Great little house

We enjoyed the location of the house very much. It is nearby the lake and all commodities. Communication with Adele was very smooth, she was always available to answer our questions. Thank you!

A charming two-bedroom apartment full of character, with an impressive display of eclectic trinkets and collections throughout. The location is wonderfully central in Bolsena, with a supermarket and restaurant options just steps from the front door. A pharmacy, post office, barbers and various shops are conveniently close by, and it’s an easy walk down to the lake or up to the castle. (Markets in the big car park across the main road on Tuesday mornings, and delicious porchetta rolls from the porchetta van on Thursday mornings across the road from the pharmacy.)The apartment was comfortable, equipped with everything we needed and private, with a lovely outdoor terrace. Our host was communicative and reliable throughout our stay.Our only suggestion would be for a little more dedicated space for guests’ belongings, to have been set aside. These small additions in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom would make this lovely apartment even more welcoming and practical for staying guests.We would definitely be happy to book this charming accommodation again … a cosy, comfortable and convenient base for enjoying beautiful Bolsena! "This is the perfect flat...

"This is the perfect flat for a couple looking for a romantic holiday or just a break from their busy lifestyle. The owners are very hospital and go out of their way to accommodate and help you. The flat is in close vicinity of shops and restaurants and the lake is only a short distance by bike."

Ideally located near all facilities

We throughly enjoyed our week holiday in this house built into the walls of the medieval town of Bolsena. Every thing was close at hand including more restaurants than we could eat in, a small supermarket, and other shops within a stonethrow. The bed was comfortable and an open log fire warmed us as we were out of season. It did not have wifi but it was no problem as you can piggyback on any of the restaurants. I would thoroughly recommend it to any couple looking to explore this interesting part of Italy. The only downside is that I would not recommend it to anyone not good on their feet as the stairs are steep, shiny wood and open at one side but that should be no problem for anyone wanting to go to old, fortified hilltop towns.

A perfect stay

Do you want something different? something cozy? Something unexpected? Something absolutely lovely? Me and my two daughters stayed for a week in this accommodation. The place is absolutely lovely. It felt like the owner just left and you step into a cozy house with all kind of cure furniture and decoration. That might be a little weird at the beginning, but if you embrace it your feel home really quick. The location is absolutely fantastic. In the middle of Bolsena. Supermarket next door, a nice square with an espresso bar for your morning coffee and the lovely medieval town of Bolsena as your backyard. And the walk to the lake is easy an beautiful as well. The hostess communicates really well. The minute I had booked she sent me all the details for my stay including recommendations for places to eat and drink. Also during my stay, she kindly informed if all went well. It was such nice week at a lovely location. Such a location that make you wanting to stay and live in Italy forever.

Appartement bien situé

L'appartement est très bien situé, mais forte odeur d'humidité les jours de pluie. Arrivée et départ autonomes.Le ménage avait été fait, mais pas de place pour nos affaires dans la salle de bains ni dans la chambre. La propriétaire nous a conseillé de mettre nos vêtements sur les cintres qu'elle avait laissé libres ... c'est pas facile pour les sous-vêtements ...Elle nous a conseillé d'entreposer des affaires dans la deuxième chambre (très petite), mais si nous louons 2 chambres, c'est parce que l'on souhaite profiter des 2 chambres.Pas de place dans les placards de cuisine non plus pour ranger nos provisions.Je recommande pour la position dans Bolsena, mais uniquement pour cela.

Charmante maison avec terrasse

Nous sommes déjà venus dans la maison d'Adele l'été dernier. Dès le mois d'octobre, nous avions la nostalgie et l'envie nous est venue d'y faire un second séjour. La maison est très agréable et bien équipée, on s'y sent bien immédiatement. Sa situation au coeur du village est également idéale, proche des commerces et des lieux de vie, tout en étant au calme. Notre endroit préféré est la terrasse. Nous recommandons cette location

Appartement conforme à l'...

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Très propre et équipement vraiment complet. Très bien situé, pour les visites aux alentours qui sont nombreuses et magnifiques. Très beau village médiéval facile d'accès. Avons été très bien accueillis par Adèle et Massimo qui sont d'une gentillesse.....Merci encore à vous deux. Nous conseillons cette location.

"Location très agréable d...

"Location très agréable dans la ville de Bolsena au pied du château et à deux pas du très joli lac. La ville est vivante et authentique et il y a beaucoup de jolies choses à découvrir dans les environs. L''appartement est joli , confortable et frais ( bien-être assuré lorsqu''il fait très chaud!)La terrasse est aussi très agréable pour se détendre. Adele est dynamique, sympathique et soucieuse du bien-être de ses locataires. Nous reviendrons certainement."

It's an excellent house i...

It's an excellent house in the historic center of Bolsena. Charming, nicely decorated, clean, well equipped and well maintained. It was perfectly situated in the city center with good restaurants, pizzerias and bakeries very close. And at only 200 m from the lac and the port! Thanks to Adele, her welcome, trust and little souvenirs from Bolsena! We fully recomend this beautiful house if you want to stay in Bolsena :)

Una nicchia nel medioevo tra lago e arte

La casa in una viuzza del centro storico sotto il castrllo di Bolsena a due passi dai servizi e dal lago, è accogliente e silenziosa, in una posizione privilegiata per conoscere il circondario. Un terrazzo quadrato riparato da piante, è una gradevole risorsa che il profumo di uva fragola proveniente dal vicino pergolato arricchisce. Il carattere molto personale della casa con i molti oggetti e suppellettili raccolti fa pagare, con vantaggio a nostro avviso, un piccolo tributo allo spazio funzionale dell'appartamento, che piccolo non è, in tre persone si sta molto comodamente. In agosto bella rievocazione in costume di un episodio storico del XIV secolo. Lonscarso affollamento e la vicinanza di centri d'interesse come Orvieto ,Pitigliano e la bellezza del lago vulcanico piu grande d'Europa ,che offre molteplici scorci dal circondario, permette una vacanza inconsueta dai molti diversi stimoli.

vacanza con la V maiuscola

la casa è accogliente, in posizione perfetta in centro a Bolsena, con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. l'accuratezza con cui i proprietari curano ogni particolare, indica amore. Casa fresca e pulita, con tutti i comfort, in più ho potuto coltivare la mia passione, la lettura, grazie a una libreria ben fornita.

Wundervolle Zeit in Bolsena

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig für 12 Tage eine Unterkunft gesucht und sehr viel Glück gehabt. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Obwohl unsere Vermieterin Adele nicht vor Ort war war alles gut organisiert und kein Problem. Wir wurden von einer sehr netten Nachricht begrüßt inklusive vielen nützlichen Tipps von Adele wo man gut Essen kann oder das Auto parken. Haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Bolsena und Umgebung verbracht. Grazie Adele!

Wohnen zuhause

Nachdem man sich daran gewöhnt hat dass es sich um eine ursprünglich bewohnte Wohnung handelt, mit grossen Mengen an Dingen die halt so rumstehen, ist es sehr schön. Ausreichend Adapter für die diversen Geräte sind vorhanden. Alles funktioniert gut. Die Lage ist mitten im Dorf mit den entsprechenden Geräuschen die so etwas macht. Die Ausstattung ist gediegen italienisch. Was erwartet man anderes? Es war schön in Bolsena. Was für ein schönes Stück Erde.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht!

Perfekte, zentrale Lage in einer kleinen Gasse neben einem Supermarkt und in der Nähe zu sehr guten Restaurants. Es steht außerdem ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Insbesondere die große Terasse hat mich überzeugt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Haushälterin, die uns bei der Ankunft in Empfang genommen hat und kein einziges Wort Englisch konnte, weshalb es zu Verständigungsproblemen kam und und unsere Fragen zur Wohnung unbeantwortet blieben. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert :)

War ein wundenschöner Urlaub. Es lohnt sich wieder nach Bolsena zu reisen.

Es waren wunderschöne 14 Tage in Bolsena. Wer das direkte Stadtleben von Bolsena kennerlernen möchte, sollte diese Unterkunft buchen. Sie ist liebevoll und mit vielen Details eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Altstadt bittet viele Möglichkeiten z.B. zum erkunden der Stadt, leckeres Essen und man kann sehr schöne gemütliche Abende verbringen. Wir danken Adele für die schöne Zeit.
