Great stay!

Condo has everything you need and is right there by the heated pool and beach. Dave (the host) quickly responded to my emails with questions. Check in and check out were the easiest that I’ve ever had.

Not disappointed- great Rocky Point getaway!

Had a great experience. Host was responsive and proactive. First time to rocky point in 12 yrs and first time to this property. Already planning to return.

Just what we needed!

Parking was close to the condo. The condo was so inviting and comfortable. the king size bed and pillows were so incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed the close proximity to the pools and jacuzzis. There was a bit of of steep hill to get to the beach, which normally isn’t a problem but I recently injured my knee so I had to be very careful . It looks like they are building some steeps so that will make the beach access easier in the future. We had a fabulous time here and hope to return soon!

First Floor Beauty

We enjoyed our stay for the weekend very much. I don’t normally like to stay on the first floor but this is an exception because of the location and being able to walk out on the grass and right down to the swim up bar excellent location thank you !

Great location

Loved walking right out of our patio to the pool within seconds! Nice, clean rental with all the comforts of home. David is a great host and responds immediately if you need him. Will definitely stay there again.

Romantic getaway!

Our first visit at the Sonoran Sun after being in RP many times. We loved being so close to the pool and ocean. The ground floor can’t be beat, the convenience and views are spectacular. Comfortable bed, great amenities which allowed us to cook and make our own drinks (blender). Fast WiFi came in handy when we had an unexpected work meeting on zoom! Lots of families but having the adult pool is really nice since this was an adult trip for us. We will be back! Communication with David was impeccable. He even scheduled my massages and arranged for them to come to the room- which ended up being a perfect surprise for my partner.

Perfect Rocky Point Vacation

This place is an absolute gem. We arrived, the entire property was clean, condo was spotless, and well stocked. Absolute gorgeous spot. The staff here want you to have an amazing time. David answered every question I had and was so wonderful. I haven’t slept this good in a year. The master bedroom sleeps like a dream. It was so convenient having a ground floor unit for my husband and I and our two kids. They loved it! We put our towels on the Palapas at 8 am and no one moved them. We brought some of our own drinks and no one cared, it was awesome. Eddy at the bar was great! Esmereldas has wonderful red chilaquiles. Very safe place and I didn’t have to worry about my kids at the beach. They had so much fun on their $5 banana boat ride and we rented a jet ski from guy at beach for $40. My husband and I can’t wait to go back. The WiFi was also perfect too. They clean the pool like 4 x/day. All this talk makes me want to go back tomm!

Absolutely Wonderful!

I celebrated my 57th birthday with friends and last minute we added one more to our group. I was told at the gate that i needed permission from the LL so I called David and he quickly responded. He allowed my guest to stay, of course for a fee, but i was very pleased he took care of it right away. I've never stayed on the ground floor, but i really liked being next to the pool. It was so convenient for all us ladies. The room was clean, a couple of light bulbs were out and i finished some laundry that was left in the washer and put it away in the closet. The room was well stocked. I will be renting it again in the future and letting my friends know as well! Thank you David!
