Good evening, given the absurd falsehood she revealed in the published review, which is totally false and misleading, I have the pleasure of answering - as already done in private several times - point by point to her evidence: 1 - the equipment offered was perfectly listed on the site with the exception of the blender that a tenant had previously broken and was being reintegrated; 2 - the bedroom you refer to has no loss of water from the ceiling and does not present any criticality. The small infiltration about 50 cm from the ground in the left part of the room is due to a small loss that depends on another villa and that has already been resolved, so much so that the wall has been repainted with two new coats of paint and different color it is due to the fact that still the painting, when it arrived, had not yet dried completely. The furniture is all new and no one has a bad smell. 3 - the two bathrooms present are suitable to accommodate the maximum number of people expected: the first measures 3 meters long and 2.80 wide (total 8 sqm.)
