Well equipped Villa

Well located in a quiet close this is a spacious and well-equipped property. The owner is responsive and helpful and was there to greet us despite delays in our flight and hire car making us late. There is everything you could possibly need in the Villa including sharp knives! And the owner ensured we had milk and water on arrival. The area is quite rural but there is a short walk to the beach as well as a few bars and restaurants locally as well as some larger hotels. This was an enjoyable stay and it was nice to get away from more tourist areas and explore real Italy.

A wonderful place to stay!

This was a wonderful place for our family holiday reunion, close to Paestum’s historic ruins and convenient for Salerno where one can take boat trips on the Amalfi coast including to Capri. We were 4 couples from 2 generations, from both sides of the Atlantic. When booking, this house ticked all the boxes but we didn’t realise it would be quite as good as it was! It was very, very hot in Italy (up to 38C) and I can’t imagine what we would have done if we hadn’t each had an air conditioned bedroom. So we had comfortable nights and, of the 4 bathrooms, 3 were en-suite. The house was spacious and well equipped, including the kitchen, and there was a large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The TV in the air conditioned living room only has Italian channels (lucky there was internet and that we had laptops and an HDMI cable with us), but who needs to watch TV when staying somewhere so nice? Outside, the owner seemed to have thought of everything, from the loungers placed in the sun trap at the back, to the canopied outside eating area with barbecue, the shaded hammock for lazy afternoon naps, and the table and chairs at the front where we could have cold drinks beside the pool. I don’t know what we would have done without the pool and the outside shower where we could cool off when we got too hot!. There was sufficient space in the front yard to park our 3 hire cars. The house really is only a very short level walk from the sea (both lidos and adjacent free beaches) and there are also several food shops and a few excellent restaurants all within 10 minutes’ walk. The nearest eating place is the Pizza Bonita, only 5 minutes’ walk from the house, where we several times ate excellent pizzas and fish and drank almost unbelievably cheap (and very good) wine. This place is highly recommended and I hope we will be able to come back again sometime!

David, his family and friends were perfect hosts. Kind, accurate, punctual. They had great care and respect for the home and their departure everything was in perfect order. I greatly appreciated the attention for the garden that helped keep order. I will be happy to have my guests again in the future. They are perfect hosts.

Nous avons passé 7 jours à la Villa Lucia. Très bon accueil des propriétaires . Maison propre et bien entretenue seule petite remarque pas assez d eau chaude pour se doucher 8 personnes à la suite.

Cozy house close to the sea

The house has everything that a modern and comfortable home has; a well equipped kitchen, AC in all of the rooms and a lovely garden.

Thanks for helping to lower my rating ... I don't understand what was not up to your needs. Four stars seem to me to be too severe and unfair a judgment that damages my image and that of a house that has equipment, services and levels of finishing far above the average of the others. If there was any negative element you did not tell me and your judgment takes me by surprise.

Ottimi ospiti che, con tanti bambini, hanno allietato uno scampolo di 'estate a Villa Lucia. Pur se con tanti piccoli ospiti la casa è stata mantenuta in perfetto ordine ed efficienza e siamo contenti che abbia consentito di trascorrere serenamente la vacanza.

Ottima location ed altrettanto ottima casa vacanze

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Lucia nelle scorse due settimane, con estremo piacere, in quanto la casa, oltre ad essere ben organizzata e tenuta, è fornita di tutto quello che può servire in una vacanza al mare, piscina compresa. Ottimi gli ambienti, la pulizia e la cura dei dettagli, con ogni confort, sia all'interno sia all'esterno. Se dovessimo tornare a Paestum, sicuramente cercheremo di tornare qui, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Complimenti Sig. Camardelli e grazie per l'accoglienza. Cordiali saluti Giovanni Ginepro

Esperienza unica ed indimenticabile...

La nostra esperienza presso Villa Lucia é stata indimenticabile. Eravamo un gruppo di 6 persone e siamo stati davvero benissimo. Il Sig. Camardelli e sua moglie si sono mostrati molto ospitali e disponibili fin dal primo momento. Abbiamo gradito il loro modo di fare, i loro consigli sulla buona mozzarella da assaggiare e la loro serenità nell'accogliere gli ospiti. La villa era pulitissima e curata minimamente in ogni sua parte. Abbiamo apprezzato tanto ogni cosa; ogni minimo angolo è curato con dedizione ed amore. Wifi ok, elettrodomestici funzionanti e giardino curato oltre che rilassante per pranzare insieme all'aperto. Consiglio vivamente questa villa... Collocata in ottima posizione, con servizi vicini e mare a 5 minuti di gradevole passeggiata. Grazie ancora per ogni cosa! Speriamo vivamente di ritornare! Un abbraccio caloroso...

Ospiti davvero encomiabili. Hanno mostrato sin da subito di voler vivere la casa non come un luogo estraneo da poter solamente "usare" ma come un accogliente spazio da sentire proprio per poter condividere in compagnia alcuni giorni di piacevole relax. Attenti e rispettosi della casa si sono anche distinti per la particolare pulizia in cui hanno lasciato gli ambienti. Siamo grati della cura con cui tutto è stato tenuto in perfetto ordine e per aver riempito con la vostra simpatia e serenità Villa Lucia anche se solo per qualche giorno. Saremo contentissimi di riavervi ospiti. Un abbraccio affettuoso a tutti.

La nostra vacanza è stata bellissima: buon tempo, gran mare e siti culturali da non perdere! Siamo rimasti per due settimane che ci sono volate. La sistemazione a villa Lucia ci ha consentito di concludere in armonia e benessere ogni giornata. Davvero confortevole da vivere, ci ha proposto soluzioni indovinate per riuscire a goderci la vacanza (dalla doccia esterna, al bagno per ogni camera da letto, al tavolone armato sotto al gazebo per interminabili mangiate o sfide a carte). Perfettamente equipaggiata (tele, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e tanto di più) e vicina al mare, offre un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero invidiabile. Giudizio: OTTIMO!

Splendida soluzione

Abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni magnifici, all'insegna del relax e comfort. Villa Lucia può ospitare circa 10 persone ma allo stesso tempo lascia ad ogni nucleo familiare privacy ed intimità, visto che ogni camera ha un bagno al suo interno. Lo stabile dispone di ogni comodità quali aria condizionata, TV satellitare, cucina accessoriata e giardino con barbecue. Sia l'interno che l'esterno sono arredati con gusto ed eleganza.
