Wonderful Vacation!

We celebrated the July 4th holiday at this beautiful property! We had the absolute best time. The home was so well kept and clean. All the amenities were as listed. My family and friends stayed busy with all the games and the big spacious outdoor area when not at the beach. The owner was excellent in communication and making sure we arrived with no issues and made sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend booking this beach house, we left with great memories.

Spontaneous Getaway

We decided to do a last minite weekend getaway, and Hook Wine and Sinker was the perfect home for us! Amazing location and a gorgeous house, we couldnt have asked for better! Communication with the owner was easy and checkin/out was seamless. We will definitely be coming back!

Exactly what we needed

This was a final girls trip before school starts back and we had a blast. This beach house was beautiful, perfectly located near the beach. A golf cart would be super helpful next time, but we were only staying one night and it wasn't cost effective. House was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed. There were a few hiccups during our stay, but we communicated with the home owner and they were relayed to them. We would def stay here again.

House is fantastic. Close to the beach with access on the main road leading into the neighborhood. House is clean and perfect for our group. Lots of games and other amenities that make this one of the best houses we’ve rented on Bolivar.

Beautiful getaway home

Hook, wine & Sinker was spacious for our family. The big island in the kitchen gave us all room to gather around along with the kitchen table. The master bed & bath are beautiful and spacious. The home is well kept and clean. The entire process was easy and Rup was a great host. The hammock was everyone's favorite to read. The deck furniture was comfortable and a great place to sit, relax and read and watch the ocean and ships.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. It felt like a home away from home, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. One of the standout features was the multitude of activities available for our kids. They were never bored! Between the toys, games, and nearby beach, there was always something fun to keep them entertained. As parents, this was a huge relief and allowed us to relax and enjoy our time. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach! We loved being able to easily access the sand and water, making our beach days so much more enjoyable. We spent countless hours soaking up the sun and playing in the waves. Overall, we highly recommend this beach house for families looking for a clean, fun, and convenient getaway. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful, clean, modern house

We had such a great time here. Even before we arrived Rup sent a nice welcoming message and was very responsive. The house is beautiful! At the end of a cup de sac so nice and quiet. Everything was clean and new. The rooms were so nice with special touches that made it so nice. The decor was beach themed, the white color color scheme was nice. The bathrooms were really nice. Master had a soaking tub. We also had so many games that were provided to play. My family had a blast playing with an Atari! And there were so many board games too. Downstairs had a ping pong table and fusball. And anything you would need for a day at the beach from an umbrella to buckets, chairs and a wagon. It was a 10min walk to the beach. The house had a nice outdoor shower too. We were there 4 days. Loved our stay, we will be back!
