The spacious living/dining area has a large flat screen HDTV for movie night or just kick back on the comfortable furnishings and take in the beautiful Gulf views. The large kitchen has plenty of cooking and prep space so itâs easy to prepare plenty of fresh seafood for your family and friends. With a dining table and extra seating at the bar everyone can enjoy meals together. There is an amazing deck that is perfect for late-night escapes or for enjoying your morning coffee. This house is a great place to relax with your friends and family, but youâll probably want to spend most of your time on the beach since itâs only steps away!

Not all property owners participated. Those homes where the property in front of it are part of the buyout are considered beachfront even though to the east or west of it there may be a home closer to the beach.
