Beautiful house with gorgeous views and amazing hostess

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Our party of 9 was very comfortable in this well-kept and nicely decorated home with gorgeous views. Elena was helpful with every single detail and really made us feel at home. Do keep in mind that renting a car is a must since transportation is difficult otherwise. Thanks Elena on behalf of our whole group! If we go back to Mykonos we will definitely stay there again.

Amazing views

Elena was a great host and the property is amazing. When we checked in, the house was stocked with enough food to feed the nine of us the first day, which was a welcome surprise after a long day of travel. The house was spotless and the view from the patio was beautiful. The property is somewhat isolated, but Elena set us up with reliable transportation. I highly recommend Elena and her property.

View of a lifetime!

Elena was warm and welcoming and the house was perfect for 11 of my family. It was well stocked, the beds were so comfortable, and the pool was great! Our drivers, George and George, got us around the island quickly and safely. We would definitely stay again in that beautiful island home with a view that takes your breath away. Villa with a view

The property's location is it's USP with stunning views over several beaches/coves. The property has all mod cons but keeps a natural rustic/original theme throughout. Several areas to sit & enjoy the sun or stay out of it. Pool, sunbeds & decking area are awesome. Elena is a top host & communiucates within the hour if anything needed..

Fantastic views with everything you need

The villa was amazing! The views were breathtaking and reinforced the beauty of Mykonos. Everything we needed was included, from the kitchen necessities to beach towels. There were so many spots on the property to enjoy the different vistas. Elena was an extremely attentive host and answered all our questions quickly. She set us up with food for the first evening which was greatly appreciated. The pool provided a place to relax after exploring the nearby beaches and towns and was a much-appreciated amenity. Don't miss your chance to experience one of the most beautiful places on earth in the perfect villa.

Maison très agréable dans un endroit calme mais une voiture est nécessaire pour faire les courses ou se rendre à la plage. La vue sur la baie de Psarou est magnifique autant de jour que de nuit. La piscine est un atout non négligeable et son agencement permet de passer de bons moments à l'ombre ou au soleil autant pour les enfants que pour les adultes. Grâce au barbecue extérieur nous avons fait de magnifiques grillades. Les équipements ménagers ne manquent pas (2 frigos). Les chambres ont chacune une salle de bains. Les différents emplacements tout autour de la maison permettent à chacun de trouver sa place. Pour le petit déjeuner ou les autres repas plusieurs endroits sont disponibles si l'on veut être au soleil, à l'ombre ou à l'abri du vent. Et pour agrémenter le tout les propriétaires qui habitent de l'autre côté de la rue sont vraiment aux petits soins. Lors de notre arrivée TOUT était prévu pour le souper et le petit déjeuner du lendemain matin (9 personnes). Et pendant les 18 jours de notre présence la propriétaire est venue 2 ou 3 fois s'inquiéter de notre bien-être. Nous avons vraiment été enchantés par cette location et nous recommandons vraiment cette maison.

"Superbe villa très bien ...

"Superbe villa très bien équipée et avec une vue incroyable sur la baie. Propriétaire très accueillante, tout était prévu pour notre arrivée: accueil à l''aéroport, la plupart des courses ont été faites pour notre arrivée (fruits, café, produit pour lave-vaisselle, bouteille de vin blanc au frais, féta, olives, gateaux pour l''apéro....). Tout était prévu pour que nous nayons pas à courir au supermarket. La maison est épurée, très propre, décorée avec goût. Il y a 3 chambres doubles avec salle de bain attenante à chacune ce qui permet que chaque couple ait son intimité. Les serviettes de toilette et de plage sont également fournies. Cela fait plusieurs fois que je loue des appartements ou villas pour les vacances et c''est la première fois que j''obtiens une telle prestation pour ce prix, excellent rapport qualité-prix. Par contre, voiture obligatoire car la villa est éloignée de la ville mais c''est ce qui permet d''avoir plus de calme. Vous pouvez réserver sans hésitation."

Wonderful place

We had a great stay at Elena's house. The place is gorgeous, even better than in pictures and the view is just amazing. When we arrived the fridge was filled with all necessities we could possibly need for the first day and Elena was so helpful at all times we had questions or wishes. You do need a car or a driver to get to the house, but there is parking on the lot. All in all, we loved our stay and would happily come back again :)

Amazing property!

A beautiful home and amazing view! Elena and her husband were wonderful hosts and helped with wonderful recommendations during our stay. Their home was clean, comfortable and very cute! Great sleeping options and outdoor spaces. The views were amazing and we did enjoy the pool (although the water was pretty cold). You can hike down to the beaches, but it is a little bit difficult. It is a bit out of town so you may want to consider renting a car. There are beaches close by and Mykonos is only about a 10 minute drive away. That said, the road to the house is a little rugged with many spots that accommodate one car at a time. Thank you Elena for sharing your beautiful home!

We had a party of 7 adults stay 2 nights. Elena was a great host and welcomed us to the property with great information. Our favorite parts of the house were the swimming pool/pool deck and the amazingly beautiful view of the sea below. There were 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, although one of them was part of the living room - not a big deal when the rest of the group headed to bed. The house has a cozy, cabin like feel to it. The house is a little bit isolated, but a 10-15 minute drive to the Mykonos Windmills and downtown. Elena gave us a great recommendation to eat at the Nice and Easy restaurant downtown and got us a table right next to the water. Overall we were very happy with this property and would recommend it to others.

Great villa, location and layout

We loved it here, and would return in a heart beat. We were a group of 3 couples and the layout ensured we all had own space while enjoying communal time around the pool and the various dinning areas. Fuimos un grupo de 9 personas y cupimos cómodamente en l casa. Elena nos dejó algunas cosas para la primera comida y la casa cuenta con todos los servicios. La alberca es ideal y tienen unas vistas increíbles para ver el amanecer. Lo único que el acceso es un poco complicado pues para llegar a la casa hay cuestas en una carretera de doble sentido pero que solo cabe un coche. Como solución encontramos l aplicación de Aegean Taxi y pasaron por nosotros siempre que quisimos salir sin ningún problema.

Best Vacation EVER

This villa was everything we could have dreamed of, and more. The views were breathtaking. I would definitely be staying here again. It was very close to all the shops, nightlife and sights. Elena was extremely hospitable and her home offered many comforts. Each room was very well put together and she also went so far as to have some food waiting for us when we arrived. I would most certainly stay here again. This place was out of dreams.

Beautiful home , Great views, highly recommend the home

The entire communication process to book and get details from Elena was easy and quick. The home has an amazing location overlooking the bay. Very close to many of the famous Mykonos beaches. Close to a walking/running trail that can easily takes us all the way to the Paradise beach. The home is quite large and can easily accomodate 10 people. Very clean and new. When we got into the home, Elena made sure we had some basic supplies of water, milke, cheese , cereals , coffee, pasta sauce etc.. which made our arrival very pleasant. After the journey we were not looking to go out immediately :-) Elena spent a few minutes with us to go over Mykonos on what to do and where to go etc.. That was very useful. It's hard to get that kind of information from internet. The home has a nice large pool, great views and our family really enjoyed the few nights we stayed there. The parking space is small, so if you have large car, may be a little tricky. But then it could be a problem anywhere else in the island too. Will definitely need a car to stay in this home and then to go around.. Definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a nice accomodation close to the beaches.

Fantastic!!!

This property is absolutely gorgeous, with a stunning view over the sea as well as a very nice pool, definetely enjoyable! It's also close to the main road (just be sure to have a means of transportation) and the basic necessities for everyone, so you'll have a both comfortable and very relaxing stay in one of the most beautiful spots of the island.

Unbelievable location, views and overall atmosphere

The villa is absolutely unbelievable, stunning views and great ambiance. Elena is amazing with very useful advise and always willing to help with queries. Highly recommend this to anyone family or mates to come for a week or even longer. Make sure you bring mosquito repellent as they are quite bad, and be careful of CAB company the one in particular was bad and ripped us off quite badly

Idyllic retreat

First of all, Elena is a great landlady - she always replied quick, speaks great English so communication is a plus and helped us with visa forms. She also left us food and a stocked fridge upon arrival which was very well received. The villa was big enough for a group of 10 uni friends and we had so much fun. The decor is lovely, authentic and clean, nothing is missing and nothing is extra. I would give the villa 5 * and would gladly return. The only things to consider are getting around from there. It's quite secluded which means lots of quiet, which I like, but it's a good 25 minutes up and down a hill to the bus stop. Taxis are very expensive and we got quads (fun, but very unsafe, they're generally bad quality in Mykonos). Psarou beach is quite near but the path there is quite steep so take that into account. If you get some means of transport, you shouldn't have any issues and a lovely holiday! *it's also on the top of the hill so veeeeery windy*

The best Villa ever!!!

We had an amazing 4 days trip in Helena's Villa. It is located on the top of a hill with a 180° ocean view. Supermarket and downtown are 10 minutes away with taxis ou scooters. Beach are all around too. Helena is just the best host. She came to pick us up late at night at the Feries. She came to check if everything was find and helps us to discover the island. I totaly recommand this Villa if you plan to spend vacations with friends or couples. Don't hesitate!

My name is Elena. I was born in Greece, and after studying social anthropology in London and completed my research in Tanzania, I returned to Athens, Greece where I live with my British partner and our two children. Before I had any kids I was travelling a lot and I always keep in mind how I would like to be welcomed and treated if I visited someone else's house. So far, I consider myself lucky that I had the opportunity to meet so many incredible people who visit Mykonos and stay in our place. They all add their personal touch in a house we love and where we have spent some of the best times ever.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

My mother bought that property in 1985, when she was travelling in the Cyclades. When she arrived in Mykonos she instantly loved the place and a friend insisted she should see a property that was for sale. At the moment she wasn't planning to buy a summer house, but she decided to have a look anyway.. the interesting thing is that she confused the directions and found herself in a wrong place...this was not the house that her friend was talking about. She had stroke gold! it was love at first sight. The views over the Aegean sea where breathtaking and the orientation (south) ideal, the house was flooded into light.
She souk hands with the owner there and then, and the rest is history. Over the years we changed many things of the original design; we lowered and widened a window, built the fire place, added a guest-room, paved the verandas, planted the bugambilias, the oleanders, the geraniums, had a swimming pool etc. All this 'add ons' give it a sort of 'vernacular feel to it but at the same time is very functional. We always believed that true summer relaxation needs to be simple yet functional. This is a very simple and very lovable house
