Great Location

The layout is good with bedrooms and baths on separate ends of unit, The kitchen space was nice, Floor Boards are very squeaky in bedrooms especially so if anyone is a light sleeper bring your earbuds..

Great place right outside sunriver. Super close and can still link onto bike trails from condo. It was clean and worked for us. I would say it would be nice to have better newer bedding. The blankets were older looking and blankets were like a thin foam, so not nice feeling. Pool was nice and complex is quiet.

Two bedroom condo on one floor. Convenient parking.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As advertised. Small condo unit. Two master bedrooms all on one floor. Only stairs were the step up off the driveway. Followed by a chipmunk who begged for scraps. Two recliner chairs which allowed us semi-limited walkers to rise from watching the BIG screen TV. No bathroom hand holds. Average clean. Resources responsive to requests.

Sunriver

It was clean and I really liked the online checking in and out. The pool facility was great. The layout of the condo and kitchen did very well with the number of people we had. We were able to cook meals and not feel crowded. The bedrooms were nice and big. Had a great family vacation here.

It is a great place to stay near Sunriver Resort.

Right next too the resort and much less costly. This is my second time at this location.

Good option in Sunriver

Very simple booking and check in procedure, staff was helpful and timely in dealing with a small maintenance issue. Good access to a 24hr convenience store which was a lifesaver with everything else in the area closing early. Good home base for exploring central Oregon.

Close to everything

My family and I typically go to Sunriver every year. Since many trips were cancelled due to COVID we really looked forward to this vacation. My only disappointment is not knowing we had to make reservations for ice skating, snowboarding, sledding, sleigh ride, etc. well in advance. All items were booked out for months.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo was adequate, but nothing special. Probably a little dated but everything was there an functional. We did have an issue with the shower head in the master bedroom (it came off a couple of times), but worked around it. Convenient location, but not inside the resort.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived for a long weekend, the outside appeared older but well kept. Once we enter the condo we began noticing that there were wet spots in the carpet like maybe it had just been cleaned. It did not take long to realize that this was not the case as there was still crumbs on the carpet. We knew going in that there was no A/C but the days were hot and every window and blind we attempted to open was broke which gave a real dungeon kind of feel. First night we had water pouring into the bathroom as the up stairs had flooded. the response from the maintenance was good and that was resolved. broken fans and everywhere on the floors had a squeak.

OK for the price, but for a little more rent a house!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Powder Village K-5 was adequate and comfortable, but a bit odd. Nice kitchen, minimalist but good quality cookware and tools, good tableware. Master suite issues: large closet, but no chest-of-drawers, no place to put anything that doesn't go on hangers, no vanity or table or any flat surface except the floor, old CRT TVs in both bedrooms, very squeaky floors.
