatement fermé et perdrez le dépôt de garantie et serez sujet à plus d'amendes.
2. Vous n'êtes autorisé à 12 personnes à tout moment à la maison. Il n'y a que dormir pour 8 dans les lits. Cela inclut tous les dîners ou rassemblements que vous pourriez avoir.
3. 5 voitures autorisées à la maison à tout moment. Il n'y a pas de stationnement dans les rues par comté et les règles de sécurité incendie. Le non-respect entraînera la perte du dépôt de garantie.
4. S'il vous plaît, aidez-nous à garder notre maison en location de vacances. BRUIT ORDINANCE 22h00 à 07h00 tous les jours et est très stricte dans ce quartier.


~~~ En hiver, nous gardons tous les meubles de pont dans le garage et il n'est pas disponible pour l'utilisation. A cause des vents et de la neige nous devons stocker les meubles.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing views of Lake Tahoe. House is a nice cabin feel with some of the best views you can get of Tahoe from almost every room. House is large and has plenty of room. Driveway is steep but the owners do note it several times. House does need updated furniture/TV in living room, more hand towels for bathrooms, and all new pots/pans for kitchen.

We had a girls trip in Lake Tahoe and stayed in this cabin. The lake views are absolutely incredible and the accommodations were very comfortable as well! We used the hot tub on the deck and had a great time, thank you so much!

Cozy rustic cabin with beautiful views. Kitchen is well stocked. There is a lot of dust due to the interior being log walls. We never received an email for the check-in process to the property 24 hours prior to arriving, we called the property management number on the sign of the property and after 20 minutes of communicating back and forth we were finally able to get in.

Good location, decent stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at this property and overall had a mixed experience.The view was absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight of the stay. The location is also great, super close to the main strip of South Lake, which made getting around really easy. The hot tub was another plus and was easy to access and use.That said, there were a few things that didn’t quite match expectations. The listing says it sleeps 10, but realistically it comfortably sleeps about 7 adults. The beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable, which made it hard to get good rest. The house felt pretty bare minimum in terms of furnishings, mostly just basic, somewhat outdated furniture, and the outdoor furniture was missing cushions.If you’re looking for a luxury experience at a luxury price point, this probably isn’t it. There were also some small maintenance issues, like janky outlets, and the driveway was tricky to navigate. I would be especially cautious renting here during snowy conditions.Overall, the views and location are strong positives, but there are some comfort and quality gaps to be aware of before booking.

Hi, thank you for your detailed review. We are glad you enjoyed the views and location. To touch on a couple things, I acknowledge that the info on the listing can be confusing: at first it says max occupancy of 10 because that is how many people the county permits to occupy the premises, however if you read the description it does that that the property sleeps 8. The house itself is definitely older as it is a vintage Tahoe home, but we did just upgrade some furniture, beds, and light fixtures, so hopefully you can give it another chance in the future! Regardless, we always strive for exceptional experiences so we hope you stay with us again and have an even better time. Cheers!

Great property. Views were amazing! Property management was responsive when needed. Driveway was steep, but we managed fine even with two large vehicles. Worked out well with a couple dinners at the home just to enjoy the amazing view. Relaxing and quiet neighborhood.

Cozy log cabin style home with breathtaking views of the lake. Four bedroom layout was perfect for our family. Close, convenient location to where we ski at Heavenly.

I came here with a group of friends in September and it was hands down one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed! The view is spectacular! There are several decks and every room has an amazing view of the lake. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. My group of 8 had more than enough room. The hot tub was so perfect for sunset. The host was also a great communicator and answered all of our questions right away. The drive way is very steep and parking is tight but it wasn’t an issue, worth it for the view. Everyone said they would 100% stay there again and had an incredible time. Thank you so much!!
