A new Adventure

We liked the open view from the deck to the view!! And we could easily walk to the beach from our place. We didn’t know that it was a drive on beach, so the weekend was pretty busy but it was pretty cool after that!

Very comfortable

Found everything needed. Issue with ice maker but brought ice. Weather could have been nicer but never know over Christmas. We will book again as long as no one builds in front of the house!

It's in a great location, away from the busiestpart of the beach which was nice when we have the grandkids and dogs with us. House had a great view. Cheyenne at Cobb is wonderful! Always knows what we like and never fails to find us great places. This is one of our new favorites! Thank you, Cheyenne. You always make coming to the beach a great, easy, and fun vacation!

Cobb had us sign a contract. (missed an email from them. Was looking for VRBO text. Online checkout time was at 2pm. (read small print). They called and mentioned that we had to leave at 9am. (nothing about contract) Talk to mgr to get 10am leave time. (not happy)

Perfect for Us

The property was exactly as listed, we actually felt it was better than the pictures in the listing. It rained, the entire week which was not what we had expected. However, there were some games to play and there is a Roku in each bedroom as well as the living room. We cooked meals at the house all but 1 night. Everything we needed to cook with was supplied. There was only salt and pepper so you will need your own spices/seasonings. There wasn’t much Tupperware, but like spices we didn’t expect that so we bought some. Major Pros: the view!! Even through an entire week of rain it was the perfect view. Hot water heater was amazing! We could use both showers and have enough hot water and pressure. All 5 of us took showers without having to wait for the water heater to heat up between each one. There were extra fans provided and the patio furniture was nice. Cons: the master bed wasn’t that great. However, it was better than the Holiday Inn bed we stayed at on our way to the beach house, so really not a con. We hope to come back next year…with at least one day on the beach!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at SeaSong. The home was exactly as pictured, clean, cool upon arrival, and very comfortable. The noon check-in and 2:00 p.m. checkout were fantastic, and the easy walk to the beach made it even better. We especially loved relaxing on the large front deck, listening to the waves, and the foot wash at the bottom of the stairs. Our pug came on his first beach vacation and had the time of his life playing in the sand!The kitchen was adequately stocked, including a selection of basic spices such as black pepper, garlic powder, and cinnamon, and the starter supplies (paper products, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods) were appreciated. A Keurig has also been added, though coffee service is not provided, so be sure to bring your own pods or grounds.A few maintenance items would make future stays even better: bar towels, a fresh mop head, a bucket, dustpan, cleaning rags, and a working bottle of all-purpose cleaner. We accidentally broke a few beer bottles while packing and let the receptionist at Cobb Real Estate know there was broken glass that couldn’t be safely cleaned so the cleaning crew could be notified. We also reported that several roof shingles appeared to have come loose.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Wonderful Getaway

We loved the porch furniture and the rope swings!! The faucet for cleaning sandy feet worked great and the outdoor sink for cleaning seashells was a plus. Fully stocked kitchen, nice water pressure. Left the house slightly cleaner than we found it. But no complaints! Just a short walk to the beach and a great view from the house. It rained a few days so we were happy to have nice TVs in every room with plenty of streaming services. We loved every minute of our vacation and would definitely rent here again!

Reviewer Comments: Sea Song is exactly as described — perfect location to walk to the beach and when you are not at the beach, sit outside on the large deck and take in the direct ocean view to watch the sunrise and the waves rolling in! It is a very clean, well maintained home with a stocked kitchen for cooking and windows all across the front that lets in the sunshine and that ocean view. The process to pick up and drop off the keys with Cobb Realty was very easy and the customer service from Cobb Realty was friendly and helpful. We will not hesitate to stay again at Sea Song!

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would recommend leaving at least one roll of paper towels and toilet paper in the home. there was zero when we arrived from long drive. Most of the miniblinds in the main room did not close (broken crank), and lastly the vent in the main bathroom didn't work so lots of steam would build up. Would recommend keypad for entry to front door so that keys don't have to be taken down to beach and exchanged back and forth between people. Very nice home in great location!
