Situé à proximité de Fort Rock Park et à quelques pas du parc de l'eau Sunriver Village et SHARC. Nouveau en 2019, la maison est livrée avec 8 laissez-passer illimités SHARC !!! C'est un maximum de 250 $. 00 valeur chaque jour de votre séjour !! Sunriver Village Mall a tous vos besoins couverts de l'épicerie à les merveilleux restaurants et boutiques. Pendant l'été, le village est un excellent endroit pour aller pour le divertissement tels que les autos tamponneuses, mini-golf et le soir de la musique live. Patinage sur glace est disponible pendant les mois les plus froids.



Si vous vous sentez aventureux, vous pouvez réserver des visites guidées et des activités de toutes sortes - kayak, ski, pêche, vélo - à des endroits à travers le village. Mt Bachelor est à 25 minutes! Il est impossible de s'ennuyer à Sunriver!


Vous voulez sortir sur votre propre, sortez le 18-20 pieds en aluminium canot à la rivière ou l'un des nombreux lacs, prendre un déjeuner et profiter de la paix et la tranquillité. Deux rames, 7 coussins de flottaison, 2 adultes et 2 gilets de sauvetage pour enfants sont aussi fournis.



Cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger est assez grand pour accueillir tout le groupe, non seulement pour les repas, mais appréciant la nuit de jeu. Le salon accueillant dispose d'un plancher de rock cheminée au plafond de sorte que vous pouvez vous asseoir et vous détendre dans en lisant un livre ou regarder un film. Extended vivant sur le pont arrière et bain à remous privé pour se détendre après une longue journée de découverte de Sunriver Oregon.

The location of this property was great as well as the deck. However, the kitchen supplies were not in good condition, the carpet was stained and there were quite a few cobwebs in the property.

Nice base for sunriver family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here. The setting was nice and quiet, but with easy access to the bike path, SHARC, and Fort Rock Park. Nice setup for multi-generational family vacation with our dogs!A couple things do need fixing: the kitchen faucet is very loose and leaks water, and the upstairs toilet seat is loose and wiggles around, and the screen door comes off the tracks. Having the dishes stored up high was a little challenging for short people like me, but overall, we loved our stay.

Great location and very peaceful. It’s close to the path but set back, it’s far away from other houses so it felt very private. It’s right in the middle between the sharc and the park so it was great to send our kids too on their own.

Was a great spot for our family with two kids. We love going to SHARC so the passes are a must. No AC so if you are staying in the summer you will need the fans. My son left a stuffed animal and it was after we checked out but we called and got right back in. We appreciated the great customer service with that request. We would stay here again.

We have stayed in Sunriver for over a decade and stay in homes at least 1-2 weeks each year, through VRBO & other various property managements. This was our least favorite house we have stayed in. While the location, layout, access to SHARQ, and marina were all ideal, the state of the home & facilities is less to be desired. Great stay with family

We picked the ONLY weekend in June with a high of 48 degrees, rain and hail. We still had a great time playing board games, short walks and having a family dinner in the village. Everything for our grandchildren to do was close. SHARC a short walk one direction and a great playground an even shorter walk in the opposite direction. All the bedrooms had TV’s which was a plus. It gave adults ( six of us rotating as needed) a great place to take a break from the chaos of four small children with the weather acting up. We had a great time making memories.

Great Location and Very Family Friendly

The property had everything we needed for nine people and the two dogs. It was a treat to be so close to the SHARC Aquatic Center (0.25 miles), Fort Rock Park (0.25 miles) and the Village (0.5 miles). This isn't the biggest house in the neighborhood but felt absolutely like there was enough space for everybody. If you can, only bring two vehicles or use the garage to park one. It makes a word of difference for ingress/egress. We had a blast!!! and this place made it happen. Thank you again!

Great Family Friendly House

This is a great house for a weekend getaway! Loved the wooded area and the close proximity to the walking/bike paths. Very clean and well stocked house (with the exception of the chipped plates but I understand that's the owners responsibility). We enjoyed the puzzles, games, and updated smart TVs in each bedroom. The hot tub was clean and perfect for those chilly nights. I would highly recommend this house.
