Nice and peaceful location, beautiful views, lots of space for the 6 of us, along with privacy in each bedroom. Big table for us all to eat together and play games. Hot tub was enjoyed daily. Would love to stay here again!

Great stay and location. Kitchen was nicely stocked with paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher soap as well as spices (which we didn’t use on our short stay). Our only complaints were the pillows (very soft) and the terrible coffee pot. A Keurig would be a great addition!

Ski weekend

Absolutely loved the unit. Perfect location and great layout for our family of 5. The only draw back was our Suburban didn’t fit in to garage it was too long. Parked in the Montezuma lot which is only a 1 block walk away. We will be staying here again for sure.

Great location and relatively clean. Our stay was December 26th-30th 2026. Upon arrival found two key issues so I called for service. The front doors electric lock was hanging off the door and the gas fireplace was not working properly. They set an appointment for the following morning at 9am. No show, waited till 1pm and called. Their response was someone would be out by end of day. Again no show, called back on the third day and they said they were too busy but they would definitely be out that day. Again no show. Repairs were never made during our 5 days there. Also, dishes were put away dirty and there were socks under the bed and hair in the master bathtub. Dishes could have been from the previous tenants but there definitely wasn’t a deep clean preformed. Please note this is my first somewhat negative review on Vrbo. We have stayed in numerous other properties without any problems.

Great home & location

The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful home. Right on the river, just about as close as you can get to the gondola and the village without being in a big resort. Tucked in nicely behind another building. We loved it. They are correct that the garage is fairly small. Explorer fit but our Wagoneer did not. But it was close by to park it.

Great location!

Great unit with lots of space and light coming in. Loved the views and close proximity to River Run. We enjoyed the private hot tub and used it daily, although the controls got locked somehow and we couldn't figure out how to unlock them. The Roku set-up was easy to use, and it's got an auto log-out feature, so you don't have to worry about people using your Netflix/Prime accounts after you leave. Be aware there is a building going up next door, so the construction noise (including back-up beeping) can be annoying. I assume this will continue the rest of summer 2023. We did day trips to hike and site see, so it was tolerable. Oh, also -- there is no lock on the master bedroom door and it opens outward, so cannot be blocked with a door jamb.

Wonderful Property!!

This was my 3rd time staying at this amazing condo and I can't recommend it enough. Very clean and well maintained. It is a very spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom! Great for groups or 2 families. The view overlooking the marsh/wooded area is so lovely and peaceful. It is so nice to be walking distance to the village/gondola, yet feel like you are in a private serene setting. Hot tub overlooking the marsh area is a bonus!!

The views of the mountains are great from both the living area and the bedroom. Listening to the river just adds to the impact. Parking is inconvenient if you have a full size vehicle. Close to River Run activities.

Great condo, beautiful view!

Love walking into the condo, with sunken living room and beautiful views of the mountains and aspen trees. Private and quite patio. Huge master bedroom and bathroom! Really like the private garage as well. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

We took a spontaneous weekend trip and this condo was more then we expected. It is beautiful. We spent every night taking in the serenity of the area and enjoying the sound of the river flowing. Perfect size for 2 families to share.
